FINALLY Redesigned!
After using Superhuman for a couple of years, it finally got a proper redesign for both desktop and mobile that looks stunning and makes it feel like a premium email application. Thank you to the team at Superhuman for finally redesigning the platform!!
Can’t send emails
Latest update prevents me from sending emails. Clicking the send button does nothing but brings me to writing an email with AI. Very poor qa
An AI first mail app!
As a daily user of Superhuman for all aspects of my life—personal, work, and school—I can't help but rave about the incredible experience it provides! The ability to connect all my accounts and effortlessly switch between them is a game-changer. I'm currently subscribed to the business tier, and I absolutely love a couple of standout features. First, the "write with AI" tool is impressively aware of context; it understands the flow of email chains brilliantly! Second, I can simply ask AI to locate my emails and summarize content from various threads, making organization a breeze. Looking ahead, there are a few enhancements I'm eagerly anticipating on the Mac app. It would be fantastic to have the option to choose where to save downloaded files each time—right now, that's only an option in web browsers. Additionally, improved calendar integration for setting up meetings and the inclusion of table features would be a welcome upgrade. Exciting times ahead with Superhuman!
New app update is buggy
I’ve been using superhuman for a few years now and really like it, but the most recent app update pushed out Sept. 2026 is buggy. I really miss the old user interface.
Just now Signed up for Business ‘SuperHuman Ai MAIL’ account, …WILL UPDATE w/in 30 days!
Convinced Me with 30 days ‘Business Setup’ Free, Integration to Perplexity.Ai! The Idea of It: Oh So Fascinating! Here’s a KICKER: Ultimate Challenge Presented… (¡¡Hehehe…HaHaha!!) just over 12 years ago I experienced a ‘SIGNIFICANT spinal injury’ {‘5 Spinal fractures: w/Broken neck and back’ bicycle rear brakes Failed!}…Then Gmail Became FURTHER ‘out of Control’ 6 years ago: When I agreed to ‘Spinal Surgery’, Embarrassingly…I have OVER +333k unread Emails! Let’s SEE putting this SUPERhumanMAIL Ai to A TRUE test!!!
5 years
Been using it daily for 5 years. Arguably the most important product I use. I love Superhuman.
Greed has reached new heights.
I don’t care how good I’m doing at life. I cannot see myself ever paying upwards of $400 per year just for email. And I don’t expect anything to change just because I’m writing this review — I’m voicing my opinion and voting with my dollars to not do it.
Great but
This app is fantastic! It’s incredibly quick for handling messages, and I absolutely love the AI feature for writing. The only thing holding it back from a perfect five stars? It's not available on the watch! If they make it accessible on the watch, it’s guaranteed to be a five-star gem!
New redesign sucks
Do not buy.
Stuck on Google sign in
I’ve tried this app on two different devices and two different emails. And I cannot sign in with a google account. I just give access to all permissions and then the loading screen loops.
Love it!
I love superhuman. Such a great productivity tool!
Very poor AI, scheduling makes mistakes, not meant for agent use
The AI is very bad, their main prompt is very bad. It doesn’t correctly schedule meetings without conflicts. Mcp is buggy and you’re always “sending yourself” ,
Bug
When replying to an email the app freezes every time forcing me to close the app and go again. Otherwise I like it
Better Out There
It’s a great desktop app, which is why I keep coming back to it. However, I have more problems with the iOS app that I can’t continue to ignore. One significant thing is that people’s signatures do not show up on the iOS app which has been frustrating as many people have pointed to their scheduling links or available hours that are listed in their signature. The AI overview (which I never read) between title and message takes up unnecessary space and makes it look messy. Also, developers are creating more email apps that look just as clean and minimal without the exuberant monthly fee. A fee, that we have been paying without reviving any updates that aren’t related to AI mess.
No Apple email support!!!
Do I really need to say more?
Can’t live without it
Best email app ever
Scamming users for monthly subscriptions
Unreal that this app has charged me $20/month for 2+ years in spite of my repeated attempts to ensure my subscription has ended. Utterly deranged behavior from the creators of some of the worst, lowest impact ai I've ever used. Just download claude
Probably the best email experience across Mac and iPhone
4 stars because it is obviously overpriced and also does not support iCloud accounts, only Gmail and MS. But overall it is a high-quality product, fast, efficiently built, with good thought about people who process hundreds of emails per week, like executives and entrepreneurs, and need to manage them quickly and efficiently. Support is also very friendly and accessible.
No unified inbox?
This could be a great app. I’m surprised we aren’t given the option to have a unified inbox. That’s a pretty standard feature.
A lot of potential BUT…
I’ve been using Superhuman for over a year now and it started off being amazing and totally revolutionary. However, over time I’ve realised that their Microsoft integration is incredibly unstable. You may miss emails, unreturned reminders and poor syncing across devices. Tried writing to the Superhuman support multiple times but no response. Google integration works fine though. So if you’re expecting to sync your Microsoft email, perhaps look elsewhere.
