Closed Bank Accounts Still Appear In Aani
I am experiencing an issue with Aani where an old Mashreq bank account that was officially closed a long time ago still appears under the Send Money to Yourself feature as an available account. The account was closed before I even started using Aani and I never manually linked or activated this account with Aani. I have tried contacting Aani support by email but have not received a response. I also tried submitting the issue through the official website contact form but the form has technical problems and does not provide a clear confirmation after submission. Please improve the customer support process and provide a way within the Aani app to report or remove old and closed bank accounts. I would appreciate assistance in removing this closed Mashreq account from my Aani profile.
Cant login
How many times you try to login thru app, its staying in the page of bank approval. Once we login to bank app, there is nothing next. What needs to be done to use the app? Now am using aani via my bank.

Developers Please note: 1. The. Receiver who had multiple account , We can’t choose to which account the money should be credited . 2. Bank account automatically disappearing from the app and i have to start from the beginning to use . 3, Need serious UI Improvements Rest of the all things are great … great technology . Point 1 is very important if u ignore point 2,3 Thank You

Every thing is so stupid and ugly about this app
Star is too much for this app, from the name, the logo, to the design and activation work flow, everything is stuipd, ugly and extremely un user friendly. Shame, you are even worst than the Finance house app.
Good potential, terrible implementation
This app could be something great. Unfortunately, the implementation was terrible. App crashes, lags, unresponsiveness, and lack of functionality makes it closer to useless. I hope these issues can be fixed fast.
Default account deleted
It is the second time, the default account has been removed from Aani app. And it’s can’t add again, what is the issue?
For Transfer Money in a Minute
Aani is the best App for Transfer moneys to friends or family in UAE. It transfers transactions in a minute one bank account to other. I will recommend it.

Worst experience ever
I opened a new account on this app for their "instant transfer" that they provide, i transferred from botim through this app after i did make sure for linking it up to the ADIB account, I wanted to transfer for there but instead, out of nowhere, they transferred to mashreq card, without even telling me, and that account for that card was completely deleted long time ago!! Thats the worst step ive made, I dont even know where to complain on this app.
Needs enhancements
Keeps crashing, resetting for no reason which requires me to start the process of registering all over again which is stressful and inconvenient. I am also not able to send amounts over 800 dirhams maybe so I have to send 1k over two transactions
Emirates islamic bank not showing
I have enrolled for Aani payment through my Emirates islamic app but while setting up this app in the list of account Emirates islamic is not showing

Bank Support's & App Bugs
Hi there! There are several bank's not getting linked like FAB, Emirates NBD, DIB, HSBC. Why???? Kindly give the access to these banks too. Also the app load time is too much, after transaction gets done, it takes 3 mins to load it in transaction tab. Kindly fix that and give access to other banks as well.

SMOOTH & EASY APP Paying to the stores that are not accepting cards will be easy. Aani should work on videos explaining the app and how it works ! Exchange houses should prepare and design their system to implement Aani payments.

I used the Aani for the past couple of months, but my account information is not showing today. Also, the NBD provider list is not showing

I had a smooth experience onboarding my FAB account, but when trying with my ENBD account the app doesn’t open on its own and it keeps saying to trying to authenticate. Why can’t I add my credit cards? Feels risky linking all my accounts and exposing my all my accounts. Credit cards I would feel safer to debit and pay

Finally a UPI equivalent in the UAE
Much needed instant payment system. Enrolling was super easy. Open banking is truly the future and the ability to transfer money to someone with just their mobile number is as convenient as it gets. If you’re familiar with GPay and Paytm in India, this is a no brainer.

It’s showing that it can be linked to bank account later from the home menu But there is no skip or continue option So what should we do? To continue without linking a bank account

App is neat and clean without any bugs so far. Appreciate the initiative of this app from UAE central government. This is needed from a long time for better money transfer. People will not know the advantages of this payment transfer method very soon but when it happens it’ll be a complete game changing experience. In easy words for people from India who knows UPI. This is exactly same UAE’s AANI.
