Funktioniert alles und das Design ist clean. Leider ist die Usability so brutal grottig, dass alles zu spät ist. Die Beispiele sind so zahlreich, dass ich nur eines nenne: Für das Buchen eines Workspaces von Mo bis Mi müssen 3 (in Worten: drei) Anträge gestellt werden. „Von“ & „Bis“ hat es noch nicht ins Hier & Jetzt geschafft.
Added feature
Would like to see if you could add a feature where you can search by store and see all open cases for that store. Not just scrolling through all open cases and having to find the one you’re looking for. Thanks!

How is this rated so high
This app is now banned from my company due to security concerns. The mobile view is just terrible. Phones can take full feature website view but you get forced into mobile view which hides alot.

Terrible way to access work info
About every month or so the app kicks me off of it in in order for me to access it again. I have to be at work so that I can receive an email on my work email. I get that we need security but at the same time I need to be able to access pay stubs. The fact that I have to be at work in order to access pay stubs is extremely inconvenient. I thought this app was gonna be good, but it just boot me off all the time and makes me have to re-login every month or so.

When it works, great, but when it stops working…
This app regularly ceases working. It says the Home Screen is not supported. The only solution is do delete the app from my phone and reinstall. People in my workplace don’t use it much bc it keeps not working!
Cant see records in “My tasks”
I have Change requests to approve in my instance, But I’m not able to see those change requests in “My tasks” module in now App. It was showing zero records in “My tasks”

Horrible Ui
Does ServiceNow intentionally make their UI hard to use? Antipattern after antipattern is present in this horrible UI.

It is highly customizable per company. Load times could be better
Limited functionality
This app doesn’t allow you to change status for your tickets. You also cannot select a different notification sound to make it obvious when this app has an alert. Not ideal for on-call situations.

Notifications does not clear
The red dot indicating new notifications does not clear away even when there are no new notifications.
Resizing Issue
They need to fix the resizing of screens on mobile devices. Make it so all actions can be performed, some actions are inaccessible because it goes off screen.

The app is build considering mobile usage. But still some pages opens a browser pages. Better to convert them too into apps

Great but with a quirk
I like the usability of the app and that I am able to keep up with company requests while away from my computer. The quirk I mentioned is that I have cleared all my alerts and notifications but the app badge count is still at 2. I cannot clear whatever is keeping the badge count alive!
Early morning notifications are annoying
Please adjust the same day reservation notifications are sent. 2:30am is very disruptive.

Now Mobile app isn’t Vail branded
The Now Mobile app is green, black and white. This lack of cohesiveness with Vail’s branding colors and icon may confuse new and returning employees. The new app isn’t synonymous with the company’s branding of the color blue,mountains, people icons, etc.

It would be a more useful app if it were possible to have two or more kids signed in at once. It’s frustrating to have to log out and back in again to screen another child especially when you have to show the proof at school.

Log in is ridiculous
This app was okay when I downloaded it for work 6 months ago. A recent update made it insufferably slow to log in and also shortened the signed in length, requiring more frequent insufferably slow log in. The last update has rendered not even openable. This is basically a browser more than an app, I don’t understand why it is so clunky but it’s not acceptable for an app I have to use to log work hour several times a day.

Log in issues and needs update
I had some issues where I was expected to log back in. Fix seems to be to just hit the back arrow until getting back to the Home Screen. Once I’m in, it works fine.

Registration for my second child
App is good,fast and reliable but I am unable to register for my second child who just joined same school with her brother.
Please add date above QR code
My child’s teachers don’t have devices to scan the QR codes, so I just show the code to them on my phone every day. However, since there’s no date above/below the QR code, I could just be showing them the same QR code every day and they wouldn’t know. They’re asking me to prove the date. Please add this! (The developer responded to say they were using feedback to prioritize future enhancements, but no change yet.)
