Multi user access problem
There is a problem with access for two different user i can open it from the app but until now i receive notification just for the one user at the same app
Verification – System Under Maintenance all the time
Very disappointing experience. The app is completely unusable because the face verification never works. Every attempt ends with “Verification issue – System is under maintenance!”, making it impossible to activate the account. Customer support only sends generic copy-and-paste responses without resolving the issue. I have tried multiple times over several days with no success. A banking app should be reliable, especially when it is required to access corporate accounts. Please fix the verification system instead of sending automated replies.

Am facing a technical issue since morning!! I cant transfer any amount. Tried calling sending emails no help was there!
App forced me to update and blocked access
I was unable to use the app until I update it, which prevented me from making payments as I was outside the country and could not update without wi-fi. I therefore was blocked from access to the corporate bank account. It is completely unclear why it should be made this way. Now, during the update, I am forced to write a review, which I would not have done otherwise. Here it is.

Login problem
I am not able to get the option to login to my fabeaccess, the only option it gives is to REGISTER, when i click on register it says that the User is already active. Please help to sort this issue

Statements on the app are not current
Tried to view bank statements but the list was for year 2018 and that too only a few selected months of 2018 were available. Kindly resolve this issue so I can access bank statements by selecting the months from any year.

Worst Experience
Closing your account will be so much of hassle. Been doing the closure the account via app, not resolved, visited the branch twice but still same issue. What does the bank wanted to? stay forever with them? Been calling customer service however, they can’t fix the problem. This is so much frustrating, this thing needs to be escalated.
