Poor App
Useless application because only through center bank we can make payment which is almost impossible because it not only take too much time but every time showing some error even though I have tried from two of my accounts in two different banks. I recommend to them to adopt Al Fardan and LuLu exchange like system of direct debit from debit card.
Biometric sign in
The app keep asking for password even I make biometric sign in. Kindly to fix this and it will be 5 stars from me

Worst Experience – Delayed Transfers & Fake Excuses
This app is a complete disappointment. Every single time, it takes more than two days to credit money into the beneficiary account. I’ve been chasing my current transaction for two days straight and it’s still not resolved. Support is useless – they just give lame excuses like “weekend delays,” but the same issues happen on weekdays too. I have full proof of my transactions, yet no accountability from their side. ⚠️ Warning: Do not trust this app with your money. It is highly unreliable, slow, and frustrating to deal with. I will never use it again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Not working
After complete all process till pin code generate app auto close. Then again i try to login its showing if not matching. Almost 5 time i tried and result is same. Need to improve.

Joyalukkas.Ex app stepped their game in the Internet bank world, the app is fast and never needed to visit a branch for anything all what I needed is taken care of by an app which is the definition of convenience.

I tried to send money to my family back home who had an emergency and i am happy it was credited really fast.👌
Bad service
Their exchange rate is reasonable, app is simple to use but their service is worst. My account became suddenly inactive even my EID is still valid. I have been informed the branch and there is only two or three branches in whole Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
