Very disappointing experience with Angel One. I had an active IndusInd Bank account already added and regularly used for my transactions. However, while redeeming my mutual fund, the payout was shown against an old IDFC Bank account that I had not been using for years. I was not clearly asked to confirm/select this bank account before placing the redemption. Now the redemption is already processing, and Angel One says the bank account cannot be changed after the transaction. I have tried raising a support ticket twice, but both attempts failed. My concern is simple: why was my old IDFC account selected for the redemption when my active IndusInd account was already added? There should be a clear bank-account confirmation before processing a mutual-fund redemption. This has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty regarding my money. Angel One should improve the bank-account selection/confirmation process and provide better support when such issues occur.

It’s much improved but please check Dhan app for simpler faster swapping between accounts and landscape mode better watchlist. Otherwise quite alot of improvement

Despite of reaching out several times for midcapnifty fin nifty bak nifty ce and pe calls . Angel one team doesnot consider customer feedback We really want midcapnifty , fin nifty and bank nifty ce and pe calls in advisory panel during the first hour of market Poor support poor team
Worst app I ever used. Always bugs.
Invested value showing as zero even though I have invested 17lakhs. And profits showing wrong values with less amount. No proper support. Tickets will be closed without giving proper answers. Basket orders will fail . All time waste.
App refresh
App refresh isn’t upto the Mark compared to other trading platforms. The orders aren’t picked up at the targeted price quite a few times which will trigger marginal losses on multiple occasions.
Worst broking platform
For Angel having a direct account is punishment. They won’t offer RM, their franchises are offering better terms but they can’t offer it to their direct clients. Pathetically bad support. Will move my account from Angel.
Dear developers please revert back app to previous interface
I’ve been using this app on my iPad for while and after the new update the interface and charts are very glitchy. Please fix this asap.
Extra charges
When I joined Angel One, there were no charges for long-term investments, and there was no brokerage fee for long-term investments. However, day by day, they have been increasing their charges, including service charges, brokerage charges, and many other small charges that we are not even aware of. Please thoroughly check everything before investing. The app is fast and everything works well since I joined, but now they have added new charges.
Improve App feature
Can the team please look into making the right swipe gesture as back option? Each time I open a stock for details, I have to engage both hands to go back to summary page. It’s super annoying! swipe right should take me to the previous page.

Finally a proper iPad APP
I have been using the new app since it launched in Android, but refused to accept it in iPad because of the lack of proper landscape support in iPad. Am glad that the app keeps on improving with proper landscape support. Only gripe is that the app logs off often, may be due to security concerns (Which I understand). Kudos to Angel one team, keep on improving!
Price not updating
Once I book any share and they try to see in chart that time price is not updating it’s stuck with the existing price. Nifty 47500 I booked Nifty47500 at price 30 rs and sell it with price 40rs. So whenI again buy same share that time instead if giving me new buying price in chart it gives me average price while counting current and existing which i sold to its hard to figure out at what price we bought. Can you please take care of that two main functionality.
Region issue
Angel bee is not available in all reason which makes it impossible to access mutual funds portfolio. Can you please make it available in all regions?

App has improved a lot
Easy to use and quick most of the time. However needs to allow up to 3 watchlists for tracking investments categories.
Unable to review charts after the update
After the update i am unable to review the charts as they are not showing correctly even when i try to see complete chart it doesn’t work properly developer’s do something
New app is not user friendly
What is the reason to make user experience more awkward? Old app was awesome. How can i see nifty price when i am in watch list, i see only sensex and banknifty, which is not the case with old app

I really love this aap’s interface, but recently you removed the quick position review tab in the watchlist screen section. Now for position review we have to go to the Orders section. Please revise the position tab in the watchlist section.

Hi got 2 Angel one accounts. With the new update it’s not letting you switch accounts with ease. Keep coming up OTP. Very slow and not effective at all. Very bad and Poor update. Can you please fix it ASAP. Thanks Angel One
