This app is pretty much useless. If you can get it to open (hah, good luck!) the. The functionality is so limited, there's a good chance you can't do what you want to.
Case Update Arrangement
Can you please change the case update back to the initial default settings. Open, pending, then close. It’s so tedious to have to scroll down the closed cases before reaching open and pending. Thanks.

The app keeps crashing on start. I have repeatedly brought it to the attention of customer service. They are unable to fix it.

This app takes a simple task and makes it impossible.
Unfortunately the corporation I work for is opting to switch from a working system to this cheap not working system. I used to be able to use my company’s crm to create customer profiles and log activity easily and it was super nice with a map that came up with the customers displayed on a map and you can click on it and it would take you to the profile and see and record information easily. But now we use Zoho and there is options to make customer leads but none of the buttons work. The display is ridiculously confusing. There is a map but it pops up as a mini window that you can’t change size which is so irritating to use on a phone or tablet. Seems like this was developed to be used as a webpage and they made an app and released it without ever doing any testing because something will not work on the webpage and link you to the app but then when it opens says there is a error in the link and to link you back to the web page and it’s error there too. Just an absolute cluster of bugs, glitches, errors, and functions that do not work together. My coworkers are refusing to even try to figure it out. I am still trying because I actually want to keep a record of my customers but I now have to supplement this app with also writing everything with pen and paper. I don’t know how this app has this good of reviews. Probably has a lot of paid for reviews. It’s really not worth it. Your employees will probably not use it at all. Speaking as someone who actually has been forced to use zoho crm.
Font size in App
You need to add a way to increase the Font size in the ZoHo CRM App. The App is very good but the fonts are quite small. Switching from App to App on my iPhone makes it impossible to use the Apple tools for font size because it would make everything else too large. Ironically the font size when typing in this window is perfect!
Update is terrible. Edit — AGAIN
You just made every single thing that our company uses on your app more difficult to access. This update is terrible. Creating a task and leaving a note need to be the easiest things to access on someone’s contact/meeting page. Now they are all in a different place and inside other menus. I don’t need everything’s font to be bigger, I need what I use to be accessible without clicking through 3 menus first. May 2026 update — App is completely broken, cannot view meetings. Clicking on a meeting causes a frozen loading screen that you cannot click the back button in. Force closing app is only way to get out of it. Why’d you have to mess up something that worked perfectly fine before? This new UI is still terrible.
Don’t fall for free
The CRM is a powerful platform with a wide range of features. It offers excellent flexibility for customizing workflows, building automations, and tailoring the system to your business needs until you’re paying for it. If someone has to switch to free it has strict limitations on the number of leads you can manage. key features such as dashboards and visual reports become unavailable unless you upgrade. Be sure to understand these limitations before committing to the platform.
State of The Art CRM
We have used multiple CRM’s for our business including Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Sales and Zoho CRM. Out of all these companies, Zoho seems to actually care about their customers, probably because they aren’t answering to shareholders. We found Zoho easier to setup, more streamlined, and have more features and automations than the competition. The mobile app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We compared this most to Microsoft Sales CRM and Zoho just is on another level. In addition Zoho has offered the most robust support. Some of these competitors offer absolutely no support and direct you to a ridiculously overpriced “partner”. The additional features such as customer and vendor portals makes our small team seem like a Fortune 500 company and helps us win more business.
Constantly Crashes
I don’t know what changed, but the app constantly crashes all day long. It has become almost impossible to use.

Good crm but a few easy fixes would make it GOATED. the one feature I need is to be able to quickly call leads from my phone. I often need to dial numbers manually and it’s nice there’s a dial pad but it only shows up in the app after like five minutes. I constantly have to close and reopen the app or just wait several minutes for the dial pad to populate and become available. This is the built-in-telephony plan for Zoho CRM. WE NEED THE DIALER TO STOP DISAPPEARING FROM THE MOBILE APP!

