Regus is great
The staff is wonderful I use the locations in the Howard Hughes complex and I also use the locations in Henderson and I love all the people there they are all very professional and friendly.
Terrible company, terrible people
I thought I’d found a decent place to rent in CO. They increased my rent by 100% and refused any conversation. Find somewhere else.
App is great! Better if also available on Apple Watch
The app is great. Would be better if the app is also available on the Apple Watch as I always use the door digital unlock feature.
They Sell Your Data
Giving 2 starts because it does exactly what it says it does but they defiantly sell your data. I got a massive influx of spam calls the minute I signed up
Using the digital key is now painfully slow
What gives? I use this every day. I don’t need instructions each time. Also it loads much slower than it used to. It’s like no one on product or engineering actually uses the app as a digital key. Thanks. Fellow product manager.

HORRIBLE
The app is horrible, keeps redirecting me , can’t even login on browser either keeps redirecting me… this is completely unacceptable I can’t pay my bill. And what are you guys going to do? Charge me a late fee???? I CANT EVEN LOGIN ANYWHERE!!!!!! I’ve been at this for two hours now !!!!!
Does the trick - missing one feature
Does what you need it to, would be amazing if you could add the capacity to add our access cards to the Apple Wallet
Tedious
Technically works, but needs updates to make booking easier. When booking an office, it defaults to 1 hour. It should remember my prior booking and offer to replicate, or, allow me to quickly book for the full day.
Just OK. Has flaws
The app is OK but has a few flaws, specifically there’s no way to easily copy the booking ID to add to the captive portal so you have to write it down in some way separately which is a bad workflow. They should add a copy button so it can be easily copied so the user can easily paste it into the captive portal pop up. What they have now is just bad design/user experience.

I got this app thinking it was the best App for my business I believe that this would give me mail notifications And I was promised the world just to sign Up nobody Ever answers the number provided. Nobody knows anything at the building And customer service can’t contact the Orlando fl offices either Ever they don’t call you back or anything but will continue to charge you I’m gonna start a real registered agent Office space Where people get notifications for mail and it’s scanned in to let them know mail is in with forwarding addresses for 10 bucks services Because this app is a joke.
Quick to book day offices
I use the unlimited day office plan and it works really well for our small team especially with a opportunity to work across the country. With office rental prices increasing this works really well for us.
Try harder to take my money
Never has a company made it this hard for me to give them money. I finally registered my account. In English, with an Australian address. I’m in Japan. So now the app … is totally in Japanese! What? Why? If you switch the app’s language you must must must make it easy for me to switch it back. Alas, I can see no way to do that. So rather than giving you money, I’ll find a coffee shop.
Can’t change account - drop down arrow
I accidentally clicked another account on my iPhone, and now it won’t let me go back to my current account. Unable to click drop down arrow. Opened a ticket with account help desk hopefully fixed soon.

Charges You Late Fees When Their App is Messed Up
Since January my credit card has been in a queue, and every month I get charged late fees after being told that NEXT month it will be fixed. This same song & dance has been going on for 6 months and I've been charged hundreds in late fees. Customer service just routes me around and around in a circle and nobody wants to take accountability. I won't be renewing my agreement because I can't get into my office because it won't take my payment and they won't fix it or reimburse me.

One just needs to pay attention to ensure dates don’t drift. Recurrence adding is very useful. Does what it should
Clunky for on-demand coworking
I’ve used a decent amount of coworking apps and coworking on-demand apps, and unfortunately I find the ux of this one bottom tier and not intuitive for this purpose. For background I’m a solo-preneur who uses the service to cowork out of the house. I don’t want a main location but like trying out different offices. 🙃Selection functionality is weird: you might select a space to go to with the time frame you want, but the next page swaps you to a different location for the time you want. I have booked the incorrect space twice because of this. And show up at the intended space and they don’t know why. 🙃 can’t check how many bookings are left in my account for the month. I just sort of guess and hope. 🙃 no onboarding feature or customer support pages to show you how to use the app when you start.
Issue resolved
I closed my account with them, and they're still charging me! They automatically renewed a contract, and are trying to get me to pay more even though i closed my account. Now i have to waste a day fixing this, and potentially paying for a space I don’t use anymore! They should also answer their phones more can never get in touch with them. Still lost mail sent to their address

Ridiculous hidden fees
Went to reserve a desk for the day and was told it would cost $61.88 - got to the checkout and they literally doubled the price because of “out of hours fee”. So slimy. Just give the cost upfront and don’t try to hustle people out of money.
Community room app has bug
It does take long time to book for 2 hours community room. There is a bug in the app. Second, it continues the previous day book again today. I booked a two hour slot yesterday, again it was showing as I have booked the same slot again when I have not booked that slot.
Worst Login Ever
The app is fine once you’re in but it takes me 3-5 attempts to login every single time I want to use the app. It is horrible. Absolutely a horrible experience. The funny thing is they have a little message in the app talking about how great their new login experience is and it’s garbage. Whoever came up with this nonsense should be fired.
Could be better
Regus as a service is excellent. The app could be a little more user friendly, it could save the places and types of bookings I use so I don’t have to hand type every single time. Lots of SALES going on within the app, which is supposed to be for members, who don’t need to be sold anymore.

