6/08/026 ,I was send the money on alfapay but still he didn’t receive the money ,then I complain to help center they say send DOB & Name when I send Complete details still on hold Again he didn’t response to me

Theif
I didn’t touch my salary but then I downloaded this app. I dont even made any transactions but there’s a 1.5aed leas from my acct. its not about how small it is but if theres more customers like me that youre taking 1.5aed for nothing then youre gaining from that. So i dont recoment for this BS app.
No beneficiaries
Since the start of 2026 the app has removed my beneficiaries and I wasn’t able to add them back. I’ve sent emails tried calling with no luck.
Recent Issues
Has been using this app since a year and was running smoothly. However, since 2 weeks it can’t be opened showing “connect to internet “. I am already using internet and all banking channels are working except Alfa pay. I think the team should really need to work on that.

Worst for online transactions
Please never use this application for online payments. Both my friend and I recharged our NOL cards through this app after being informed that the balance would be activated within 45 minutes. However, even after two days, the amount was still not reflected when using RTA buses. As a result, both of us received fines of AED 200. If the balance cannot be activated within the stated timeframe, why mislead loyal customers with inaccurate information? Experiences like this seriously damage the credibility and trustworthiness of the service. After this incident, I am very hesitant to use this application for any future transactions.

User Friendly
Best app which include everything, Simple and user friendly.
App does not work outside UAE
It’s strange to note that the app meant to load travel card, which one will use when outside UAE, does not work outside UAE! Unlike Al Ansari app - which is a single app to load and monitor expenses, Al Fardan expects us to download another app to monitor expenses! The app gives you a feel of 2010 era!! Customer care is slow to respond too. Do not recommend Al Fardan travel card.
Stuck in processing
I send money through this app and its been 3 days from now it still shows processing. Please fix the bug issue. Good app but need more improvement.

This is the second time the transfers not received And they request the refund without informing me The first time i paid 450 aed as fees going and come back ,now again i will pay again fees maybe going and come back i made complaint but no body care any way i will never use this application

Need improvement
When trying to add beneficiaries, Sbi branches not listing in the app. There is no option to search with ifsc code , only branch name search option which is working only branch names starting from A to J .
