Couldn't log in for over 7 hours
I called my FedEx office on both of their phone numbers that they gave me on their packet from orientation and nobody answered me and I called over seven times in a 7 hour span of time. The app doesn't allow me to call off, it keeps freezing and in the middle of me trying to pick up shifts it keeps randomly kicking me out of my app

Redo password
This app has been the most frustrating and time-consuming app when it comes to changing your password I’ve never in my life worked at a company that had such an annoying app. My password is changed because it says I need a new password so I put one in, but why is it not working? Why can I not login is the question!!! All it states every time is unable to sign in error.

Every time I log in to the app it asks for a review. It is very frustrating. Stop it. Enough already.

Going through Calendar like switching months sometimes doesn’t work properly it’s kind of freezes and doesn’t change the month but then after a refresh it does.

It’s to buggy, and the interface is confusing as hell as well as many bugs when I try to change my shift or mark something as a day off it confirms it but instantly deletes it

Sometimes you have to wait about 10 minutes to be connected. This is frustrating especially when you are clocking in the early morning . And going home

Let me start of by saying I Love Blue Yonder, like a child with potential to be president but decide on being governor Consider me a campaign advisor so here goes So , it’s a great and far superior WMS application all together no matter the industry, and from personal experience working at whirl pool, GE , Honda, Penske Logistics, Cisco, Us foods, FedEx, and Amazon and used Blue yonder in all areas as a task oriented dock or labor or even Human Resources, management or owner stand point and I could tell you, talking to you guys at all my jobs working with y’all hand in hand to set up blue yonder as a new system, trouble shot blue yonder in industry’s and business that currently use blue yonder that I was employed at and even modernizing the leading global business that used other software and apps. the amount errors , potential for ease of use improvements and the lack of safe guards from failed SOPs (Standard order of practices) that can be applied and be a perfect universal mold for any business model on top of the simple features for workforce to employer and back I suggest years ago… IS what stop ya from being the ONLY choice when it come to warehouse workforce and business systems. The area of the most need attention would be the implementation of blue yonder specifically when transforming a business from any other option to blue yonder.

App is fine if it wants to work but 9/10 times it’s a buggy, slow, unresponsive, spaghetti coded mess.

Same Bug Keeps Returning
App constantly makes you login multiple times back to back. You enter username & password & successfully login, then it immediately logs you out & asks you to log in again. So many people have this issue again & whenever it gets fixed after months of complaints, they bug it up Again. Huge hassle, especially when work expects you to constantly be checking this app.

勤務リクエストを提出する際に、すでに承認済のものが2件出ており、新しく提出しようとすると複数件は出せませんというエラーが出ます。 半年近くこの状態で、職場の上長に確認し、改善を試みましたが無理でした。アプリ開発者側からの改善を至急お願いします。
