Unprofessional
They do not check their upgrades before submitting to the App Store. Already twice this year an upgrade rendered the app unusable and I had to wait for weeks for a new version to regain access.

It’s one the most convenient app with great customer support ever No long waiting, straight to the point
App crashes
After the update to 2.24.0 the app crashes on launch. After three days technical support has no solution yet. This would be bad enough, but they make it worse by not providing access via desktop/browser, so effectively a glitch in the iPhone app shuts you out completely.

To be able to save funds with multiple currencies in one account is something great and it’s an amazing experience.
Literally took my money and wont respond
I had some money coming from my freelance job, I asked if its not allowed ill stop using the app but didnt get a respond. I had £100 coming and they literally stopped answering and wont process it??!
