I have no issues what so ever with the community, maintenance or security. Living in Wasl community is the best decision-

App is so slow. Loading the page took so long time. Not working properly.
User experience and constant updates
Honest opinion , you need to reduce the number of updates , better to package new requirements and features in 3 to 4 updates maximum , the experience that you are forced to update the App every time you access to add a ticket or new request is a lot. You need to simplify the experience and usability. This is an app that is used by a lot of tenant and constantly for maintenance services so you need to redesign the user experience and improve look and feel

Nothing seamless about it
The app’s filtering and navigation features are bugged. Heavily. Clicking “back” after trying to look at property details resets your entire search. Unsure if the contact or interest forms are broken since no one has ever returned a message or contact. Don’t waste your time with it.
Unable view renewal contract sectio.
I’m unable to view my rental renewal section. I’m on holiday and I tried my best to figure this out but user experience wasn’t great.

What is a point to have app to put a maintenance request, which is going very slow, when they are not even read requested time. But you cannot do it without app, which one is very slow.

Worst App and Customer Service
Please be extra cautious while using this app. I lost huge amount of money as I rented through this and the parking option was not mentioned properly and the contract option in the app didn’t show any thing clearly

Pathetic app 1000 times tried to book giving same error we cannot validate your account no solution
Tried booking apartment after trying 1000 times it comes to last stage and payment deducted no response from call center no confirmation provided it seems they provide there own people only no one found success in my circle waiting for my 11 thousand to be refunded

من اكثر التطبيقات رفع للظغط ومن اكثر شركات التأجير استخفاف بالعملاء بعد اشهر من المحاولات وفي كل محاوله تفشل ونرجع ننتظر لين خلص الكونتركت عندنا من الشقه القديمه واحنا ننتظر الابلكيشن يقبل نأجر ولما نتواصل معاهم عشان نزورهم المكتب ونتمم الدفع يقولون لازم مواعيد وبعد ما يجي الموعد يقولون لنا هالشقه متاحه روحوا شوفوها وارجعوا ادفعوا نقولهم خلاص بندفع احنا أوريدي شفناها وعاجبتنا يقولون لا لازم تروحون ونروح ونرجع ونمسك سرى واخر شي يقولون للاسف الشقه راحت عليكم احد قبلكم جا وحط عربون ؟!!!!هذي قصه بس من القصص اللي تصير مع كل احد تعامل مع هالشركه وماخفي كان اعظم التأجير كله بالواسطات بينهم

Rude people
We have communicated with your office. However, we have encountered some difficulties as the reception staff have been very rude and not very accommodating.

Disappointed
I have repeatedly inquired about the apartment at a particular place, and after a long wait, we finally found an opening at this place. We immediately began the booking process over the phone, but were unable to complete it because the app failed to display the payment page. Frustrated, we then attempted to rent the same apartment on a laptop, uploaded all the required documents, reached the payment page, and just as we thought it was going through, the site redirected us to the homepage without any confirmation. This is beyond disappointing and infuriating. To make matters worse, I received a call from the leasing team informing me that the apartment has already been taken. How is this even possible when the booking should have been blocked for us for the given 15 minutes? Our current contract ends this month, and now we are left stranded because this was our last hope. This experience has been nothing short of appalling. If the app and website can't handle the leasing process properly, why bother offering it online at all? The poor functionality and lack of reliability have cost us the apartment, and we are deeply disappointed with how this has been handled. Moreover wasl is infamous for accommodating external agents in the inside to book the apartments- rather than making it easy the entire process is twisted
