Outstanding job by Hobnob
Hobnob was great, Zazzle not so much…
We’ve used Hobnob for years. It was always fantastic and had no issues. Since becoming Zazzle, it has been so buggy that we’re looking into other alternatives. Super disappointing.
Great for Invitations
This app is great of sending out your invites and getting a great count on guest. It also provides a camera for the event so guest can post pictures. This is really neat.
Can’t get support for issue
I can’t edit my event details and I can’t even find a way to speak to someone to find out why I can’t. The iOS app doesn’t support event edits, so I went on their desktop site to make the edits but the “save” button on the edit page is grey. I’ve had this issue for WEEKS so the event info is technically incorrect, and I’ve had to answer FAQ about things for the party over and over again because I can’t update event info. I’ve logged on multiple times in the past several weeks to try again, but the “save” button is always grey and there is no option on the site or the app to communicate with a person about this bug. This is a HUGE issue to me. I should have full ability to edit my event details section, and if it weren’t for this, I would have said this was a great site. This review is literally the only way I can think of to get someone to help me with this issue but my event is less than 7 days away so it’s almost too little too late now.

Hobnob to Zazzle. Still Buggy and Frustrating
I started with Hobnob to make simple invitations and collect RSVP items. Then the system was bought out by Zazzle. Very difficult to get my own flyers into the system with limited options on placing the required text over my graphic designs. When invitees are asked RSVP, they get bombarded by ads to get the app to join, signup to create events, etc. The simple task of collecting RSVPs got muddied and complicated for the invitees….all they see are promotions to join Zazzle. I don’t need to pay Zazzle to do their advertising via my events. I canceled my subscription after two years as a monthly event planner.
Great app but not free
This is a Good app for free but I Great app when you pay for it. It has a quite a few cool additional features that are well worth the $10 of its an important event and you want to update your guests or communicate with them before, during or after the event.

How to get in contact with the developer? The updates are not sending to our guest and the tech support email is bouncing back!!!
Not a fan
It’s glitchy where notifications are concerned. I am constantly and frequently clicking read all after I have opened and read. Yet the red notification dot stays. Frequently people cannot open the links. The potluck doesn’t work most of the time. My guests always have issues with seeing it, so I was constantly fielding questions about what to bring. The photo sharing should be optional. We use this at least twice a month and up to 5 times a month…we’re not casual users.

Not the old HobNob
I feel like all these reviews are leftover from pre-Zazzle hobnob. Made my first event since they were acquired and it’s glitchy as hell. The app is showing an error if folks RSVP without adding a plus 1. Tried to change the setting to remove the plus 1 guest count and got an error message there too. Tried to go to the help section and it never loaded despite multiple attempts - hence why I’m leaving this review. Hobnob was an excellent tool for party planning. Not sure what exactly has changed but so far my experience using Zazzle has been frustrating and not worth the hassle.
Babyshower craziness
I created an account to send out the invitations for my daughter‘s baby shower. I do enjoy the convenience of being able to send it to everybody and they’re able to message in, but I don’t like that not everybody receives the messages if they do not have the app. Also updating my invitation was tricky
Invite
The app wasn’t user friendly. I made a had a misspelling on invite and I couldn’t change without resending to all invites! Which totally unnecessary. It also didn’t let me display the back side of invite which had the event details. Won’t use again.
Glitching
I like the app, except now that I’m trying to update rsvps it glitches every time! It gives an error message once it asks if the guest is bringing guests. So I can’t update my guest list.

Can’t get rid of old events
Ever since Zazzle took over Hobnob, all of our past events are listed again so it’s impossible to find new events

Good App, I wish I could cut and past from other programs, ie word. But over all good.
Not excellent
Not easy for recipient users. A lot of features were not customizable ie font, placement etc on the invites
Please fix badge notifications, make it easier to get it to go away
I want badge notifications when I’m invited to a new event, and I don’t mind them reminding me of an event coming up that I’ve RSVP’d to. But when i see the badge alert I have to click on many things and often close and reopen the app multiple times for it to acknowledge I’ve seen it and have the badge notification go away. It’s annoying!!!

Problems with app
I’ve used this app for years without problems, but recently it stopped working correctly. My recent invites don’t show up at all—only invites from years ago are visible. I updated the app and even paid twice, assuming the issue was due to an outdated version, but that didn’t fix anything. This is clearly a bug. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I tried to create a new account, my phone nombre is from Mexico.... the registry form does not allow add country code :-(
Convenient App
Overall, it is pretty easy to use but not everyone is comfortable with RSVP’ing on an app. Also, I chose an image from Zazzle since Hobnob and Zazzle work together. I wish I had known that Zazzle retires images from your history every 6 months. I had to update an event due to bad weather and it was a bit of a pain since Zazzle no longer had it available.

This is a great invitation app that helps you keep everything organized, plus it's better for the environment.
Unable to add contact
I hate that I am unable to add guest directly from my contacts to send the invitation. Not worth the subscription fee, would never use this app again
It’s a great idea...but,
It only gives you options for 10 guess..who has a party with 10 people 🤔 and it force you to upgrade $$$$.....I already paid to have the app...why do I need to paid again
Don't waste your time!
Most invites did not get delivered even though they said they were. Guests that did receive were asked to download the app to view (which was not stated in the description) Asked for tech support and no reply.(Edit: Did receive reply eventually but was too late). Do NOT recommend!

I found it easy to create the event and make a nice invitation. But This was not user friendly I had a hard time finding my replies and staff were unsure what to do

This app is useless not user-friendly was not getting into support that I needed. Please be aware of save your money. This is a scam with some of my time.
Over priced
Decent app. Over priced for what it is. Not all recipients receive the invites although it says delivered. Just too expensive.

Unable to use it
Can’t do things on IoS on this app so idk who’s writing reviews on here for it. I deleted it after not being able to adjust my invitation image either on the desktop or on the app. Frustrating
Has its ups and downs
I love it to make cute invites, very quick and simple. The only issue I have had with it is the people I invite don’t always receive the invitation. Only 2 out of 11 people got my daughters birthday invitation and those two people had different types of phones so I’m not sure the issue. Just make sure to follow up if you aren’t getting rsvps back

I have used a couple other apps which I found a bit busy or complicated to navigate. I like the clean fresh look of this one and ease of use. My only complaint is that some of the people I send invites to never get them…

I get notification but no content and so I don't know what people are responding. Please help. I've used my work phone as a test sending message to my personal phone but no message just a notification but no content....help please I have the full version
