Lack of Transparency on Cryptocurrency Withdrawal Fees & Generally High Transaction Fees.
The exchange is very reliable and the support responds in a timely manner. However, they removed the ability to check the withdrawal fees for each cryptocurrency beforehand. This means you can’t choose to purchase a cryptocurrency that has cheaper withdrawal fees if your intention is to simply move funds from the platform. You will only know how much they charge at the point of withdraw when you have already made the purchase. In addition, the transaction fees on CEX are high even for blockchains like TRX and XRP that basically charge nothing in themselves. The also platform needs to introduce much cheaper methods of crypto to fiat conversion for both deposits and withdrawals… especially mobile money networks such as MTN, Airtel, etc. This has become a very common trend for major platforms like Binance and Coinbase because they know they are catering for all economies and not just those in the global north.

This site is very poor and won’t pay
I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life. A crypto exchange that has no money. They do promotions advertising sign up bonus for new user. What they don’t say is it’s limited to 100 customers and they won’t make an announcement when the spots have been filled. They run promotions that have expired for weeks and customers receive no bonus. Some would that call a scam. This is not a legitimate crypto exchange like kraken or others

I have not been able to access the app very well, it keeps cutting me off whenever i am about to do my verification. The board should look into it please.

WARNING DO NOT USE! SCAM
They charge a 3% fee which is 3x+ higher than anywhere else and they will restrict your account for no reason and give no explanation and you won’t be able to move your crypto to your wallet they are SCAMMERS BEWARE. They forced me to sell my bitcoin and transfer cash via ACH and said “they don’t have to give a reason” DANGER they say what they’re doing is “legal” but they’re using the law to ROB PEOPLE. Bitcoin is up $1500 since they forced me to sell and they are still holding my money hostage, the transfer to my bank has been pending for 24 hours with no explanation. I threatened to report them to Apple and the money went through shortly after but I would look for any other option to buy crypto if you can.

Don’t use
This app holds your crypto a minimum of 5 days. Then when you go to transfer it, they hold it 2 more days. Don’t waste your time
Simple
Rule 1: DYOR Do your own research. Seek out CEX.IO videos online, well made entertaining and educational. Rule 2: Only invest what you can afford to lose. You can dabble in cryptocurrency with only a small investment through CEX.IO. A low risk way to start. Disclaimer. I have only recently signed up with CEX.IO and I have not yet withdrawn any funds, but they’ve been in the space for a long time so I do not foresee any issue. If you want to feel comfortable, round trip a purchase and withdrawal using a small amount to understand the process, fees and gain confidence before making any significant investment. High Fees, Misleading Promotions
This app is not worth using. I’ve tried many crypto apps, and this app has some of the highest fees I’ve ever seen. On top of that, they have very misleading referral offers. They bury language in their T&Cs that invalidates what’s posted in bold language. Really shady company, would not recommend.

Most features don’t work
I’ve used this app for years and they still haven’t fixed the “date of birth prefix” error when trying to add a new card. The Apple Pay feature doesn’t work either. These are two features that basically make the app unusable. It’s fine when you have money I the account but the chew of having to do this via the website makes the app a bit pointless.
