Great App
I’ve used this app within my work and since a year nearly of using it I have found it has improved very much there are some tweaks that could do with looking at but other then that it works fine.
Crashing
Constant crashing when I try to look at schedules

The app was good until the update, now it won’t let me pick up shifts. I don’t know if it’s a bug but i don’t think it is bc my friend can see the open shifts but I can’t. Pretty mid atm

The app sometimes work and other times it’s really slow and won’t connect and it is annoying after the new update as well

New update logged me out and now only let me login with Microsoft Authenticator App which I have deleted. May need to delete WorkJam as well if no fix applied.
Nonstop app notifications
Nonstop app notifications for irrelevant posts, as the 'Mute Channel' feature doesn't work.
Could be better
The app has so much potential and is missing key elements which in this day and age are basic things we as users would expect. Being able to see who’s reacting to posts not just been able to see the number The ability to react to chat messages

Not working now after last update with VPN on. Never had this problem before. Now I need to turn off VPN before I can log in. Please fix. Thanks

I think this a fantastic app. I am gaining a lot of knowledge by reading & listening to the information supplied daily. Love the daily shift time reminders. Training modules seem awesome. Amazing!

Updated today and now can’t get back in to WorkJam. Ridiculous. Why is it so difficult to just get back in. Should be easier than this.

I have just got the app, how on earth do I put a password in

The app is working sometimes slow …
Filter options
Would be nice to filter the notifications. e.g, only notify me when there is a shift swap/ only notify me when new shifts are available And it would be nice for the current filter options to save rather than redoing the filter every time you close/ open the app back up
Rubbish
We use this at work to punch in and out for our shifts and i am extremely lucky if it works once a week. Waste of time.
Super slow
Slowest app I’ve ever used, takes far to long to open messages, it’s literally just an app of texts and it takes a seriously long time to load absolutely anything. And yes I’ve reinstalled the app logged in and out cleared cache etc. Needs a big update
Frustrating
Unfortunately this app signed me out every time i use it, it’s frustrating
Worst App Ever
Constantly force logs out user, don’t know why company bothers to use it. A burden at best.
Terrible
It’s a terrible glitchy app that keeps throwing me out, constantly having to reboot the app. Can’t always access my work schedule, or chat the chats. I’m stuck in archived chat rooms that won’t let me leave. It’s just a very terrible clunky app.
Painfully slow
Why is this app so painfully slow to load and use? And where is the option to sync or export events to the native iOS calendar app? It’s also not possible to filter notifications eg. On for new shifts but off for messages, or on for new shifts but off for open pool shifts etc.
Very disappointing, extremely slow! And unresponsive
This is a very disappointingly slow app, I work for one of the biggest companies in the world and I’m forced to use this. It’s terribly slow, sadly a lot of companies invest in this via there employers then it’s too late so then your stuck with a very clunky app. I really do hope the developers read the reviews as there is real potential to create a more seamless app, our company use this for official stuff but have to result into personal messaging as the messaging function is terrible
