Works Great
I’ve used RSS feeds for, like, forever since Google killed their reader. Feedly does its job and does it well.
Bugged out and does not work
Hangs at the loading screen, or briefly flashes the login page. The one star is not because of the bug per se - who doesn't get them - but for no other way to leave a feedback than this.
Good Service
It’s a good service at a fair price for the features at the Pro level, but I hate how it tries to shove AI down my throat.
Not sure what happened
I haven’t opened the app in a long time but I did today. I got a frozen green screen and then eventually I got a glitchy white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and then I got the login screen but I can’t advance past the page to enter my email. So I click on app support from the App Store and go to their website to try to log in for support and I get a “too many requests” error. Is this app/company being supported still? I see an app update was pushed out a week ago but I can’t use anything.
Page scrolling setting still broke with latest two updates.
Overall, a solid RSS app and I enjoy it daily! However, with the latest update, the Page Scrolling setting is broken. It only works 30% of the time and needs to be fixed.

Great Service - With Bugs
I love Feedly and have been using it for years since Google Reader was shut down. It’s a fantastic way for me to scan daily headlines from 50 different news sources and pick the dozen or so that I actually need to read each day, while not missing out on less important items. In other words, it lets me filter through the BS in a scannable way and keep atop the world. I’m an avid web and app user, but I’ve recently noticed an issue with the iOS App: when I go into a collection of feeds and “Mark All As Read”, it appropriately takes me into the next collection, but unfortunately the next collection shows as an empty list even though there’s unread items in it. I have to manually pull down for a refresh to get the items to appear. It’s a minor and annoying bug, but very easy to fix. Also Feedly does not have a working Customer Feedback form/email for me to submit this to, so I am writing a review in the hopes that they see it here.
Too many behind paywall
I just uninstalled the app. My time is my most valuable resource so I guard it with my life. Way too many stories in the feed we’re linking to stories behind a paywall. For instance, very first two today were NYJ stories requiring a sub to read. Wasting my time. Buh bye
Missing Features from previous version
Missing key features from the previous version of the app. I’m used to swiping to bulk mark-read but now I need to swipe each article individually. Takes longer now to sort through feeds. Weirdly can’t pinch to zoom on images anymore either. Can’t seem to disable extraneous animations either. Very disappointing.
Green screen after last update
I use an older iPad Air 2 ios 15.8.3, after the latest Feedly update it goes to a green screen with the Feedly logo and just sets there. Prior to this I’ve been very happy with it ??? Happened again 12 nov 2025 Using older iPad iOS 15.xx Green screen Feedly logo etc 25 November 2025 Last update still incompatible with older iPad iOS 15.8.5. Green screen, Feedly logo etc Still incompatible with older iOS-1January2026 Update- 90.0.40 - Feedly works again when using iOS 15.8.5. Thank you
Adds spoilers to green text
I really do enjoy the app but I noticed for articles on IGN, it includes spoilers for media in the green text beneath the thumbnails. It completely ruined the Lanterns premiere on HBOMAX for me. With Avengers Doomsday and Dune 3 coming up, that’s pretty concerning. Is there a workaround for this without unfollowing the source?
Still need to fix video feeds, but reading is good for most.
Best RSS reader so far. But I haven’t tried many. It used to be the way to watch YouTube with less noise but YT cracked down.
Why doesn’t Today show today?
Why does the Today view no longer show today’s articles? Add this to the freezing and it’s sad how bad this app has become.
Perfect until a recent update
I love this RSS feed and have used it for years without issue. Recently it’s developed a problem. When I switch between sources it will initially show the articles and quickly they will disappear and be replaced with a loading animation that remains forever, the articles never load. If they fixed that it would be back to perfect.
No AI in 2025
Hey Feedly I've been using you for years and I love how you sort news by popularity but maybe it's time to update your app to the 21st century? You know this thing called AI?

Broken
I’ve been using Feedly for years on computer, iPhone, and iPad. Recently the iPad app seems to be broken. First it would pull up the green screen with the logo, but that’s all it would do. I deleted and redownloaded, but can’t log in. It gives me the option to use Google, Apple,Microsoft or email, but selecting any of those just makes the icon flash: no login screen appears. Same thing happens if I select sign up instead of log in. I tried the same thing again after updating iOS, and still can’t get to a login screen. This makes me sad because iPad lets me read on a large ish screen somewhere other than my desk, and I miss that ability.
Update forces today view as default view
Looks like there is no way to set “all” as my default view anymore? Please add this to settings.

Love it! A feature of Reader Mode on the iPhone or an option of visiting the website on the top would be great!
App Won’t Launch
After years of daily use, the most recent update no longer even opens. I hope a new update fixes the problem.

