School fee
Every transaction is being charged to the customer, which I feel is not appropriate. Why can’t the charges be applied only to the company or users who are tied up with your service instead of charging every customer

Payment receipts should be shared to us in pdf format so that it will be useful for us to submit the same in our office for reimbursement.

When adding a student, I’m not receiving the OTP whether using a mobile number or email!

Unnecessarily a little awkward
I have two children. Their dinners have to be loaded into a cart separately which would be nice to have to option to choose together… but much worse you have to go through the payment process for the first child before you can go through the entire daily ordering process for the second. Doesn’t this defeat the purpose of having a cart?!

Bad and very complicated app
Extremely repetitive
Long winded sign up process just to pay for a school trip. Unnecessary app tbh. Have to repeat the details of the student multiple times rather than just pulling that information from the sign up.

When using the app for ordering the kids a a Is at school, it’s frustrating that we can’t do multiple kids at once, and have to pay for each kid separately!
Frustrating
When entering in payment info it asks for a nickname for the card at a point when you expect to write your CVC and the field is not visible so I have entered my code twice this way exposing myself to potential fraud. It is time consuming entering in the details that I do not know like student number and have to search it up and figure it out. It requires details to be repeated when confirming the student for the event. As a teacher I have had parents unable to make payments.

I just downloaded the app because I discovered fraudulent credit card activity from them. Not doing a great job with payment security and that’s literally their job. Not great!

App functions not working
I was very excited to finally have a proper solution for my child’s school fees. Downloaded the app and setup my card. When selecting my child’s name and then pricing options the app freezes. What a waste of time. As usual a half complete job. The back button is not working also.
