Issue with transfer of Money
I am using the app since almost a year now but suddenly after app update today not able to transfer the money. App is getting stuck as well in payments. Really irritating I tried so many times still no luck.

There are better banking apps in Europe (regarding usability) but WIO might be the best in UAE. A very simple and useful feature would be custom notes for transactions!
Still some flaws
Business Account opening was great and super quick for someone who does business from UK Opened multi currency account, they do not have cards for other currencies for now OTP only sent to UAE number !!! How can I authorise payment while I’m abroad, if OTP sent to UAE number ? Digital banks are now doing in-app authorisation or at least send to registered email too so clients not in UAE can receive OTP Or add an option to send to WhatsApp number but at least give some alternative options… Customer service via WhatsApp takes days to respond Please sort out this and surely it could be a top notch app

Great service
Had an issue logging into my account, the customer service agent on the phone was not only helpful but also managed to resolve my issue. Only reason for not having given 5 stars is because the app wasn’t working this morning. Other than that great service.
Slow and unreliable support team
For a whole year it works perfectly and was the best experience ever. But my account got blocked due to a bug in their system and they have very very very slow support. If you cannot afford suspending your account for weeks like me then Wio is not for you.

To register for business account with Wio, it’s a must to have UAE phone number, If someone register company in one of UAE free zone, why not to register with other than UAE phone number. You are using clients because of this only option.

Bad for more than 1 bank account
If you have more than one Wio business account you‘re stuck. You have to log out of one and log in to the other. When one account is still in Onboarding state you‘re completely stuck. You can‘t log out. You have to delete the app and install it again. Very unprofessional.

Impossible to setup
I am unable to complete the company self-declarations in the app’s onboarding process. When trying to confirm the tax status of the company’s shareholders, the “Confirm” checkbox is partially covered by the “Next” and the app screen design is so that I can’t scroll down to access the checkbox. Don’t app designers test the app before releasing it? I have reported this twice to the Wio support team already, without them fixing the bug.
With starting issues, but working fine now
I had written a review before that I had problems with opening the account. Now once the issues resolved after a quite time, I can say that the app is very well structured. Very easy to transfer money and open new saving accounts in different currencies.

Everything is great, the only drawback is the currencies exchange rate between euro to dollar or dollar to euro or GBP, unfortunately they offer a very low exchange rate between currencies.

Unable to update the app
When I try to login in with Wio business. It’s say please update. When I click on update it does not update. Shows me stuck on the update. Unable to use the account please help.
Great bank, one issue
Don't know where to leave feedback hence leaving it here in hopes you guys do resolve: 1) Cannot connect to quick books 2) Im in China for business purposes, so the main way to pay here is via Alipay, when it tries charge the card it goes to authentication - right now that's only via SMS otp, across most of China, my Dubai sim doesn't get signal - so it causes issues when trying to make payments. My suggestion is to make it like other banking apps where you can do the 'OTP' part via the app and approve the payment

Hi, I’m writing this review after using the WIO app for 4months. undoubtedly it is a best option for small enterprises and medium enterprises. Transfer are quick and rates of charges are also reasonable. But I have issue with their support team which really needs to improve. Their response are very slow and poor. After so many follow-ups they took 20-25 days to resolve the matters of money transfer but not received by client. they have not even added few countries so I can’t trade with my supplier coz I can’t make payments to them through WIO bank. Lastly, If they can improve their whatsapp and email response quick they can be the best bank in UAE.

Worst experience ever I am trying to register my business account but when it is coming to emirates ID scanning back camera turns black and can’t proceed further. Developer need to update this issue

Superb performance
Adding a beneficiary has bad ux
Have two major basic usability issues in adding beneficiaries. For security and privacy i block all apps from camera and microphone. First you cant add a beneficiary. The whole ux is silly. You have to set a transfer amount, which is useless because it wont remember or ever do that transfer latet. Then you enter all the details and all the form then it asks for permission for video you click go to settings to allow wio business camera permissions and upon returning it erased and reset all the details , opens bank homepage and erases all the details and forms you filled.

Not practical when you have two different business accounts
I have two business accounts with wio for some magical reason I was able to change the businesses without having to logout and then logging in but this option disappeared after the update. It is very annoying to have to do that. Kindly put it back. The user interface is not straight forward and you need to click so many clicks to get simple tasks done. Not sure if the person who developed it has a company and uses the application for his business but it is work asking your users how to make the interface easier and simpler.