"AI" summary headlines are not accurate. There also needs to be a way to easily remove compromised blog sites that post spam. RSS feed reader would be the best
Feedly does the job
UPDATE September 2024 Sadly Feedly has not kept up with the new IOS Update (this morning): I cannot sign into the App, although I can sign into the website.. Please fix.. I am still using Feedly daily and think it very good ....alternating between Newsify and Feedly, I have found both do very well and can be recommended. Update😢 April 2019, more and more difficulty in loading.. I have good line speeds and everything else works, but Feedly is struggling to load anything at all.
Multiple Mark as Read Required to Clear, Scrolling Types Breaks
First of all, bring back Feedly Classic, much cleaner and less prone to issues. The current Feedly app is a navigation mess. Mark as Read requires at least 2 presses before clearing the articles and marking as read. The scrolling type randomly switches from Paged to Smooth. These bugs have persisted through multiple app updates. So perhaps you guys need stronger bug killer.

Love Feedly but app doesn't log in when opened lately
I've used Feedly for years and love this app! But a few weeks ago an issue started. Anytime I open the app it tells me I have to log in. If I quit the app 2 or 3 times it'll eventually load without having to log in, but it's definitely friction to the experience. Please fix it soon!

Great App
Great app which I use every day. The best iOS RSS app out there. I just wish scrolling with trackpads worked better as it frequently breaks. But one bug can’t detract from how good the overall experience is.
iOS app won’t load after latest update
The app stays on the green screen with Feedly logo. Already tried to quit and reopen and nothing. Tried restarting the phone and nothing. iPadOS app was just updated and that one opened without a problem. It seems it’s just iOS.

It’s been difficult for me to read my feeds. I’ll click on one, then it’ll automatically scroll to the bottom. I have to click on the feed again to view all the articles from the top. I’ve signed out/in and reinstalled the app, but the problem still persists.
Great app
But can the built in browser include an ad blocker? That way, we don’t have to see ads on other website.
After Subscription experience
Subscription is very expensive. Moreover I wanted to feed through twitter account After subscription it didn't work. There si no clear instruction how to do that even. Some of the newspaper website is showing error sign. I will give few more days try if it doesn't solve there is no mean of such expensive subscription.
Broken for a few updates.
Well this August ‘26 update now lets me see a static loading screen, the green one at the beginning. Previously it flashed like a strobe. I let it run hoping it was updating things. Picked up iPhone 17p a few minutes later and it’s hot and Feedly still on splash screen. Can not use.
No easy way to clear cache
There’s no way to clear the huge cache except by deleting and reinstalling the app
Serious problem on iPad
on my ipad pro with IOS 26, the app has an issue where half the screen become white. I have to kill and restart the app, or rotate the ipad 90deg and 90deg again to fix the problem. Anoying
Something is wrong
Since you did maintenance on the system this week your app crashes constantly on my iPhone. Blank white screen. Constantly asking to reload because of internet connection when I’m on wifi and or full bar service. This triggers the white screen and causes a crash.
Feedly has been buggy for too long
July 2023 review: This year Feedly has been plagued with a “No Network - Reload” popup warning even though it’s working just fine. Annoying. Previous review: I am impressed with the functionality of feedly. Always reliable and well integrated with sites. Even the free version is impressive!
Still Won’t Launch
I haven’t been able to load the app for quite some time now. I got my hopes up when I saw an update available. It just hangs during the splash screen, as others have said. How does this get past QA?! F.

Can only follow 100 sources for free. Find another that doesn't have this limit , it's just RSS reading not rocket science
Scrolling with trackpad after 16.4 update iPad
There is a noticeable un-responsiveness when trying to scroll through feed on a iPad keyboard trackpad. It seems that it is not as sensitive as before, so I cannot make small scrolls anymore, however, moving along on trackpad with a faster longer distance resulting in the feed just scroll past several rows. Thanks
Long time user of Feedly
When Google Reader expired I searched for another news aggregator. I was not thrilled with the choices. It took a while, but when I started using FEEDLY I was impressed. I subscribe to 50 news feeds. Yes, I know… I read a ridiculous amount of news. My newsfeeds stay in sync between iPhone, iPad, and browser.
Update broke it, lost all my feeds
I was using this app daily then they updated it. First it wouldn't work at all, kept crashing as soon as I opened it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all of the feeds I had spent years curating. I am seriously annoyed. So many apps are being vibe coded with AI these days! Please hire human programmers and test your apps before deploying!
It’s just an RSS reader
Loses a point because searching is a paid option. Flag’s storie with various tags like “change of management “ and other stuff i have no interest in. It would be good if you could tag music stories with “new album” or whatever using the same mechanism. Seems a waste of an opportunity.
Articles close
Everything close an article - double-tap, double-touch, swipe past the end, swipe left, swipe right, back arrow, done button. And your spot won’t be saved. If you even slightly touch two fingers at the same time, or touch the pad of your thumb and your thumb, or scroll a little off verticallly, the article closes. The critics article I’m reading closed on me five times and it’s not super long. Very frustrating. Too bad, otherwise the best reader around.
Buggy Reader Later
Subscribed feeds works great, but the Reader Later function cannot extract all contents from webpage. I have to find other rss app that can do the job.