Zoho” With the team they have, the knowledge of each, the promptness of responding, the professionalism in which each one has shown to me , right along with the patience with someone who has been in business over 30yrs both as employee on into the purchase of, staying in the old style of Salesmanship, the older methods of scaling & outdated technology, ( that while worked). Was proven by ZOHO CRM that it was time to accept & learn the technology at our fingertips today. Pleasantly simple to understand and navigate even for the smallest business out there today that wants to scale & keep their business in the market. I also suppose up to the most demanding of businesses. From someone as small as I, to the largest most prestigious U. S. based or international. My strong opinion is that ZOHO CRM will be the most important, and effective tool one will need.
Invalid phone number getting real enoying
Can’t enter a phone number. Keep getting invalid phone number. Doesn’t matter how I enter it.
Great app, one mi or issue
The application is really good allowing an instant snap shot of how the team is performing The annoying issue is deal analytics is always a day behind . If you login to the web version and do. A manual update the sales figures get corrected. If not you need to wait until the next day There needs to be a manual update button in the app allowing instant access to new sales numbers from the app
Can not add a data to schedule a call from app
I am using Zoho CRM application, but whenever I try to schedule a call, the app crashes and closes automatically. Please fix this issue as it affects smooth usage.

With all the money and resources Zoho has. You would think they’d have a more satisfactory app for iPads and iPhones and Androids. This app is NOT compatible with iPad at all. Doesn’t function. Attn: support. When will you guys have an iPad compatible CRM app?
Major flaw
Need to allow the mobile device for clicking to call to use another platform like RingCentral so we can ensure calls are being recorded and tracked

Ok not great
Do you have those offer? A lot of the same feels as the desktop version but it’s very limited and search functionality. For example you cannot find a lead using just the phone number. So if you get a phone number, that’s a missed call, you’d have to go back to the desktop to find the actual lead that’s tied into. I tried using the instructions I found online but they have no results.
Shortcoming
I use and like the app, however, it lacks the ability to operate multiple accounts. I have a customer who asks me to log into their ZOHO CRM to log accounts I generate on their behalf. I also have a ZOHO CRM for my own company. I cannot operate both CRM’s on the same phone (iPhone 12 pro). This is problematic. I have another account who I have been promoting the ZOHO CRM. If they decide to use it for their company it will be. Bigger problem. I should be able to sign in to multiple accounts and toggle between them (similar to Twitter or Instagram). Please advise.

Horrible sync
The zoho app seems to have been an afterthought. No reports or analytics whatsoever, maps are awful, layout horrific. Zero customization options that are beneficial. If you need a CRM with an app look elsewhere

allows me to keep a constant checm on new leads and following up on mobile. two important tasks which anyone running a. usiness would like to do while on the go.
Not a way to turn off calls.
I thought I’d be able to use this app just to check up on my sales team on my days off. The problem is if you’re in the app and someone dials your extension it not only rings my office phone, but it also rings my cell phone and I cannot figure out how to turn that functionality off

A little quirky to be rated 5 stars. Like no push notifications for task reminders (only emails). Tasks arent listed in any relevant order. Otherwise great!
Many of the UI elements aren’t ideal for phones
Many of the UI elements haven’t been designed with small screens in mind. Important info is often truncated, creating a usability nightmare. We tried to implement a system where my boss could approve orders on the road from his phone, but it was entirely unworkable due to the UI limitations, as one example. Also I’ve been having trouble pulling up products from our catalog. Ours is small enough that it should be easy to download the entire thing to the device, if there’s an option to do so, I haven’t found it. Same with our list of accounts and leads.

Have been using zoho social for a while now and the user interface is very intuitive and easy to use.
Service went down hill quick
I use the serum for work and it worked pretty easily, but then they updated the user interface and now it’s completely confusing. They rolled it out with no support or training.

Rarely Works
Links hardly ever work, the search function is questionable and rarely shows the right lookups, even when spelled exactly as it should be, and many modules outright do not work. I have no issues with the we based CRM but the app needs some significant work.

I want to love Zoho and they do a lot of things that are directionally correct, but they don’t actually listen to customers and routinely drop the ball on core functionality. It’s as if they have great development, but poor management and execution…
