Field Worker App Review
This app is so helpful. I have been using it for a few months now and it’s been super helpful if you are field employed and on the road.

This app doesn’t let you go back to older weeks and see hours worked. It also doesn’t tally your weekly hours worked only for each day. It would be nice to see weekly totals .
Logging hours
This update won’t allow me to enter my hours type the hours from the keypad and comes up with different numbers. Having manager to enter my hours on system

Intuitive and packed with useful features.
Sign in and nav
No Face ID which makes easy to use on everything else. Too much moving from page to page. Vacation request and tracking horrible keeping track. Still have to keep notes on the side to know balance after a request. Scheduled never matches what company wants us to work. Notifications would be nice as well. Really can’t trust
Unable to click the Mobile Clock link on iOS devices
We have encountered an issue where iOS devices cannot click on the Mobile Clock link since April 2nd, and it has not been resolved yet. The resolution for this problem is quite delayed.
Need some work
My company just launched this software today. I didn’t really run into the sign-on issues that a lot of people seem to experience but we’re using Microsoft Azure for the sign-on so it’s fairly straightforward and seamless. I have run into two issues so far; randomly the my schedule screen is just blank/whitespace; timesheet time entry number buttons were actually registering about half an inch below where they should have been. (seems to have corrected itself when I went into landscape.)
Love it!
Easy tool to request time off and swap shifts. I used to have to go to the hr office for this.
Something’s always broken
Constant “system errors. Hub page is constantly missing certain cards. One of them currently is the Schedule for the week; there’s been an error loading it for the last couple weeks. Having that made it actually possible to swap shifts with people through the app. Now I have to wait until I’m at home and either do it on a tablet or computer which is extremely inconvenient. Hell, last night I went to clock out, but the damn Clock card was missing! Had to completely exit the app, reopen it, and log in again. Oh, and when a shift giveaway is approved, TAKE IT OFF MY SCHEDULE. Makes no sense to keep it on there. Maybe instead of focusing on changing the damn app color, they should actually make the app 100% functional.

Abysmal User Experience
The buttons you need to press to confirm actions are too close to the edge of the screen to interact with. Additionally, one cannot easily see when your time off is confirmed. Also, I have to login everyday ? What’s the point of biometric authentication?

Total Garbage
The app is not made for mobile. Will not detect button push such as an OK button in corner of screen. It locks up and or freezes. I have an iPhone 17 which is the latest iPhone. The design and layout is horrendous. Surprised Apple allowed this app on their store.

Unable to verify date selection so submit time off. Cannot click “ok”
Just ok
My company used deputy before switching to this app. This is a step down. It’s glitchy and some of the tabs aren’t even meant to be displayed on a phone. Requesting time off is confusing. I should be able to enter unavailability without having to call it PTO then writing my boss a message so he can understand what I’m doing. I use the “remember me” option but it works about 25% of the time.

Freeze on me even when I exist and renter it still won’t open takes too long to log in make it look like I am later
One of the worst work apps out there
I have tried to put in my tips or just do basic checking my schedule or anything and this is the slowest dumbest I’ve I’ve ever used. I can’t even type in numbers when I’m inputting my tips if I one number it shows up as a different number example if I hit two, it won’t respond if I hit the back button, it becomes six so all of my inputting is wrong is the worst app to use for any system.
App is unusable
For developers, please make this app a true phone version, not just a copy and paste replica from a desktop version.
Frustrating and Poorly Designed
This app has way too many steps just to sign in, it’s not user-friendly at all, and it’s clearly not optimized for iPhone. Honestly, it feels like a terrible app experience overall.
