App is EASY to use!
Navia has been a great app to use for my flex spending $$ every year-I’ve used Navia for several years now (probably 5-10 years). I don’t have to think much about it and based on all I’ve been able to do, ease is a helpful fringe benefit! I use my card at every clinic (medical, dental, urgent care, etc.), pharmacy, hospital, and health food store for supplements. There is rarely anything more than a fast & easy transaction for any of those. And it’s gotten fairly rare to have to submit any documentation which makes my life much easier. When I do need to submit documentation for reimbursement, it is quick and easy using my mobile phone. I HIGHLY recommend the NAVIA app for utilizing flex spending benefits!!
tedious company
the technology employed could be described as aspirational at best, maddeningly frustrating at worst. The phone system is a the attitudes quite possibly some of the most condescending I’ve ever run across. If it was possible to give a lower score than one I would I truly hate everything about this company.

Where is the HSA?
I had an FSA last year and it is still there, but this year i got an HSA and it does not show up. Why? I have to go online to see my HSA through safari but there I cannot see the FSA??? So I need safari for HSA and the app for FSA? This seems like madness especially since I can log in with the same credentials to both places and yet see totally different experiences. So dumb. The FSA management was “fine” if you allow for some of the pages which were truncated and things like that. So maybe 2 stars because it “worked” for the one thing, but was still frustrating at times.

All these reviews were outdated and I almost didn’t bother to download. I haven’t used it a ton but way better than going through Safari…
Bug with the app not showing HSA account
My HSA and Parking/Transportation benefits are both available when I log into the Navia website, but in the mobile app I can only see my Parking/Transportation benefits. It would be helpful if the HSA account and balance were also available in the app, especially since the website shows that the HSA is active and linked to my account.
Bad UX, so many glitches
Completely simple tasks - the entire purpose of this app’s existence - is unnecessarily complicated. Did they even hire a designer for this? On top of that glitches make it hard to use. You might wait DAYS for a verification code to come by email - if it ever comes at all. Add to that Navia’s mediocre service and you have an all around junk experience. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it will eventually work if you’re patient
Easy to use
MyNavia App is easy to use and works well. A welcome improvement from other FSA providers I previously used.
Login difficulties multiple times
Multiple times I have tried to login and was told incorrect PW or my login names / PW did not exist. My account was locked and I had to call to get it unlocked. The Non-US customer support unlocked my account, but it took two times to finally be able to login to the application.
Doesn’t play nice with iPhone
Constantly looses facial recognition and doesn’t play well with iPhone stored passwords either. So when I need it at a doctors office to check balance it never works unless I can remember the difficult password or instead choose to use an easy and therefore less secure password. Even then, most of the time using the correct login it says I’m not using the correct username or password when I definitely am. Thankfully I can login through a browser. But the app is completely unreliable even with the latest updates. Furthermore the debit card they send you is super cheap and often struggles to work on card readers. Terrible app and not impressed with their quality of service. But, alas, this is what my new employer uses so I’m stuck.
Unusable if you log in through your employer
When I go to the Navia website through a browser, I log in through an employer website to access my account. The app does not allow login through an external website, so anyone who logs in this way cannot use the app at all.
Biometric/Face ID not working
Biometric is not working after latest update. Please fix!
Truly terrible
This app is borderline unusable. The UX is ugly, unresponsive, doesn’t align with Apple guidelines, and is clunky to interact with. Even with their “new design” they managed to make it even worse than it was before. Just start over.
Can’t login
With the credentials identical that I’m using for chrome, I can’t login in the app. After few failed attempts the account gets locked.
Live agent is replaced by AI which keep repeating a stupid answer
