Very user friendly
Shifts
As the shifts drop the app logs me out sometimes….. what a way to kill my work
Work great sometimes
Works great at times but when you have trainings to do especially on a tablet (kindle) it kicks you out of the training or freezes. So many complain about have to restart trainings or constantly being logged out
Glitches
There are many glitches in the app. They have increased recently. Please check and update.
Wow, looks like you collect tons of data
I got a message stating that I must update my app- I see that the data permissions have gone from reasonable to absurd. Why do you need my phone content, health and fitness, contacts, and sensitive data? The answer is that you do not. Not from my private phone at least. I will take this up with HR on Monday day to refuse to give up unnecessary data that your app wants to harvest from my phone. If it was reasonable data, I would gladly share. But it does not appear to be, I'm required to use your app on my private phone for employment, and I will not at all share such an inappropriate amount of data as listed in your updated app.

App won’t allow me in even after logging in and making a new password code. It’s forced me to make a passkey and in the process I’m not able to because it says “something went wrong” and it still won’t let me in the app. Very frustrating

Dark Mode
The app does well on its purpose, seen no problems. But a dark mode for mobile as well would be so much better and helpful on the eyes 👀
Passkey Broke this
It is not possible to sign in after the passkey update. Please fix!
More friendly interface - less complexity
I think for workers and level1 the application usage is a little complicated, and there is so advanced things contradicting and need a long explanation and it would be hard for them. Also the translation is not fully supported and still not perfect

Fix the Notifications!
This is so frustrating. I turned off VET notifications months ago, and now the option to turn them back on is completely GONE. VET fills up fast, so I have to constantly refresh the app just to catch shifts. Please fix this glitch!

Die App ist einfach, aber sie ärgert einen jedes Mal, wenn man sie öffnet, weil sie die Sprache automatisch ändert.

L’applicazione si apre in inglese una volta cambiata la lingua nelle impostazioni e salvata la stessa una volta usciti dall’applicazione e al rientro successivo ritorna in inglese Per favore sistemate questo problema grazie

Difficult for a schedule pick up
Cancelling leave days on A to Z
It’s a very nice app but few things need to be improved, After cancelling my leave request, that is yet to be approved on A to Z app, my actual leave balance days was not reflecting. I had to raise it with the HR before it could be resolved.
Not working on mobile data
The doesn’t work and i am not able to punch in or out on mobile data . Only when i am connected to wifi it works. Kindly look into it
Ändert immer Spacheinstellung
Nach dem Update ändert die App beim öffnen immer die Spracheinstellung auf englisch obwohl ich deutsch eingestellt habe. Das nervt!

Can you have the default page as punch in and out page ? If not the user has to go to punch in/out page manually every time
Zeiterfassung ist unübersichtlich
Leider ist die Zeiterfassung sehr unübersichtlich! Zudem fehlen die Benachrichtigungen, wenn Zeiten angepasst werden. Eine Wochen Übersicht oder monatsübersicht aller Stempel Zeiten inclusive + & - Stunden wäre von Vorteil.

i cant even login to my a to z now cause even after i pit in my password, it wants me to set up a passkey, which i cant do wothout another device, and theres no option to skip this. Even if i try to make a passkey, it wont work, and using Face id is not an option either, cause it doesnt work. this update sucks and i cant even see my schedule right now

I’m unable to use the app on my ios 15.2 device, as it throws an error that the app needs to be upgraded in order to be used on the iphone.
