Been trying for three weeks to get a hold of Support to verify my stupid account so I can get my damn money almost $70

Update the app please I get a white screen after I type my password
Booted out
Gone 3 days without proper assistance to get back into account since the verification code isn’t being received. Keep having to open trickets to only receive the same bs . When the told to go yo upper left to open something there’s nothing there to do so. Instructions are not useful if pages are not set up to retrieve the correct info . Very frustrated to be locked out of my finances when I didn’t even set up a two way verification in the first place .
Screen turns white
Ever since iOS upate 26.1 after I switch in uphold my screen turns white until I force close app and relaunch it

Very new to crypto. Having fun learning the ropes. Fees are a bit high but Worth the security
Serious Operational Issues
Uphold persistently has serious operational issues. Despite my complaints they continuously ignore them. Example are: 1) issuance and management of debit cards. 2) confirmation methods of crypto deposits into wallet. 3) limits on payments and transfers. Bitpanda are way ahead of Uphold in these areas.

They sell your data. I can’t go more than a LITERAL hour without “Uphold security Alert - Phone # change request”. From some sketchy email with file attachments. The only thing this app had going for it is that they still sold XRP when it was delisted by the majority. Now that that has come and gone they are weak AF. I’ve used them for 3-4 years, but after the non stop harassment I’ve moved a majority to cold wallets and the rest is going to Robinhood or somewhere else maybe even another cold wallet . I don’t recommend this app. My-my, how the virtuous have changed.
SHX glitch
The SHX transfer is Still not fixed, it glitches out on the select transfer option, you have to close the app and reopen to use the app.
Tarjeta de Residencia España NO ACEPTADA.
Al principio cree la cuenta con mi residencia legal de España sin problemas, ahora cuando trato de subir la residencia renovada, me dice que debe ser un documento emitido por el gobierno. Contacto a soporte y para mi sorpresa, el chat de soporte me dice que las tarjetas de residencias emitidas de EU no son aceptadas en Uphold para la verificación del KYC y es solo con DNI. A parte de comisiones súper altas, salen con esto.

App was fine til recent update. Keeps crashing to white screen and have to continue to force close the app and reopen the app. Crashes to white screen even after purchasing crypto. Please fix!

I will rate this app two stars until they add a function where I can set alerts for price changes like other exchanges and also set lower buy limits orders
This is not a platform for trading.
I do like the app but you need to know it’s limitations, this is definitely not the platform for trading as the fees are way too high especially during volatile times where they hike the prices and rape you ! that’s right the most likely times you’ll want to trade and they hike the prices so beware ! That said it is a great platform for buying, holding and transferring your crypto although the fees are still relatively high usually around 2.5%

BUYER BEWARE
Failed to deliver the promised service and unilaterally chose to terminate my subscription early and then would not provide a refund. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a safer and more reliable place to transact digital currencies. Be VERY CAREFUL with this one!

L’app di per se è fatta molto bene ma la mancanza di una modalità avanzata o comunque un modo per poter leggere più informazioni si fa sentire. Un grafico a candele sarebbe utile ma forse non c’entra molto con lo scopo per cui è stata concepita questa app.

Me gusta la app , es fácil y muy inteligible, pero me imposibilita transferir dinero a otros miembros uphold, arreglen eso y estaría 5 estrellas. Porque para poder transferir a otro miembro dejo abrir en la web . Ya que me sale error en la app .

Sería una app buenísima si tuviera el earn activo y la asistencia técnica en español, una pena por que es fácil de usar e intuitiva…..

Account exposed
Beware!!!! My account on this app was hacked. Thankfully, I didn’t have any money in the account, so I didn’t lose anything. Please be very careful if you use this app. Make sure you protect your account, use a strong password, and enable any available security features. I’ve since switched to another app where I feel my account is less exposed to hacking attempts and I feel more secure using it. I’m sharing this review so others are aware of what happened to me and can take extra precautions.

1. A great deal of difficulty relinking account. Repeated attempts over many days. Finally found some hidden way to delete the account. Then I reconstituted the account and it is now apparently fine. 2. Where is a transaction-pending area? I needed to cancel the transaction. Once again, I just deleted the entire account. 3. Much of the app is user-friendly. Other of it is user-hostile.

I costi delle commissioni sono mooolto alti oltre ad esserci poca scelta tra le azioni e le crypto da acquistare. Se siete piccoli investitori come me c’è parecchio di meglio in giro, cercate bene!
