Doesn’t work at many venues
Have used my link card at various different venues listed on the app and never received the miles. Very hard to contact anyone to raise the issue. Chat doesn’t really assist with the query.

I didn’t used to use this app before card linking ability, but since i linked my card i have been earning miles with so many different partners without even realizing. The app might need some work on the visuals but overall it’s way better than the old experience.

After the new update we dont get any point and i have made many purchases in many stores ! Just return the old way it was way better !!
Main screen never loads and not able to redeem on many partner pages
My main screen is always in a loading phase. I’ve never seen it actually show up with the “special offers” and “near me” partners because it’s always grey. And when I click on a partners name in the explore section, many of them don’t even have an option to redeem points. This is not the quality I expect from emirates.
Simple to use …but
I’ve had this app for ages, and thought my life was going to be made easier once the points got automatically added when you added the link your card feature but for some reason my points DO NOT get added. I have been been emailing Emirates Customer services for weeks now and none emails are going back and forth and my points are still not being added. I have 3 cards linked to the account and have no problem with the ENBD card only my HSBC one! Why ???

App Stop Working
It seems the developer went MIA. No updates for the past 6 months. The app stop working and the retails that show offers doesn’t load anymore
So slow while loading
You can’t even have enough time to load the app with in a store as it’s very slow. Other stores also don’t know about the stamp needed on the receipt. Compared ton other apps , this one is primitive already . Where you have to submit a receipt to a chat that’s not always available. You need to let stores scan a barcode or just submit receipts in the app itself. There should be real time update of points.

I can’t open the app when I’m in an outlet, whether it’s a shop or restaurant, 5G or wifi, it just keeps hanging.

Seems really easy to use and can easily earn miles using it as much as possible. However only shops in the UAE are on here. Please expand to the gulf region, would be awesome

I think Emirates airlines should put some more effort to increase the number of outlets which is providing skywards since the outlets provided are very limited

Badly implemented
An app with great potential, however the implementation is very poor. You need to open the open 2-3 times before you can carry out any activity. To claim a reward or submit a rewards takes too many steps. Suggestion, replace all these numerous steps with a bar or QR code. The merchants find it takes too many steps to enter a reward and the users are frustrated having to open the app multiple times to get to your chosen retail outlet or vendor.

Not friendly
Not friendly use , take always time to do it , why i cant scanned the invoice!! Why i have to ask them to give me the code to add mile !! Most of them don't know about to code they have to ask there manger so wait for them to find the manger or supervisor to put his code ! And also i have to give him my phone to put the code thats not good and waste of time . Please find other way or only let your member can scanned the code in invoices it’s enough

Why this app does not scan shop receipts and salespeople must manually enter the long-digit receipt number? This whole procedure of manual typing, and then password confirmation, takes so much time from the shop. When entering these numbers, salespeople make errors, start over, and so much time is wasted. I am really shocked that the design of this procedure does not simply scan a receipt no. Alternatively, these skywards numbers can be simply used loyalty cards numbers at the participating shops, and all purchases will automatically top up the miles balance without any manual entry of each receipt and password. You have to do something on this matter, otherwise this app is really badly designed and unfriendly to both the salespeople and to skyward members.
