Invite heaven
It’s incredibly easy to use, and so many incredible options! It’s heaven for people who have a hard time creating something of their own, or who need an idea.
Removed Apple Payment
They silently removed payment by Apple. You are now taken to a website to remotely give your credit card information over the Web Been a user for 6 years. But now deleting this app Also - fix your broken UI already
Handy, room for improvement
Love this, just wish it had an auto save function. Wish it had an easy reception block. For a second address.
Difficult to navigate
This site is incredibly cumbersome. Some of the features are circular and when you go to a page, it tells you you can’t be there and then you go back and it takes you to that same page again. Features are not well labeled. And trying to share it with friends and family has been totally labororious. I’m only continuing because I’m so invested.
Expensive
Since when did this become so much more expensive? Great designs but at a price!
The absolute best
I have used Paperless Post invitations for the last 3 to 4 years for any invitation that I needed for any special event any special day and has been so easy and understandable for the people invited and also me as a host love them
Confusing charging practices
The “coins” they require to send your list add up with the simple touch of a tab. No confirmation of charges or why the charges keep going up. $30 for a guest list of 10 is excessive. I was charged 2 different times and customer service was nowhere to be found. Phone number leads to voicemail and no email confirmation to messages sent to customer service. Cards are cool but the process is deceitful.
Good invitation organizer, DIFFICULT EDITING SOFTWARE
Once the invitation is completed, sending out invitations and managing rsvp’s is convenient. However, editing and creating the invitation was notably challenging with the software. Not the best nor the smoothest editing software.
Can be frustrating and confusing for guests
I sent my save the dates on paperless post. When you send your guests upstate’s it’s very confusing for them as almost no one can figure out the “tap to view” feature. I wish it sent my updates as an actual sms. Also- I tried to send out everyone my wedding website and they do not make links clickable in their messages. It was a very expensive e-vite that was supposed to save me time from texting everyone, but now I have to do it anyway because of many complaints of confusion.

I do really like this app and the features x I wish there were more free or at least budget friendly options especially if it’s just for a birthday party or small get together
Price is quite high
I really like the solution, but the fact that they make you buy “coins” makes it a little bit annoying. Specially because I had to spent more money that what the cost of the project was. They don’t sell you what you need, but it is based on their define “brackets”. Clever, but kind of dirty move! I get that business is business, just sad to see this here too.

Paperless Post app is simple to use and has beautiful invites done for you. So many options to customize for your event. Customer service is on their A game. I highly recommend this app!
Paperless Post Plus Scam
I kept trying to create the shareable link and it kept wanting to add on the Paperless Post plus for 200 coins. I continued to back out only to discover it charged me the 200 coins, even though I did not want or need Paperless Post plus.
Good
Good choice of designs and easy to use. Would be better if they had the price upfront instead of showing the coin amount. Can only upload American phone numbers, would be great if other numbers can be used as I still need another spreadsheet detailing who I’ve sent the link to and who has. Replied.

When through the whole process of creating. When it came to send my text it charges per invite .
Coins Make No Sense
Overall the app is a great concept and works very well. I wish there were more options of invites or more ways to edit them. What I don’t like is that you can’t edit how many guests an invitee can bring via the app. You can only do that on the desktop site. What I hate is the coin payment system! It’s very confusing and inconvenient. Just put a usd price per invite. The coin system makes no sense and should be removed. Intentionally or unintentionally misleading consumers about cost can lead to legal problems.

Awful hidden fees

I always use their cards, have been for years!
I wish more cards were printed out like in the past, but regardless they are allll sooo beautiful. Only reason for less stars is because the app is quite buggy!
Not mobile user friendly
Working on a design for an invite for an hour only for it to glitch and crash before saving the design. Very frustrating
auto-save never works!!!
The number of times I’ve had to rewrite invitations and redo all the tax every single time I have an event is absolutely maddening. The auto save is terrible. You’re wasting everyone’s time.

Coins?
This is the most ridiculous way to charge us for using your service. I keep on having to buy more coins to send my invite out. And once I made it and sent it, it’s too late to go to another service. Never again. I could have bought and mailed out custom invites with the amount of money I’ve spent on coins
Issues addding guests to invite
Some names were saying issue and not letting me add makes it a bit frustrating
Clunky. Broken UI. Painfully expensive
Used it for 2 wedding events and it’s been a complete $$$$ show with the guest list. Not to mention when it comes to the Registry being front and center with full lengthy URLs in the invite emails. the slap on the face comes when they are asking for $200 to get all this done for your guests.

I pay way too much for invitation and they don’t allow you to do a guest registry
I’m so not happy with the service you guys made me pay more than I was supposed to. I could’ve went to another company.
Really good
The app is good. It’s a little cumbersome in places and stumbles in terms of user-friendliness occasionally, but once you get rolling it is great. And it’s a bit pricy.
So expensive!! Yikes.
I honestly feel sick to my stomach that I have spent so much on this service to send out electronic invitations. I was just pressed for time. The system was easy enough to use, but Jesus… now that I’ve sent out my cards for this recent event I feel guilty for doing so. What a waste of money.
Glitchy
I have been using Paperless Post for years but in recent years i find it really slow and glitchy. For example I have been trying to edit some text on a card I want to send and it keeps reverting back to the previous text every time i press the save button. I am beyond frustrated. I’ve tried opening and closing the app, all the things one does. I really love the cards so much more than other apps and all my previous cards are saved but man am I frustrated with the app. I am using it an iPad Pro.
My Party Support!
I love Paperless Post- makes sending my kids’ party invites a breeze, and the option for last-minute reminders and questions is appreciated. Love the playful/modern design options. The app is also very easy to use.
Trash interface
So hard to use and I consider myself pretty good with technology. On top of that, the invites don’t actually send to your guests. Leaving you to text everyone individually. Absolutely worthless, can’t wait to delete it after my event is over. Never again.
Great Idea - little glitchy
Love the design features beautiful cards! Wouldn’t allow me to edit the envelope recipient name. Had to close the app a few times and try again as it got hung up on saving and didn’t save, so I started over a few times
Overrated and all style
It’s a very expensive, overrated, style over practicality application. It’s super glitchy and certain functionality and UI experience makes no sense…your card could look great but your experience assembling the card can be a nightmare
Great app but has a few bugs
This app is perfect for sending invites to different events however, when creating the invite, there are many glitches. I also can’t change the event location or the date and time under details without the app glitching to the backdrop editing page.

You have to pay for everything
I downloaded this become my family has used it in the past and the invites were nice. To have access to cool invites you have to pay for coins. Ok not that big of a deal I just need to keep track of who’s coming to my event. TO KEEP TRACK YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY FOR A FEATURE YOU WOULD THINK WOULD COME WITH THE APP.

It’s not clear on how to send cards and how coins work. You click on 1 thing and it adds more coins to the cost.

My daughter opened this account for me. I am not too computer knowledgeable and so that is why she set it up. I am trying to view and edit my wedding list. I need to make some changes. I tried contacting you at 877 605 8644. The recording on the message was so low, that I could not hear a word of it. I left a message for someone in your company to call me. A bit cumbersome
The site and app are a bit cumbersome to navigate. Not ultra intuitive like you’d expect in 2024. Still fine and beautiful designs. Great prices