Fast
I just started using superhuman, but so far I like the speed at which I can get through my inboxes
Superhuman will be activated
Superhuman will be activated Spam
Good app, outstanding customer service
Superhuman needs a keyboard to get the benefits, and it’s a very good experience on Mac and I guess PC. The iOS app is good, and gets better with each iteration. The experience is not as flowy, but complements the desktop version. If this sounds like faint praise, it’s because I can’t think why you’d get this app if you weren’t also using it on a desktop machine. I’m not mentioning the price, because if you appreciate the benefits, it’ll be worth it.
Sans doute très bien mais que pour gmail
Bof, c’est très cher pour une exclusivité gmail. Mais ça peut être utile.
Breezy email client
I found Superhuman to be a slick email client that supports Gmail and Outlook. I’d say it’s definitely geared towards business use. I gave the product a spin with a free month referral, but cancelling a subscription requires access to the iOS or MacOS client. You can’t obviously cancel a subscription via the web without knowing it’s done via email to their hello@ email address. I found this out too late and ended up paying a monthly fee which isn’t cheap for an email client. My feedback would be to make cancelling a subscription an automatic action, make it easier to discover from the web and don’t have customers have to email an internal team to have their subscriptions cancelled.
Best Email App
This truly is one of the best apps and software programs that I use. It makes email enjoyable.
Insane 🤯
Pricing is insane. And so is the name.
Great client
Use this religiously. Could be better with more features and price point very high.
Help
When I’m trying to login to superhuman I sign in and it says “superhuman will be activated during your consultation” and on email I give it permission and it says sorry it can’t reach your outlook account
Just fine
It’s just fine, not great. Search is slow and patchy. Offline use is poor. Calendar is bad and no decent support on 365. On the other hand, great for shortcuts and sorting email out quickly. I’m now locked in but if I knew what I know now, wouldn’t pay the $35/month to use it.
Game changer
The email app we all needed! A lot to be improved still, but the best out there no doubt.
Annoying
First install, it said the app couldn’t be upgraded, and I needed to reinstall. Second installation, it said I don’t have a superhuman inbox after signing into Google. It says to check my inbox, but there’s no message. Just horrible NUX.
Bonne application
Très bonne application mais nécessite un temps d’adaptation, conseillé aux utilisateurs expérimenté. Manque toutefois une version française mais quand ?
Good but consume too many resources !
I love the desktop app but the optimization on iOS sucks. This app uses 35% of my battery without opening it during the day. So I uninstalled it and replaced it with the official Gmail app, we'll see if it's better.
Pretty good
I wish they would accelerate their calendar development. Integrating with Apple Calendar is pointless
Expensive but worth it
It took me a month to commit to using this properly but now I find it extremely valuable for managing multiple inboxes with a lot of email. The desktop version is the main benefit but the mobile app is pretty solid too.
Not worth it
Not worth it
Love the app but calendar features missing
Great app with excellent functionality for emails. Just a little hard to manage the calendar because there are barely any features around this.
Didn’t configure
Doesn’t work
Best IoS and Mac E mail app
Using the Shortcuts and other productivity features, makes your email experience extremely fast and efficient. The calendar synchronization on Outlook 365 is perfectly working that other non-Outlook email clients cannot do.
Misleading Billing Information and Confusing Support Experience
Very disappointed with the support and billing experience. I prepaid for three months under the belief that I was paying for Superhuman Mail. After payment was made, I was then told by the support representative Ksenia that I had prepaid for a service that does not include Mail, which was extremely confusing and not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, Ksenia repeatedly stated that I had two subscriptions and insisted that I needed to add a payment method, despite my explaining multiple times that payment had already been made for three months. She explicitly stated that I “currently have two subscriptions,” which was incorrect and contradicted my actual account status. At no point did I authorize a second subscription, additional charges, or changes to my account. The lack of clear explanation around what was prepaid, combined with repeated pressure to add payment details, raised serious concerns around billing transparency, consent, and account handling. What should have been a simple clarification required repeated corrections on my part just to prevent unauthorized changes. This experience significantly undermined my trust in Superhuman’s billing and support processes. The product may be well-designed, but billing clarity and support communication need substantial improvement.
Expensive but SUPERIOR !
While the all does what it boast about , it’s absolutely fast ! Lightning fast ! Also there is something extremely attractive about the simple UI , it’s class apart. You get the satisfaction of browsing through your emails and also it does end up saving time , which can be invested in other productive things. Cost wise , yes 2.5k per month is expensive but will be able to comment after 30 days of usage. Sure looks like it’s going to be worth the bucks.
Login isn’t working
When I try to login (and there is only one button to login via Google) after entering my email-Id and password, it redirects back to sign in page with message something went wrong. Please fix it.
Superhuman is the best
Clean. Easy. Keyboard centric. AI integrated. It’s all there.
iOS version is broken for Microsoft accounts
Your application opens the Microsoft Authenticator app when signing into a Microsoft account. This process forces the Authenticator app to sign in whilst already signed in preventing any progression. Need to force restart the Authenticator app in order to pick the correct number which breaks the Superhuman app’s Microsoft account sign in process. Please fix, don’t ask me what’s going on just sign into a Microsoft account with an iOS version of the Superhuman app with the Microsoft Authenticator app already installed and signed in.
Good but expensive
Very useful, but very expensive
Slow!
Gets stuck while downloading email data and just shows the text loading graphic. If that happens once, it's basically unfixable with the only solution being to restart the app. Just over the course of today, I've had to restart it 3 times!
