Hidden Gem
I didn’t get this because the price scared me away. I used my free month and tried it and will be paying for it moving forward. This is the best sales tool I’ve ever used.

Been using the better part of a week now. Only complaint is that it keeps showing me other companies in my industry under the "discover new accounts" tab. I ain't trying to sell wool to a sheep!

This app is frustrating because it says functions work better in the app, and then it keeps directing you to the page to down load the app while you ARE ALREADY IN THE APP!
Difficulty getting to navigate in navigator

Slow and sluggish
Very slow and loads in a very sluggish manner
Great but some small improvements needed
Sales navigator is an awesome tool. One thing that would be really helpful is if the messages came into the same inbox as other LinkedIn messages. It can be hard to keep track of a conversation and I find this really annoying! Great otherwise.
Unannounced “autopay” after trial
I did a “trial” of the basic $79.99 Sales Navigator. I liked it. But they automatically charged me for the premium version at $119.99 with no warning. I’m done and will probably have a hard time getting refunded. Disappointed to say the least
Wish i could export results in different smaller files
I also wish there would be more filters. For industry filters it is not always precise. I also wish there is an easy link between the messages of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Having to check if i have already sent messages to someone with whom i connect on Sales Navigator is time consuming. The refreshing function could be improved. I am not happy with the blocks Sales Navigator put on the Boolean search without even informing their clients, and basically removing features! Also it would be good to have access to the LinkedIn profile of people from a Lead list. Right now it’s very time consuming to go from that lead then to their SN profile then to their LI profile. Would also be saving so much time to have access to the messages exchanged with the lead on LinkedIn, directly from the Leads list.

Often inoperable on iOS - can’t send InMail, messages, and notifications fail to clear or erroneously pop up. LinkedIn has acknowledged the problem and issues fixes but they are short-lived

2 factor authentication is a train wreck
Why is this app, why I pay so much money for, now impossible to access due to a mandatory 2 factor authentication process that does not work any way you try it.

One major problem… so far
I didn’t want to write a review because I’ve only been using it a few days. I tried to report a problem to the developer but the link sent me to a 404. Though this does not surprise me for anything linked to LinkedIn. I’ve always had problems with his site. It’s shocking that it’s one of the biggest social networks that seems to be run by children. My issue (so far) with this app is in the messages section; messengers name’s and photos are not links. One would presume that they would be links to that person’s profile. No, not links to anything. This is astounding. If I was creating this app that would be first on the list. Add it ASAP.
Top tool
Most people only scratch the surface into the value of Sales Nav. It’s a career long tool. Likely the most important add to any tech stack.

Better than Salesforce…well almost.
Sales Navigator is a robust way to manage key contacts and leads. Ideally, would be great if the standard LinkedIn messaging vs Sales Navigator was much different. I have lost messages because the automated saving in the cache or cloud is weak and haphazard. Also, Sales Navigator could use more of an inbox, full-screen format instead of a teeny weeny, micro chat format. One more thing, Sales Navigator should have more data mining capabilities since I look for email addresses and they’re buried in LinkedIn profiles so better Outlook integration AND Rocketreach capabilities would make Sales Navigator a seriously. gritty sales tool.
Features don’t work well on mobile
I often running into errors: not being able to draft messages, the support link goes to a 404 address, and it just seems LinkedIn is not prioritizing this app effectively even though it’s very expensive.
I just don’t get Sales Navigator’s pricing
Sorry LinkedIn, I really want to like it. But this is my second trial and I will cancel before the first payment goes out. This is not cheap. And I am just failing to see the value in the extras you are giving me. And if I was to be paying, it would still limit me on the things I actually use and need. You want to charge me £65 a month, was it? Yet I can’t even invite my own connections to my own page? I am limited to 250 a month. Why slow me down. I only need to invite each connection once, right? And being connected, I have permission to message them so could circumnavigate this annoying limit anyway, right? Frustrating. Secondly, even when I am paying you are still limiting searches?? Limiting connection requests?? You give me this great big sales navigator tool for tracking leads but to me looks like a glorified inbox. Quite frankly, for the price you want to charge, the limitations, especially page invitations, is just annoying. People can decide for themselves if they want to connect or not, or join a page or not, or even remain connected if they deem it spammy. You protect the user experience at the cost of the paying-user experience. I have 7000 connections that took me a long time to build. And a project that took 4+ years to launch. And only when I launched did I noticed the limits on page invitations. Feels like a lot of wasted time and effort. Leaving a review because I would hope it perhaps helps you adjust your model and let people just get on with business. Thank you.

