I have deleted and downloaded the app again and again. There is no option to sign in, only sign up, which kicks me out because my phone number is already associated with an account. I know! Exactly! 🙄🙄🙄

Al-Futtaim Infinite Card Benefits Are Useless When BLUE Doesn’t Work
I am extremely disappointed with the BLUE app and the way this ongoing issue has been handled. I hold the Al-Futtaim Infinite Credit Card, which is supposed to be one of the highest-tier cards in the Al-Futtaim ecosystem, yet I am unable to properly benefit from the BLUE rewards because the bill payment feature simply does not work reliably. I have faced repeated issues with bill payments for a long time. On one occasion, a payment was even credited to the wrong account. For the past several months, the payment feature has not been working at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that customer service keeps giving the same response: delete the app and reinstall it. I have already done this more than once, and the issue remains unresolved. At this point, it is clearly not reasonable to continue treating this as a customer-side issue. If I am paying for and using a premium Al-Futtaim credit card specifically to benefit from the rewards ecosystem, but the app features required to earn or use those rewards are not functioning, then the value of the card itself is being significantly reduced. It is also difficult not to question why a problem related directly to earning BLUE points has remained unresolved for months. Whether intentional or not, the result is the same: customers are unable to receive the benefits they were promised. I expect Al-Futtaim and BLUE to take full responsibility, investigate this properly at a technical level, restore the service permanently, and address the points and benefits customers may have lost because of these repeated failures. Premium customers should receive premium service. Repeatedly telling customers to reinstall the app is not a solution.
Good Concept but Needs Major Improvements
Honestly, the app has potential and some really fun features, but the user experience needs a lot of improvement. First of all, the app feels very confusing and overcrowded. There are too many buttons, sections, and hidden menus just to find simple things. It honestly feels unnecessarily complicated for customers. Every section has so many extra steps and pages, and I really think the app would be much better if it was cleaner, clearer, and easier to navigate. Second, the rewards system doesn’t really feel worth it. For example, I currently have around 700 points, but they barely give any real value. Compared to other rewards apps, the difference is huge. On Aura, for example, I collected 3,366 points which equals around AED 67 and I can actually use those points in many places and restaurants. But with Blue Rewards, collecting points for so long just to get something like AED 10 off on a big purchase doesn’t really feel rewarding or motivating. Another issue is the app speed. The loading time is very slow and the app freezes or lags quite often. I’m sure many users already noticed this problem. I’m saying all this because the app actually has good ideas, fun games, and nice features. It has potential to be really enjoyable, but I hope the team improves the design, makes it more user-friendly, and creates a rewards system that feels more valuable and satisfying for customers.

Basics yet to be improved
Have been on Blue Rewards since its inception. Have regularly faced issues with it; have regularly had to reach out to customer support to rectify stuff. New features are all fine to have, but if the basic functionalities don’t work well, it’s easy to get frustrated and wonder why I’m still using this app. Which I do very often, sadly.
Bugs and complexity
The app closes itself sometimes when I goes to profile section. The points can’t see after playing and winning in games just appearing a white background.

My favorite shop
I feel relaxed when I shop at M&S . The layout of the store is very comfortable to look at and choose it is very well organized so I can find readily what I want . The staff is very helpful . Finally I like the Resturant which I love very much cause it has everything I like and it very good meeting point for friends on tea and snack thanks again.

Very buggy. Kept asking me to sign in multiple times, and when it’s finally done it asked me to update my personal particulars - error message popped up when I tried to do that.

Ugh, so frustrating! 😤 I tried to sign up, but the app just wouldn't cooperate - it got stuck and wouldn't send the OTP, basically locking me out of getting my account set up! 🤯 Did you guys fix it or should I try again?

Please don’t lock the app
Please don’t lick the app when it needs update. Access to your barcode should be as easy as possible, to avoid huge issues when checking out purchasing your goods. Add barcode to app wallet needs to be an option
CAN’T login to my profile
I can’t login to my account for few months now. The customer support is not helping. It’s like a vicious circle i’ve sent them a screenshot of my app and they tell me to reinstall the app which I’ve done many times and it doesn’t help. After I tell them it doesn’t help they tell me to send a screenshot again… P.S. I remember my login and my password, but when I enter my details, I cannot see my profile.

I tried to login into the app several times but cannot access my account. It got stuck on a page and kept reloading. CS did not provide much help except asked to to re-download all and try again….

Terrible App
In good faith I bought cash coupons for friends as recommended by M&S counter staff as he said it would be sent immediately. However after paying there was no record on my app that coupons were created and sent. No emails or sms sent to me and no confirmation was received by my friends . The customer service simple refused to address the issue and said no refund will be made either and did not offer proof . This is what scammers do .

Keeps crashing
It logs out every time and keeps crashing.
Could be better
The app seems a bit clunky and not that much to offer on it. But it has some good games, first a game similar to wordle but more letters, that was great but ended. Replaced by a memory game called matchit but today that has finished. These games are for points but seems like you may not always be credited for the points you win. The spin a wheel game, customer nearly always loses, more often than the odds would suggest.

Will I lose my points?
The app has been great in the past but with the new update, I am not able to log in. It asks me to create a new account. And obviously I would then lose all my points. What happens now?? I have emailed on their help email. Hopefully a solution is given soon.
