There are good though
But the charges you guys do take per transactions is freaking too much .. why $21.20 .. for buying $196 coin that’s too much try and reduce plz

Worst app after verification and my first payment was made I was ask for video verification in my next payment after the video with the lady my payment was declined I don't advice someone else to use it if will keep your money for 14 days before refund after wasting your efforts

SIDES WITH THE SCAMMERS
Lost nearly $700 to fraud. Paybis confirmed it was a scam and still chose to do nothing. If you’re looking for customer protection, accountability, or even the bare minimum of empathy, look elsewhere. Once your money is gone, don’t expect Paybis to lift a finger. They’re perfectly content to leave a scam victim holding the bag.

VERIFICATION and REFUND ISSUE
The app is terrible, said I was verified. Made a purchase and wouldn’t go through and making it hard to get me a refund DO NOT GET IT
Apart from the hiatus….
Easiest one to use in my estimation. Customer service pretty prompt as well. Hopefully will also get my funds back from before the hiatus too.

It worked ok for a few transactions now I can’t make any and by bank has flagged it and can’t unflag it because I tried too many times even after being on the phone with them fire 3 hours and 3-4 people helping me.

3D secure authentication
I have been using PAYBIS for a year and never had problem now when I try to buy crypto I get an error message that says 3D security Authentication failure Can you explain what is that means and how Do I fix it.
Attempted theft
Loaded the app then pull money from bank and app ran buffering for hours shut down and could not get in then app would not stop loading even after iPhone was turned off several times had to delete it

the app has so many issues it’s difficult to use
i’ve been using this for about a month and i’ve never had a transaction that wasn’t difficult the only reason i’m still using it is how difficult they make it to withdraw bitcoin save yourself the hassle and use something else it’s riddled with bugs and glitches

Scam. Didn’t have trouble taking my money but then rejected the payment for security reasons
If there is a security concern, they should validate this before taking money from my bank. Instead they take the money first, then give me a notice that it was “rejected”. You can easily validate a user before taking money. Processing actual payments and verification of a user are separate authentication processes and should be done accordingly. The devs have to know this basic process, I see no other reason why they would implement this backwards logic unless it was intentional.

This app worked like three or four times just fine and then I think it’s because I had a VPN on they rejected my transaction and it was Friday night and Im not going to get my money back for one to 72 business hours which means Monday, which really frustrates me-and I will never use this app again

My boyfriend sent me $16 worth of bitcoin using his PayPal card for the purchase and for hours I didn’t see the bitcoin alert then I went to blockchain and looked into my wallet and I couldn’t even see any incoming or unconfirmed bitcoin on my wallet and it’s days now please avoid using this app no matter how the situation of you trying to get cryptocurrency 🙏
