Worst service
Worst money transfer service I have ever experienced. I tried calling customer support, but no agent was available. I then tried the live chat and waited for more than an hour, but still no agent responded. I also sent an email regarding my issue, but there has been no response. The only thing I received was a ticket numberβnothing else. When you are dealing with peopleβs money, customer support should be available and responsive. Unfortunately, this app has been extremely disappointing. Worst app for sending money. I would not recommend it.

This app gave me a very, very bad experience. It doesn't send the OTP at the correct time. I have to send resent OTP at least 20 times before I get the OTP. I felt like I didn't value the time of the people sending money. I am very disappointed in using this app.

I have a complain about your service imagine I made a wrong transaction transferred money on wrong account when I tried to reach out to your customer service I was asked a lot of questions and when you said you gonna give me your agent to help me you never did I had to loose my money because of the poor service am very disappointed
Good service, but can do more for customers
Lulu Money app is very useful and easy to use. Many customers are using this service regularly for money transfers, and it has become a trusted app for us. Since Lulu Exchange benefits from a large number of customers every month, it would be great if the company also gives something back to the people. For example, a monthly lucky draw, rewards, or small benefits for regular users would really improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Overall, the service is good, but adding customer appreciation programs would make it even better.

Happiness points not credit- no response
I have transferred money and i had redeemed the voucher points for happiness points till now nothing got credited and none of those emails are being replied to. Very disappointed with this service

If u send money through the app u still have to go to the branch even though u have submitted the credentials and bank statements to them even a week before.. which other exchanges does not need. And if u ever want to talk to them forget about it β¦ no one answers callsβ¦.

Great service I think the best in uae
Useless app and service
This app or service has serious interruptions in money transfer , they show a good rate and when transfer it never credits and the money returns after few days and the customer service is pathetic and they have no idea how to deal with it, they always complaining your partner bank is the problem they reject credit but the fact checked reveals that the lulu money transfer service faces some troubles either legal restrictions or technical glitch which they do not open admit, though they complain my partner bank issues when I transfer with other apps like pay it or direct transfer with banks it credited within even seconds but 4 times tried with Lulu it doesnβt work, so pls do not waste time and Iβm uninstalling it.

I can't add new beneficiary, asking to visit nearest branch after each update we can't send money through this app it is very annoying.

Ever since they upgraded and changed the apps, its always facing issues.. I tried transfering 4 times and its failed. I called the agent she said to restart the mobile and wait. Few days later, it worked. Then again another mishaps again. You cant rely on it.

Too many advertisements.
Every time I want to transfer money, so many advertisement will pop up before you can finish your transaction. By the way, you are already charging us for using the app, itβs not free. If you really want to put advertisements, add a banner at the bottom and show whatever you want, but donβt allow a pop up advertisements while we are transferring the money. Itβs really annoying. And whatβs more annoying is will keep asking you to rate the app every time you use it. Why? The app itself is good, but running it is bad because of the pop up message. Hope this annoying message will be removed.