Easy to Use
Great app can’t wait to book some space and in future get a membership sorted what a great idea for people on the move that just need to find somewhere close by to get some work done. One issue whenever I got to “Fine nearest” the page loads and then an internal server error 500 comes up and takes me away from the screen. Only work around I have found is to go to the “book now” sections to attempt to see what’s close by fix that and would be 5 stars!
Rubbish app
Great that it exists. But it’s so slow. Hangs all the time. Impossible to load alternate payment options while outside home country and can’t assign existing home payment method to other countries. Functionality is clunky and limited too.
Good app but minor issues
The overall app is good and easy to use. I have a virtual office membership for my business and it’s definitely very useful. However, there is a slight issue when you log in. It gives an error of: “request failed: unacceptable content-type: text/html”. I have updated my password but sadly it does not allow me to log in via the app but I am able to log in via the web browser.

Scam company!
Stay away from this company. This the most worst business practice ever. They charge me $205 for a virtual office that I couldn’t use because the state of Virginia of commission couldn’t recognize their office address. I cancelled the service right away and I tried to cancel the account and remove my debit card but I couldn’t because you most add a new card for payment and then you can remove one they make you to keep a payment method, they won’t allow you to remove your debit card. I requested a full refund. It’s been a month and I only received couple emails “sorry we couldn’t find your account”. Of course they know my account I sent them my phone number and email. I tried to contact them multiple times and even I sent en email to the CEO as well as a CC. Now I have a balance of $95, they are charging me for a service that I couldn’t use. Make you a favor, stay away from this company.

won’t load my profile
Hello, i’m using an iphone 13 and the app launches without issues, but when i want to access my profile i get an infinite loading circle.. in its particular state, right now this app is useless. Marc
Not easy to use
As a booking system it is not intuitive, for example, to book an office for a week you have to book each day individually! I think it needs and overhaul!

Ça fait 1 mois que j ai posté un avis pour vous indiquer que l’appli ne fonctionnait plus. Rien a été corrigé depuis. LISEZ LES AVIS!!! Depuis la dernière mise a jour en dec 2017, il est impossible de payer la réservation et donc on ne peut plus valider une reservation. Il y a bug à tres vite corriger! (Ca fonctionne sur le site internet)
Unprofessional staff. No assistance. Be aware
VERY difficult to speak to any supervisor that has the ability to look into any discrepancies or problems you might have with your account or how you are being treated by staff at the office you use. Without going into the sordid details suffice to say that it is not possible to speak to anyone in charge of the offices. I spent far too long searching the website , going as far to try and find someone on LinkedIn and came up empty. G-d forbid you have a problem with your account. You will be on your own!!!
Super slow and klunky
This app is very slow. The tolerating of locations is really klunky and the location s database is rarely updated. Lots of business lounges aren't visible via the app. You somehow just need to know they exist. Also it's rather annoying that everytime.i try to check in at a location the app takes forever to load my membership card and number and relies on an internet connection when most of the lobbies have very poor reception. I have resorted to using a screenshot instead. Make the card Load first and available offline please!

Avoid Regus (IWG) at all costs – Extremely poor customer service and predatory billing practicesI strongly recommend that everyone stays far away from Regus and IWG plc.Their customer service is consistently poor and often completely unresponsive when you try to resolve issues. As soon as any payment is late or disputed, they turn extremely aggressive with collections and escalate very quickly.The billing practices are especially unfair and misleading:They charge your payment in the middle of the month, but still count the period as starting from the 1st. This means when you cancel a month-to-month agreement, you end up overpaying for a full month you never use. Every month they quietly add small extra amounts to your balance, slowly increasing your total cost without proper explanation. Getting your security deposit (retainer) back is almost impossible, even if you’ve met all the conditions. After you leave, they often hit you with large, unreasonable cleaning or restoration fees that are poorly explained and rarely itemized. To make matters worse, they send your information to debt collectors almost immediately — even when the charges are disputed.Do not use Regus. The combination of terrible service, sneaky and aggressive billing tactics, and the extreme difficulty of getting your money back makes them a nightmare for small businesses and individuals alike. There are much better flexible workspace options available.

Business Provision
I give kudos for one thing about the Regus Offices, the professional environment is very upright, it has genuine appreciation of business protocols above and beyond the call of duty. The suites are in prime location and they are facilitated for upholding strong business models. A drawback might implode a small business with extended duration contracts which have been leveraged beyond the scope of a small business.

Here in Orange County California. The office is only open from 830 to 5 and you’re gonna pay on average for $15-$25 for parking. Other than that, it’s a decent work space.

Their office space and service is great. This app is substandard. It doesn’t even switch directions on an iPad with a keyboard. So you either have to disconnect the keyboard. Or turn your head 90º to see the screen.
Very useful, but has bugs
For example, ifyou have more than one BusinessWorld card and try to scoll back and forth between them, the app eventually crashes, especially if you go to the last card and then try to go back again.
