I love this app easy and accurate and accessible. You offered me a free year and I was not able to get the offer. I tried but I thought let me address this and see if there is a solution.
Sneaky
Have to subscribe to try it. Wasn’t impressed with delivery. Charged me for a year. There’s no number or text support to cancel. Sneaky and hard to use. Do not recommend.
Great App
Absolutely love this app. However, its vendor options continue to change and sometimes they are good and sometimes not.
Used to be good
I have been both a sender and a recipient of this app. As a sender, the card designs and the gift card options are great. It’s good for small gifts or if you are a frequent gift card giver. However, as a recipient it has been frustrating. It used to produce a gift card number instantly but lately it has taken over a week to get gift card issued. When contacting the support team about this, they can’t give an approximate time of resolution. The team provided great service but are not able to provide solutions.
Changes not appreciated!
I have loved using this app for a couple years and have sent it to many friends on many occasions. Now however , most of the cards I’ve loved have been graded “Premium”! I am a retired teacher and can’t afford over $100 dollars for the use of ANY app!

I forgot I had this app on my phone I got it years before my 7 year old passed over 😞 I just pulled out my old phone and I’m back on it … I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP
Cards never process on time
Update: I commented on their social media, and only then did someone respond on instagram and forward my information to support, and despite me already having 3 tickets open, instantly after that my card was issued and I got a template response and 1 of the 3 tickets was closed. So this had nothing to do with a merchant issue or what, I have no idea. I do not believe they actually have a support team checking their tickets or requests. Which is why i believe there have been so many users saying the same thing, we are getting no responses to our tickets. I have no clue what is going on with this company but something is deeply wrong with its operating model. This is the 2nd time now that I received a card but it never processed on time. And it only ever processed when I reached out to support, now I have reached out to support and have gotten no response. It’s been multiple days. Terrible customer service. And basically useless since I can’t even use the card I was gifted.
24 hours+ each time.
always taking more than 24 hours, usually 3 days, for gift cards to go through. very inconvenient. customer support always says it’s a problem with the merchant. guess they have problems with every single merchant then.
super slow response from customer experience
there is almost no customer experience and no refund policy. I accidentally purchased a year’s service while i actually wanted just try out for a month. After a long wait someone got back to me and refunded me but it was not a great experience.

Not what it used to be, don’t use this app!
I am so disappointed that this app feels like a scam now. I used to love using it to send cute birthday cards along with a gift card to friends and family and it used to be legit! Now I’m afraid it feels like they just take your money and run, leaving the recipient without their gift. I purchased a gift card for my nephew on the 21st and when I asked what he bought with it, he told me he was never able to use it because it just said “processing.” I checked on his phone, and yep, it’s been sitting as “processing” since last week. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service but of course, they only provide an email that they never responded to. I felt so sad for my nephew and also for myself because this whole time I’ve been giving out gift cards through this app and people were never able to use them. I disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded me so now I’ll go to the actual store to get my nephew his gift card and needless to say, I will never be using this app again.
It looks like you can get thing but it’s a scam.
It’s a huge scam
Started out Good but It’s okay now
It uses to have a lot of options for non-premium users and a free few selections for mainly premium features but now it’s basically pushed on you get premium is you don’t want to rotate the same cards over and over again and the free selections of the mainly premium features are now premium users only too. I understand they have to make money but dang.😕

Not impressed
Got the app due to my sister wanting to send me a gift card for my birthday. It is still saying processing 4 days later and support is just giving me the run around. I’m beyond frustrated I couldn’t rate this app lower if I tried.
Make life easier!
When it comes to cards I get a mental block. What to say. This has become my life line! I send out perfect cards! Everyone just loves it! So do I!
Do not waste your money
This is a complete and utter waste of money. I received two gift cards on my birthday in July and they are still “processing” and therefore unable to be redeemed. I have emailed customer support multiple times without response, yet this app is still up and running? Stealing peoples money? Ridiculous

Please please please don’t support them! They are money takers!!!! THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY! THERE IS AN INTERNAL APP ERROR WHERE I CANT REDEEM THE MONEY I WAS SENT. I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF TO THEM TIME AND TIME AND TIME AGAIN I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ON MY END. YES THE APP IS UP TO DARE. NO THERE IS NO UPDATES. YES I HAVE TRIED UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING. YES I HAVE TRIED CACHE CLEARING. INDEED I HAVE TRIED THE WEBSITE ON DIFFERENT DEVICES. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS!!! OVER 5 MONTHS AND THEY WONT DO LITTLE TO NONE!!!

Gifts Don’t Process +No Customer Service
Do not use Givingli!! In the past I have been a fan of Givingli. I thought it was great and had no issues with it. But something is clearly not right with Givingli anymore. I have 2 giftcards sitting as “processing” for over 2 weeks now. The “customer service” is, naturally an Ai black hole that can’t actually help. So all that’s left is a email account which may or may not be monitored by a couple actual humans? Either way they have solved nothing. I just keep getting ghosted by the customer reps. I feel robbed and will tell my friends to stop using immediately; cause our money is just being held up at this point.

Scam alert!
This is a legit scam! The recipient showed me it says pending for 2 weeks now. I sent a $100 gift card and he has nothing. The phone number on the site for support hangs up on you immediately and support online chat says they are gone for the day (everyday, all day) No response to 3 emails now. Do not use this company!

Filter by recent reviews before using this app. I received a gift like the rest (still pending)….emailed after a week, got a response blaming the merchant & they would follow up asap, emailed again a 1 week later = ghosted. It’s now week 3-4.
