All at one place
App is very easy to use and able to access payslips, leaves and many more at one place. Offline web clocks and learning is great added features. Appreciate more enchantments to the app.
Buggy, errors
Kicks me out after signing in, or won’t even load app homepage with “400 Bad Request” error message. Too bad I need this app or I wouldn’t have it at all.
Timecard issues
Love it, but wish when you printed the time card it let you either download the print. Instead, all it gives is the print copy with no options to do anything with it. Wish I could save a cope for my records, or have an option to email a copy to someone else.
No Face ID login?
Logging in is a pain since the app never finds your login information so you have to dig through all your passwords in the password app. But later on when you need to reenter your login information to get a paystub it just asks to fill info and it enters all your credentials with zero effort. Why can’t you do that at the opening login of the app. This is like app programming 101 on an iPhone.

Decent but slow when I need something.

Garbage
If your workplace swaps to this from ADP, then it’s over. Time to find a new job. This dysfunctional, useless app is good at wasting your time and not much else.
Updating
You should not do updates when people work longer days. When you do updates after 6:00 PM on a Friday night, people who work later can’t add their time making it a huge hassle to get paid on time.

Worse than watching paint dry
I’d rather dive headfirst into a brick wall than clock in with this trash. You can’t even clock out without having to discover the meaning of life and write a 3 page essay first. I’d rather just not get paid

This is genuinely the worst app of all time. Having to log into this app is always the worst part of my day. It is like I am logging into the pentagon’s database. Actually awful. I think a first grader could make a better app.

Need to fixed why we can’t scroll forward and backward when we fill in on days we work on as no good as can’t move it to from Tuesday to Wednesday or Thursday all way to Sunday on a iPhone if u got a Samsung it find but don’t work on any apple devices

I really wish my company hadn’t switched to this app. I hate it even more now than I did when we first switched. How hard is it to create an timekeeping app anyway? It’s pretty basic. Why can’t you get it together? 🤦🏻♀️
Getting auto logged out
It is getting auto logged out now or then... it is to much frustrating.

If I try to update something but not showing file update and I can track my request there is no option to track my request and I check my payslip but not showing details any my salary and please give me your email id if any problem I text to mail

Payslip viewing issues
App is slow to respond. Now I am unable to view the 2nd page of my payslip, even though it consists of two pages. I could do this before, so I can only assume is a “helpful” update.
How to add quick action, the “+” is not visible in mobile
I am not able to add any quick action in My client group. The + icon is not visible on mobile. My desktop version is different.

Constant sign in; got rid of features
Why is there no way to sign in with a passkey or FaceID? Putting my password in every time I open the app is frustrating and time consuming. The time card layout is horrible. An entry for each day should be under 1 day, not the same day multiple times. It’s clunky and you have to manually calculate how many hours you have. It’d be great if it showed you total hours for each day on top of total hours for the pay period. I’ve never worked so hard to do a timesheet because I work on multiple projects. No way to even do expense reports or requests from this app either.
Looks like normal HCM
This was quite disappointing, when I logged it just shows what Safari on an iPhone would look like. Not like the preview and not optimised for a mobile experience
