Great app with great discounts
Very bad experience with the app
My Viya app stopped working, so I contacted customer service because I have a dinner voucher that I plan to use. I asked if they could issue a new one. However, the customer service agent, Ryner Carvalho, kept asking me the same questions and ignored my request to speak with management. I'm beginning to wonder if they are intentionally doing this or just trying to avoid issuing the voucher. Additionally, the agent replied with a spelling mistake. Overall, my experience with Viya seems a bit questionable.
Great app
Great rewards app, easy to use and tons of promotions.
Payment part of the process fails a lot.
This app has been great over the years. But over the last 3-6 months I have more issues paying within the app. Just says user cancelled when using Apple Pay or even a saved card. I have to try 10+ times and I may or may not work. Very frustrating as you cannot use the website if you want to get your points only the app allows for the loyalty points. So I have to keep trying 10’s of times to book a golf round.

Poor customer service
I spoke to someone at 9:42 26th March after a long wait. They assured me they would assist and call back with an update on my request. However, I never received a follow-up or any further communication.

Pin code
I have a swiss number and cannot log in as the pin code is sent to my phone number (76*******) without the country code (+41). Pls fix this. I cannot book a tee time.
Good app but frustrating
I’ve been trying to book multiple rounds of golf for myself and my 10 year old son but it would not let me change him to a junior for the bookings. It did once and then when I went back to book more tee times it went back to him being listed as an adult

Crash
Viya has crashed leaving us unable to make bookings !
App has issue - can’t logg in and no response from VIYA
Loved the APP and offers - recently they removed Westin und LeMeridien Hotel restaurants from the discount offer. Now not really helpful any more 😐 wish they bring back these offers!!
Diwali celebration
Went on Diwali celebration and it was as usual very crowded as it was a Fri I am a gold member however was given a bay in ground floor and that too in end where no came to attend and start the game for good 15-20 minutes I had to call someone to take our orders and start our game. When asked for club for teens was given club for left handed though we didn’t need it Hence we had call them and again wait for a while for this change Things I am sure can be managed well

Waste of time
Don’t even bother to download. Not possible to register! Keep on requesting an OTP No to register your mobile number, but the OTP never arrives! Been trying for days!

Incredibly unreasonable cancellation policy
Always keeping 10% on cancellation at any time (even more than 72 hours in advance)? On UAE green fees that adds up. Even during COVID when people absolutely have to cancel and can’t avoid it? 100 dirham amendment fee less than 5 days before? Extortionate and very rude customer service.

Can’t update personal details
App requires me (previous user of GolfCentral app) to confirm personal details including email but endless loop of One Time Passwords not being issued or received means I can never book anything. So frustrating!
