Love the app reliable easy to use.
Bad App
Constantly logs me out and then says my password is incorrect. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to contact IT to help me reset my password. At this point I’m just giving up. Anything positive is negated by the hassle of resetting this stupid password.
Good nuff
There’s no real problems with the app itself, but it sure gives me a panic attack when I see a shift scheduled for 10:30, and it’s already 11:00, only to realize it was talking about tomorrow. So like I said, good nuff, but maybe it could be improved.
Widget
When I updated to the recent release, widget does not display anything.
no option anywhere to turn on push notifications
i recently redownloaded for my part time summer job and i haven't been able to get any notifications at all. the app doesn't offer push notifs option only sms and email (which don't work). and in my phones settings theres no option for this app in the notifications tab. i've restarted my phone and redownloaded many times.

App keeps getting worse
With every update this app removes functionality and makes it more difficult to use. The geolocation feature for clocking in is VERY buggy and poorly coded, and because of this it is often a struggle to clock in on time. The only feature that made this bearable — the Manage Timesheet function — was recently removed in the latest update, making it impossible to manually adjust your clocked hours or add shifts to your timesheet. Support is either automated by AI or outsourced to Indian call centers; in either case, they have great difficulty understanding your requests and are of absolutely no help whatsoever with any problem that isn’t a password reset. I wish I could rate this app 0 stars.
Check in feature
Everything about this app is intuitive and easy to access. However the check in aspect for employees makes it easy for employees to check in without being in the near vicinity of work. This made our manager switch from this app to another system

It’s so much worse than when to work. there is no trade board the way you have to put in hours you can’t work is tournament and suffering because it one by one ever single day you can’t work. they way you trade shifts is bogus because you have to write an explanation and send the request to specific people instead of just having a trade board. On top of this if you have time blocked out on your schedule but you might not be unable to work you will never get the shift requests to trade every aspect is worse and I wish I had when to work back.
Notification issue
i am going to make this short, i like the app but i am not getting notifications even though it is enabled. i’ve turned on and off my phone and also restarted it, so i don’t know what’s going on really. hope this gets fixed in the next update.
Used to be good
I use this for work. The new update won’t let me see who’s working now and I can’t see when my manager is working at all. This new update has taken away helpful features.

Needs improvement - no alerts & unable to update phone number
When a new shift is assigned, it doesn’t send you an alert. I have absolutely no idea I’m scheduled to work unless I open the appl. And schedules change constantly. This needs to be updated. I also cannot update my phone number. My cell phone number is different and it doesn’t allow for any changes. This needs to be fixed. Days of the week should also match a regular calendar - Sunday thru Saturday. The way this is set up is very confusing.

Not user friendly dashboard
Its not user friendly!! This app’s dashboard need improvement..the basic functions are hidden, i have had to search to be able to book shifts. There must be an easier way.
Ok but very glitchy
This app works ok, however it can be very glitchy. Often when setting unavailability the app will change the time you set, or will not repeat unavailability slots correctly. This can make it a pain to schedule unavailability slots.

It won’t let me access the calendar for November 6-11. Every time i try to click the arrow for the next week it jumps back to this week. Have to go on a computer to check shifts for ten which is super annoying. Please fix his because i don’t want to miss shifts because your app doesn’t work.

The app works great, except now I lost all my messages and I can access the new ones only from the notifications, not within the app.

Bigger list of “data linked to you” than TikTok, including “sensitive data”. Why does a scheduling app need that?

iOS 18 bug
Since updating my iPhone to iOS 18, I can no longer clock-in from the dashboard. I have to clock-in within the time clock. Please fix this bug.

Good App, however -
My time sheets gives me options to view today, yesterday last 7 days etc. And all time (good options). Typically in North America wages are paid either by-monthly or monthly. These time period options are currently NOT available on the app. It would be nice if you simply included ‘from date’ and ‘to date’ option so the employee could chose what time sheet period he/she wishes to see.
Better before name change on display
This is a good app that works well and is pretty user friendly. It looks okay too and when it displayed on my screen as “Humanity” it looked great; now as “TCP Humanity” it gets cut off and looks stupid. What does TCP mean and why does it matter? Looked way better before.

The app is so good.., i like that it tells me if there’s changes made, when my shift starts and when my next one is.
Not iphone friendly!!!
Tried logging in through SSO Domain and the portal doesn’t fit on my iPhone screen and I’m not able to move it. Now I can not move forward with my hiring process. Quite annoying

I hate that you can’t set when you are available. You can only set unavailability so it’s annoying if you only work for a particular place 12 hours a week and you have to go in and manually set 156 hours of unavailability. But my company switched to this app and we have no choice but to use it.
