This app is truly useless. Most restaurants either reject redeeming the offer in Jeddah even though they show up on the app or they change the rules to the harm for the customer. Total waste of money. Will never subscribe next year.

GCC entertainer
I purchased the GCC Entertainer expecting a broader selection of vouchers, especially for UAE locations. While it does offer options across multiple countries, I have been disappointed with the number and value of UAE-specific vouchers compared to what I had with the UAE Entertainer. There also appears to be fewer vouchers overall than before, which has been frustrating. Additionally, I believe I had more Smile Points on my account than are currently showing. I have purchased these points and they have not expired, yet I am unable to buy more Smile Points or redeem the ones I already have for vouchers. This has further limited my ability to make full use of the app. Lastly, I cannot find how to access the XL packages that were available in my previous subscription. I had hoped that switching to the GCC edition would give me more options, especially focused on the UAE, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Overall, I am disappointed with the value and available offers on the GCC Entertainer compared with what I had before.

The Riyadh version is bad!
A lot of places in these offers are CLOSED! The is not single hotel offer in Riyadh!! It was great when it was about “buy 1 get 1”, but now many offers require you to pay a “certain amount of money” to be eligible to use the offer which discounts 25%! Such a bad product, no where near as good as it used to be or as good as Dubai’s offers. + there are ZERO offers for Riyadh hotels, … 0!

Not sure who designed this app; but it’s terrible interface and design. Constant reminders to turn on notifications, no real decent filters or ways to search. And leaving aside the interface, the content itself is fairly rubbish. None of the delivery places deliver (even when within a 2km radius); 90% of the offers are hugely overpriced, and the few that are OK are really just that…barely OK. Definitely not purchasing it again.

Riyadh
I had Eftar at Seven Restaurant. They have a thief employee. He wants me to pay more than my bill and he actually printed the bill. Upon checking, it turns out that he canceled the bill because he was afraid that I would file a complaint against him. The employee’s name is Rajesh, and he does not respect customers.
Waste of money
Don’t buy or pay anything for this app. It’s a big headache and no one to follow up if there’s an issue. The company has no customer service and no one is responding
New app interface is a downgrade
I like the Entertainer, I enjoy the offers and the monthly deals etc. I like the food and leisure deals offered very much, as well as the ping function to trade vouchers with others. However, the app was recently updated and there is no longer the map function to search for deals (that I enjoyed especially when planning ahead for meals). The search function also seems to lag now. I recommend for future buyers to download and try the new interface first, before deciding whether or not to purchase.
Same app for less
Family and I have been an Entertainer subscriber since 2018. I got to say that the list of restaurants has vanished one by one over the years. Regretted getting the 2022. This would be the last.
Not good options in Saudi Arabia
It is generally good app in UAE for example, but in Saudi Arabia the options are very limited and not with good restaurants. They need to partner with more outlets and restaurants to make it more attractive.
Excellent app
Oh I’ve been on the app for at least 10 years in a row and counting. Two reasons for the 5 stars. It prompts for updates and gives me an option to do it later. This is golden standard in UX. WELL DONE DEV. AMAZING PROPLE 💐💪✨☀️🏆🥰. and all the other “ update now” apps should learn how its done 🎤! Second if you live in Dubai (or other cities the app covers) And go out. This is a great way to discover hidden gems. And not pay so much in case you didn’t like it. Definitely worth the upgrades and packages, save more and discover more enjoy. In almost all cases it’s a real deal. Highly recommended.

Good but needs improvement
Thanks for the great deals! Is it possible to fix the issue of auto-refresh every time I switch tabs for just a minute (e.g Safari when search about the place)? It’s annoying to have scrolled through dozens of listings then being forced to re-scroll after I’ve switched tabs.

App stop working in Malls / resturants
For past 2/3 month anytime i go to any mall the app stop working tried multiple time in different location. Thoughout the year i have not been able to redeem any offers. Extremely disappointed and will not continue next year.

Hope to have more participating restaurants and other types of products besides services, attractions and F&B e.g. gift shops.
Interface changed
Major changes to the interface. While it “looks” better, it doesn’t work better. Where’s the map? Now if you want to use Entertainer, you have to already know which merchant is on the app. Else, you can’t find them. Previously, I used the app to find what’s around me and head over. Now that’s gone. I’ve been hearing a lot about burpple having better deals and interface. Will probably swap over if this keeps up. I barely managed to utilise entertainer much due this year anyway. Bearing in mind, all the “worth-it” places are always fully booked.
App constantly loosing participants
I am using this app from last 4 years and felt that every year participant outlets are reducing. Now only left cafes and pizza ( which Already offering similar offers). Particularly for Oman this app not worth now. Even no rewards for 2020 loyal customers despite almost 70% time of year was under lockdown.
Friday Vine brunch
Friday brunch at Vine Restaurant is really amazing. The experience with the rest of the team was super great. I would say Thankyou so much…special mention to Ms. Alma with their tremendous service. Enjoyed it much!!! You guys must come and experience the nice food and the view. ❤️❤️❤️
The worst app ever! Stay away from the app
I bought a more expensive subscription, didn’t get to use it , they fail to update the list of venues that offer discounts. When I went to Tim Hortons in Dubai mall they told me they don’t have the deals that entertainer offered. Customer support was useless too. Stay away from the app. It’s too expensive and you won’t get your moneys worth. A waste of money!!!!

Where did the map go
I like the app but it is now really difficult and inconvenient to use without the map. How can I easily find places in an area that I want to visit.

Regretted purchase
I was a user of Burpple Beyond for 2 years and was contemplating whether I should subscribe to Entertainer. Within the first week of subscribing to Entertainer I immediately regretted. I wasn’t able to easily navigate the app compared to Burpple and understand what the 1-1 deals entails. For example some restaurants do not offer the menu on the app. Or even if they did, you don’t know what dish can be ordered for the deal. What is considered as a Main Dish? Are there any exclusions? I think this area can be improved. The fact that the app is showing reviews from google is okay but what’s missing are the photos - hopefully this can be better integrated into the app. Another area is that the app doesn’t update whether the restaurants are closed permanently or not. Sometimes it shows as open but when I reach the address, the restaurant is no longer there. If the place is closed, it should have been removed from the app. It’s really frustrating so now I have to do more research to make sure I don’t make a wasted trip down. The F&B offered by entertainer is not fantastic too tbh. I am seriously considering resubscribing to Burpple
