The login works only 1/10 times. Most of the time , it simply does not work.
Stop bugging about EquateAccess app
For a while this app was great. It sends a message with a code which is great, and keeps it secure. The latest update bugs every time about downloading a second app for MFA. I REALLY don’t want a custom MFA app so stop bugging this on every login. The existing SMS approach is great, stick with that or give an option to use Google Authenticator or other code generators.

This app is very easy to navigate. It is 100% self explanatory.
Not worth the time to try
From the very beginning, it’s a failure. difficult login process unreliable password reset process. Inability to provide request requested information due to the way the calendar operates. Fail fail, fail.

The sign-in process is awful
The only redeeming quality of Equate is that they eventually guide you on how to logon to your account. It’s like getting breadcrumbed (in the dating sense) by an app. 2/5 stars

Can’t login keeps stating system error
The app works fine
But randomly every few weeks, usually after an app update I get an error “We noticed your device is jailbroken. To keep your data safe, this app can't be used on jailbroken devices.” It’s 2026 no one Jailbreaks their device anymore. And also, my device isn’t jailbroken. Get it together

Terrible app
The app is very difficult to set up. It’s extremely slow to load and the tasks are terrible, offer no flexibility and no help/explanation. The only reason this gets a 2 star review rather than the minimum 1 is that the colours and white background looks ok. Usability needs to be improved, particularly for important elections when policies are maturing.

Gotten slow
This app has become too slow recently. The data does not load, it says failed to load data. I had to reload it at least thrice before it shows me the data.

Terrible - Time Wasted
After successful login last year, both Equate mobile and access apps are now broken. I keep getting “Something went wrong Invalid content received.”
Seit letzten Update kein Login mehr möglich
Leider funktioniert mit der aktuellsten Version das Login nicht mehr. Es kommt immer die Meldung, dass wegen zu vielen Loginversuchen das Konto gesperrt sei und ich es später wieder versuchen soll. Via Safari Browser kann ich mich jedoch normal einloggen, nur mit der App geht das seit dem Update nicht mehr.
Pretty, but so inconvenient
This app feels like a beautiful pair of high heels, that are so nice and when you try to walk in it are killing you. Trying to process a payment as been a nightmare for close to a month. 1. Why is the bank and person adresse juste a big blank box? Are you expecting the full address with the country or just a short version ? Why don’t you take accent for French users ? 2. In the bank account, show me an example of a void cheque and the section you’re referring to since you’ve decided not to put them in order. 3. Client experience and processes: if I’ve been unsuccessful for 2-3 times, would it be logical to call me in your processes to help me manage this transaction?

Doesn’t work more than half the time as it requires EquateAccess which fails, this is unacceptable as we need to see our stocks. Fix the app, or allow another way to access.

No shareholding statement
There doesn’t appear to be any way to generate a current shareholding statement like other platforms can such as Computershare. Nor any detailed historical information on what makes up the portfolio.

Recent update has removed the share price and performance metrics. Not overly user friendly but landing screen is clear and informative

Need huge improvement
Our company uses this platform to build our ESPP and to be honest this platform needs huge improvement. First, we are in China and the customer service is not easy to reach. The toll-free 400 is not working sometimes and this issue has existed for a while. Also, the OTP is confusing and sometimes I could not receive OTP via SMS. Secondly, as a investment tool, I could not see the unrealised gain/loss of my portfolio. This is just unbelievable and we do need this feature. Please update the platform and make this easy to use. Looking forward to your next update.