For whatever reason the mobile app doesn’t let me send DMs. It’s unfocused and doesn’t let me type anything.
Good but could be better
It’s a great app no doubt about it. However there are features I would really like to see for it to be made even better. If I change territory in the new year, which I just did, why do I have to go into each lead list individually and delete it? What if I have dozens of shared lists from other people? It took me over 2 hours to do this when it could have easily had a ‘select all’ button to get rid of them. Secondly is connections, as a salesperson I have to connect with lots of people at my target accounts. Would it be possible to have feature that allows me to remove all pending connection messages at once so I can resend them at a later date with a more personalised note?

Worst thing LinkedIn has done so far.
I didn't think the functionality on LinkedIn or even the poor user interface that fails to provide a simple spellcheck in case you have a fat finger moment, or the bouncing screen when attempting to edit the fat finger moment in your post. They've made all of these changes wanting $99 a month it's so not worth it! I just want my LinkedIn account to revert back before I agreed to give their "upgrades" a test drive for $99 a month! ☹️
Please Include Exact Match Search (Leads)
Generally this is a good app, with ease of accessibility and user experience. IMPROVEMENTS Problem: The app doesn’t support exact match (in speech marks) searches. Consequence: This impedes customer experience and Sales Navigator functionality. The app doesn’t support exact match (in speech marks) for BOOLEAN searches. Please can you add this to fields (esp. Title, Company Name, etc). I have saved searches on my laptop which work as intended, but when I open the same saved search on my iPhone, the saved search results become irrelevant. This is a real pain, especially when planning to do outreach on the go. Could you please resolve this with urgency. Thank you
Once you get in you can never leave
Been trying to get off the paid subscription for months but each app seems to say it’s someone else’s responsibility while I keep getting charged 108 bucks a month for something I don’t use. Tried to go to the app support on this page but it gives me a 404 error. I mean, I guess the app itself is OK but definitely didn’t get me any paying customers even with hiring help. I need out! Help!
Messaging bug is maddening

Completely unexpected experience.
Seams like a trend where people have to play in order to work, maybe too game oriented for a fellow 57, but fantastic. Senior moments are more frequent than ever. I am still not sure up to which extend this is customized made experience. I could see myself in these mentioned past experiences. Thank you
Customer Service Experience
I recently worked with an account manager to upgrade to Sales Navigator. Once the upgrade was purchased, I was not offered any training material or demos to help learn the tool. As a very long term LinkedIn customer and professional that always views service as a top priority I was expecting a higher quality experience. I hope this feedback helps. Thank You, Adam
It’s ok but could be better
I like the app and use it regularly however at times the lack of, or difference in, functionality has me reaching for the desktop version. It could be improved and why there is a need to have a separate inbox is beyond me.
No customer support
I have been trying to reach support with no success.
Can’t Sign In
Beware! First, you can’t sign up when you have a premium LinkedIn subscription paid through Apple…. If you try and cancel and re-up it’s confusing. This app will not let me sign up and I’m not sure who to contact. The app support button does not work either. I’m stuck…. How do you get this feature on an Apple platform? Beware!

Not so user-friendly

Good put not perfect
I’ve been using LinkedIn premium for many years but they recently changed the pricing so I started using Navigator for an extra £10 a month. I love the web app and the iOS is good too but it does have some annoying limitations. When it suggests people as leads, there is no link to the company description, size etc. So I can’t tell if it’s relevant. Also, there is no option to search keywords, you can only access your current lists. Still, not bad as a mobile addition to the web service.
