This is not user friendly and as far as I’m concerned this bookkeeping and imputing stuff should be the employer’s responsibility
Font too small
Some of the font is waayyy too SMALL and light colored!! I can’t read what time I clocked in or if I clocked in unless I use high powered glasses. Very frustrating! 😤

Clunky
The calendar does not render in the correct size on iPhone so the controls are not usable. It is difficult to navigate the time off request pages and very little information available on each page to figure out what I need to do. If I wasn’t required to use the app by employer I would certainly delete it.
Website much quicker
If you are using this app to put your time in, don’t. Use the website it will probably save you an easy hour putting your time in.

Too little info and no data entry finesse
I wish it would fill in the end date with at least the start date. Instead the dumb system resets to today if you don’t also fill in the end. It’s really sad not to see what the projected times for the year will be. I miss Ultipro. I also hate that if I make a mistake I have to go to HR to get the request canceled. Such a waste of resources.
Terrible
Whoever designed this app for entering in time card details made it as difficult and convoluted as possible.
Constant authentication needs review
I consistently have to go back-and-forth between my two apps to re-authenticate, even though I had just logged in less than 24 hours prior. This is one out of a few irritating qualms I have with ADP.

Needs a better user friendly way to do edits for punches.

Seit neustem erscheint bei mir nach der Anmeldung: We're sorry, the link you bookmarked for this page bypasses ADP security standards. Was soll das bedeuten? Ich benutze die App und keinen link, zumal hat es bisher problemlos funktioniert jedoch von einem auf den anderen Tag kommt auf einmal diese Meldung. Das ergibt überhaupt keine Sinn. Diese erscheint jetzt jedes Mal nach dem Login.

Are you telling me…
… that in all the time since the most recent update, nobody there has noticed that the face ID is messed up? You have to jump through hoops to sign in. Then when you go to settings to turn on the face ID and save that change, it was pointless because you go through the whole thing all over again next time you try to sign in. Four weeks since the last update, and you can’t fix this?

Fails when you really need it to not fail. Does not appear to ever get fixed. This app is complete trash in every way

Who thought it was a good idea to limit pto to increments of 2-1/2 hours if you are working an eight hour shift you still have to use 10.5 hours to cover the eight hour shift which then get your request canceled because they won’t pay pto over what your actually working. Someone please make this make sense!!
Why do I need to zoom out?
No idea if this app has worsened over time or the ratings have been cooked. On the timecard screen I need to pan or zoom out to find the “accept” button. I’m not on an XL phone, but not on a phone from 2010 either. Company just migrated to this version of the ADP app. Other one was significantly better.
Horrible app
Useless loading screens, poor UI, unnecessary frequent password changes. How hard is it really to make an app to clock in an out and take time off? Apparently according to ADP it’s very hard to do
Bring back the old app
Don’t really want to waste my time writing about how bad this app is. Please bring back the old app until you can come up with a much better solution.
