I was expecting to be able to sync common retailers like Amazon, Costco, IKEA and Walmart. There were only four stores available to sync, one was Amazon, Ive never heard of the other three. That makes this app useless for Canadians. If you are going to do this you should include big box stores.
We keep getting kicked out
Love this app for its ease of use. I don’t think i’ve found anything i haven’t been able to add. The only thing i hate about it is i always get kicked out when my husband logs in on his phone or vice versa. Why is that when you don’t have the feature to have co-registrants? 😭

information doesn’t load into registry
everytime i try to add something to my registry, doesn’t matter the website. it doesn’t load the info, so im force to input the price and stuff my self but its very inconvenient cause its not easy to flip between the app and the website you are trying to capture the info from!
Doesn’t work for a lot of sites
Nice idea, but doesn’t recognize product pages on all sites so kind of useless
Good but theres a bug
for the canadian tire option, i cannot add items. the button disappears within the app and when i try the alternative way of sharing it from safari to the app it still doesnt add it.

My registry is very helpful for our wedding registry. I’m not giving it a 5 because of the way the ads show up. It breaks the list and I have to scroll endlessly to get to the next part of the list

Poor support for Google login or registration
Very ooor onboarding. Wants to create a registry. I am just trying purchase for an existing registry. No option & lousy support with Google errors.

Logs me out
This app automatically signs out very quickly. Can you please add a feature where it remembers me?
Not bad
So far so good, I just wish it allowed more than just one person to add gifts to the registry. My husband wants to be involved in adding gifts but he has to get me to do it for him. Seems a little archaic that they assume only the mom has an interest in creating the registry. Like the ability to add gifts from pretty well anywhere, that’s handy, and to be able to sync your amazon list as well.
Secret Santa; not-so-secret bugs
I’m trying to add gifts as the host and it only gives me the option to manage my event. When I ask how to add gifts, it tells me to get the app… which I’m currently on… dead loop. Also, won’t let me send text to invite others, just keeps loading. If you fix these bugs, I’ll change my review to 5 stars.
Update is actually ruining it for me
Do you know how strongly I have to feel about an update to come and tell you I hate it??? Awful move the gift search looks so weird now. Yuck. It was fine prior to that but I’m so annoyed at myself for upgrading.

Privacy
I really liked this app up until I realized the lack of privacy. I had my registries selected to not be able to search on search engines yet it STILL is. I edited my info in the app to only show first names and no address, but it STILL shows both our first and last names and city/postal code when I google it. I then completely deactivated my registry and ALL of this information STILL shows when I google search. It's been 36 hours and all of my information is still searchable despite me changing the settings and completely deactivating. This is an unacceptable breach of my privacy, especially considering I had the setting selected to not be able to search it due to all the personal information on there. I reached out to the app and they told me I have to wait 6 business days.
So buggy
While the idea is fantastic of being able to add things to the registry from a variety of sites, this app is so inconsistent with its usability. - when adding to the registry it doesn’t add the price from the website so I have to do it myself. And a couple times it won’t show the number key board so I have to restart the app and lose my spot - the “add to registry” button sometimes just disappears and again, I have to close and restart the app
Customized card issue
Overall is good, but when I try to send my customized card the app closes.

I’ve used this for baby showers, birthdays… it’s so easy to make and invite people to it

With new app update I now can’t sync my registries when I make changes. Hassle to go to desktop.
Love it, but…
Super convenient to aggregate registries items from across many different stores. Love the ability to sync store registries, or to add items individually. Would rate 5/5 but the app / website functionality and UI needs some work. Most annoying is that you can’t ever be logged in on more than one device. Makes it frustrating to constantly log in just because you switch to your computer browser, or your iPhone app, or your spouse logs in on their device.
Wedding Registry FTW!
LOVE the ability to add literally whatever from wherever! A lot of registries are limited to that one store, but being able to have the freedom to branch out is fantastic! Love that there’s a way to add gift cards too, so so helpful!
Sync is gone
My registry is not syncing and the option to sync is gone
Why can’t I stay logged in?
Why does it always log me out? The purpose of having the app vs always going on my computer i want to STAY logged in. Adding gifts is easy but it’s constantly logging me out and multiple times in the same day. FIX THIS!!! Why don’t I have more gift card options? I don’t feel this site is Canadian friendly.
Great app
I don’t usually review things. But I have to say, this app is really great. I look forward to the day that we have more store options to add to our list. But in the meantime, I am very pleased. I’ve used it for more than one occasion, and I am very pleased
app is terrible
95% of the time registries from other websites like amazon won't sync with this app. very irritating
Keeps Crashing
Even after updates the app keeps crashing when I try to add or view any lists of recommended gifts. It’s super annoying and I can’t use the app because it happens constantly! Makes using the app pointless :(
My most unexpected favourite app!
Honestly, I usually don’t take the time to review apps, but this is one of my favorite apps ever! Pro tip - you can also use it as a shopping wish list, even if you’re not creating a registry for an event (like future fashion pieces you’d like to add to your closet)
Super annoying
So first off it’s a pain to add items, when you do finally figure it out the “connecting” pages are annoying. When you add items it does not save the size or colour, you have to manually enter into app and when you click on the item it brings you to the generic page with the default options selected so if you have less than attentive or tech savvy guests you’ll be getting all your gifts in whatever default size or colour option the page brings them to. Don’t waste your time. I spent 20 minutes figuring out how to add the gift just to find this out.
New update won’t let me add anything to register
Absolutely loved this app but it updated a couple of days ago and now won’t let me add anything to my registry?

Returns/exchanges are a nightmare
Stores state they are unable to access purchase information and MyRegistry states that returns/exchanges have to go through stores directly. This leaves me stuck in the middle unable to exchange any items. It is SIGNIFICANTLY better to register with stores directly to avoid this hassle
