Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!
The app is well designed, easy to use, and worked perfectly for what I needed. I just did not have an ongoing use for it. I accidentally missed the end of my free trial and was charged for the annual plan. Bogs and Sally were both understanding and helped me resolve the issue with a full refund! They didn’t have to do that and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service!
Misleading
Everything looks free but the moment you try to download the document you serpent hours on they force you to buy a subscrption
Website is good, app is useless
I’ve been a paid user for a few years. The website and storage is very useful. The app doesn’t even log in and performs no functions that the website does. That part is disappointing. I’d probably do best getting a home phone line and a fax machine.
Latest Update
The latest update broke a lot of functionality on desktop. I am confident they will get it working, because this happened a couple of years ago and they resolved it. I will update my review once it’s fixed, because when it’s working, it’s a wonderful tool for my business. Please fix this soon!! I should add- Customer service has been responsive and helpful, as always.

Great app. But beware of the free trial. It’s not actually free. They charge you immediately. Which is ridiculous. 3 stars for lying.

Used for years
This is one subscription I consider essential, even if I only use it occasionally. Bureaucracies assure its utility. I occasionally have some frustrations, but support usually can help me.

The app is excellent but too pricey. It should be one time payment for lifetimed license. Below 50 dollars. They are many apps other than this to use.
Customer
I’ve been a customer of PDF filler for as long as I can remember I guess since they started I couldn’t be with it at it. It’s better than Adobe and half the price or a third of the price. If you don’t have PDF filler you need to get it that’s all I can say.
Unauthorized use of CC info
This service was fine when I needed it. When I no longer needed it, I decided to let the subscription lapse on the card that was being used— a card that was no longer valid. They tried to re-subscribe me. I left it alone because without a valid card to subscribe to, the subscription lapses, right? No. I don’t know how, but they hunted down my updated card information to renew the subscription, because I never once made that information available to them by my own choice. Extremely untrustworthy and unsettling; the service is fine but I will never trust them again.

The application is very beautiful, but unfortunately it cannot be subscribed because it is not possible to add lines from outside the application. Upload Fonts Instead of adding all these bad lines, a line of files should have been added.

They offer to help you fill out a form and then there is a subscription paywall to access your own documents. And it’s $100 a year, who is buying that? The price point alone is insane.

This is a wonderful app, my daughter downloaded it, now i’m unable or can't afford the payment. Each day there's money going out because i’m unable to pay. And adding financial strain, please help, i emailed. Seem to get no response on how to unsubscribe.
Not user friendly
Cant save document on your device . Have to log in each time to access it. Too expensive for what you get. No reminder for subscription renewal - so automatically goes off apple account. App doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription .
Why does my information dissapear
Sometimes my info dissapears when i close the documents , or its always looking for connection or the app just closes by itself and i have to re-log in

It’s the Best!
Absolute mess
More bugs than working functions. Space bar randomly turns into a tab bar. Boxes overlay and won’t lock to line up. No grid functions. Worst of all, I could muddle through all of that. It would take years off my life and cost all of my patience, but I could. What I cannot handle, is that after doing my best to work around a system so buggy it puts the Amazon rainforest to shame, it saves/shares a garbled version of what you made. Absolute trash, and they have the nerve to charge $100 a year for it. Literally the worst use of my money, and I have bought things that would put a 5 year old with a credit card to shame.
How do I cancel?

I opted out of a free trial that was only a month long that I opted out before the month ended only to get charged $105 even after cancelling beforehand. Scam website, shady business. Dispute with your bank to get your money back, do not trust.

Me sirve perfecto para dar mis clases en línea. Puedo editar el libro para ir contestando al mismo tiempo con mis alumnos y puedan ver las respuestas en pantalla. Lo único malo es que de pronto con la herramienta de dibujo, se traba la app y ya no puedes cambiar de herramienta hasta que la reinicias :(

The App Does what it late set out to do but...
The app is good for editing PDF files but you have to pay even if you want to try out the full features. The app description states 7 days Trial period but that is not true. Regardless if you try it for 1 hour or 6 days you will be charged. To the app developer , change the description as your charging even during the trial period. For those that have been charged during the “7 day Trial period” contact Apple support
PDF superior service
I have used PDF filler more and more each time a form is online and I’m able to fill it out neatly and with while dictating by responses into the fill-in the blanks. Highly recommended for new users.

I downloaded it and at the end it told me to pay for a subscription to save my pdf. Midas well go to india and get scammed. This company is ran by crooks and rats!
