I love that I can go to this app and find other moms in my area to hang out or just talk to other moms anywhere. It's nice to not feel so alone doing mom things.

I like it
I actually like the concept of it. One problem I’ve experienced with this. I put my number in like it says to, now all of a sudden I have many MANY scam calls to the point I might actually have to change my number. I’m now getting more than 20 calls in the matter of 4 hours, text messages and everything. I know it’s from this app because it’s the only place I added my number, and the timeline from when the calls started, to when i downloaded this app matches. Ladies be careful of that. I’m not sure if it’s just me and my experience but that’s not cool.

This app sucks. I got people who waved at me and they’re trying to make me pay a subscription to meet other moms. I might as well go to a free park and meet people there.
Perfect for support
I’ve been on the Peanut app for sometime and I think it’s not getting enough credit it deserves . It also has come a long way from when I first started using the app . The app is easy to navigate through - from setting up your bio and then to getting aquatinted with other moms from the village section to just being able to straight converse without having to wait to see if you will be a good match it’s just an easy app to find what you need . I love the section where it displays my babies progression as well . Just grateful to have this app to build a community and village we all need .
Drama and annoying restrictions
Theres a loooooot of drama on this app. That and the restrictions in place to entice you to pay for premium are annoying.

Great way to connect with other moms! The app is easy to use and I like that it helps me find people in a similar stage of life. I’ve had some good conversations and appreciate having a space where motherhood feels a little less lonely!
Scam
Don’t buy plus. Wish I could get a refund. The app is not developed well enough. Needs work on filters and you shouldn’t have to pay to see waves if you wave at someone who hasn’t paid and don’t message them, you’ll never see them again. Bad design. Good idea. Hopefully a new better app will come out.

Lo único malo es que si quieres ver quien te saluda debes pagar, entiendo que igual puedes utilizarla sin pagar, pero si nadie te manda mensaje pues no puedes ver quien te envía los saludos.
Poor Discovery Feature
The concept of this app is really cool, but it has a lot of bugs. The biggest issue is the discovery settings: even when I set it to within 10 miles and a specific child’s age group, it still shows profiles from over 100 miles away, in different counties, and completely outside my selected age range. So basically, I’m just swiping left over and over with no real matches. The discovery feature makes the app frustrating and pretty much useless! Fix this issue!
AMAZING FOR POSTPARTUM
I found Peanut shortly after giving birth and as someone who didn’t have any mom friends, postpartum felt so isolating. Peanut changed that. I found other moms near me who created such an amazing support system for me and that made me feel less alone. You don’t have to pay for the subscription to be able to meet amazing moms and find new friends!

This app horrible it’s very disrespectful women on here and women talking about shooting another mother with a gun and speaking death on the mother kids and pregnant women , the women are really negative and one women got jumped after meeting up to have tea and lunch with her children that caused her to be rushed to the ER , it’s been times women set up mom to be raped even while pregnant, it’s also a lot of mom shaming on this app , so many women trauma dumping , a lot of drama he said she said , people talk too much , setting people up and it’s sad this is not good for mental health either this app is not what I’ll recommend it’s very unhealthy and on this app someone threaten my life and she is still harassing me and making threats to kill me—— this app is not safe and I’m so terrified for my life and my children is full of DRAMA AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO CRACK DOWN ON THESE MESSY MOMS ( for your own sanity delete the app or don’t download it I been on this app since 2021) I am saying this a a warning and this app is gonna go down hill it’s sad how much bad energy is here

Best mom app out there!
I have been using this app since my third trimester and it truly has been the best thing ever. I have made real connection with other moms my age, my baby has been on play dates, public events, I have been able to get answers from women with real hands on experience. I use this app every day it’s where I have found my village 🩷
It’s not free technically
The description says the app is free to download and use but honestly for anything you try doing, it asks to buy plus membership. It’s actually frustrating because the waves sent to us can’t be seen without paying. then why to call it a free app?

Great idea but not the best people on the app
I love the idea of this app and I’m sure it could be a hit but people NEVER reply on this app. I’m not even sure why people go out of their way to match with people then never reply. Overall I’d set your expectations very low. I’ve met up with one woman after almost 2 years on the app!
A safe space for moms
The Peanut app is a place for moms to connect over shared interests and experiences but also a safe space to vent with other moms that just “get it”.
Do not buy a subscription
I bought a subscription just to filter out similar age group for my child . But app constantly shows me baby mama or expecting mommy , which is no worth to subscribe the app , also I advise to work on filter so ppl can find someone based on their kid age . Do respect filter selection choices. I got bored of swipe game .
Crashed as I was typing a long message
“We’ll be back soon!” is all I saw when I was typing a long message to one of my connections there. Overall, it’s a good app but this crash was highly unnecessary. All that work on that message was for nothing.
Great for finding your community 💖
I downloaded this app because I didn’t have any other mom friends my age as a first time mom, was so easy to connect with so many different moms in my area and make new friends with kids around my baby’s age!
Great idea but the community ruined it..
I’m sure this was a really great idea in the beginning but a bunch of bad apples ruined it by making swinger groups and making posts about threesomes really weird communities on here when it should’ve stayed such a wholesome app… unfortunate.

I joined in 2021 and I loved it. I stopped using it for a few years and I hopped back on and made 2-3 friends within a month! I love this app, it’s encouraging, the people on there are amazing, and honestly I love this app for making new friends!
Can’t upgrade in the app
Something is weird In the app where I can’t upgrade to the “premium” version to see waves. Everytime I try to upgrade the app redirects to my iPhone settings to enter my iPhone password. Super weird. I’m assuming other people are experiencing this too because a ton of moms in my area have in their bio that they can’t see the “waves”
