Useless app don’t use it
This app so useless, i made a transaction of 102AED and it’s still pending since 2 days and they are not even replying to emails and calls already! Don’t use it don’t send any money from this app if you don’t want to be stucked for days, it’s so useless, they are just fooling people and looting their money don’t use this platform for anything, they have useless customer service they never replied

I am 100% sure that it is way better than e&money and maybe others, but I’m not sure about the dupay it’s very good. It gives you coupons and many other things and it is very helpful. My choice is for you that you should install PayBy and get your card.

Never use for money transfer
Slow-mo really work here I lose once 21 aed Now again, it’s been a one day I send some amount to my account till now I didn’t receive yet. The funny thing is they charge as same bank instead transfer charge for this Instead of pay by it must called slow-mo Same botim same company same platform just different apps. I didn’t use to give review but I don’t want someone get trouble like me in the future I can understand the feeling when you get stuck with ur own money because of this kinda apps.

Bad customer support
I've tried to verify my account but when i press on verify it shows me that there is an error and can't enter the page which i can upload my id for verification, two years of waiting and there is no help, bad customer support, and they didn't even try to help me, i told them about this issue and the only thing they tell me that i should update the app to the latest version and try again, but the fact that the app is up to date and when i tell them that they stop responding, i have a balance in my account and i can't use it because my account is not verified.
