Best app
The WeWork app is incredibly user-friendly, making it super easy to book spaces and manage my workspace needs. The intuitive design and quick access to important features like day passes and conference rooms save a lot of time. Highly recommend for anyone using WeWork!
Good places, bad app
The app is just very poorly implemented and crashes all the time. It’s annoying, takes forever, and arguably pathetic given what work it’s actually doing here.
Great service but App crashes all the time and most locations don’t have height adjustable chairs
Pros: In general love the coworking space service and the ease with which you can subscribe, onboard and book locations - all online without a need to speak to an agent (which is often the case with traditional coworking spaces). The entrance key card usage and wifi connection, the availability of tea/snacks- all extremely convenient. Cons: App crashes as soon as anything too quick. Locations on the map disappear after zooming in and out. The app doesn’t have a per-location feedback option, no information on the floor numbers per location. Unfortunately most locations do not have height adjustable chairs so often seats are extremely non-ergonomic (kitchen chairs) - shocked that this is the case. No opportunity to switch a location within a day if you don’t like it.
Filters don’t work
When trying to find an available space to reserve, filters don’t change what is being offered, so a lot of time is lost tapping in out of options that don’t fit my needs.
Please fix your UX
Your booking selector and finding locations within a city is terrible. Please fix it, if you can’t - we can velocitylabs.co
Good
Easier to use.
Buggy
I can’t book anything in the latest version of the app because it constantly resets and sends me back to the home screen. Like every 10 seconds. Unusable
Good
Keep it up
Payment is very tough
Almost went to find something else because of the poor payment experience with the update. Asked me to put in my billing details many times and when I thought I was almost done the complete action was grayed out. Figured it out after 10-minutes of trying. Definitely dropping some revenue here.
App always crashes
Great service, specially the DUMBO and Montague crew. My main issue is the app crashes and it’s very frustrating when I need to book.
Great service

On iPhone app experience is awful
THIS APP NEEDS SOME WORK!!! This is the worst app I have on my phone it loads super slow and then unintuitive ui design and hard to use (such as refreshes events mid browsing, not being able to book multiple events, not being able to book spaces based on events, jumpy pages).
Good app but we need better notifications
I like the app as it is stable and easy to navigate. I just hate that the notifications are so many for my building and there’s no way to clear them easily or mark them all as read. I usually read the communications via email so there’s no reason for me to redo it in the app. Other than that I like the app.
Awesome venues Awful app
Sometimes it works. Well, mostly. However, bugs linger unfixed for days and the UX is sub-par to say the least.
Seems like a rush job
The latest update brought with it a new unintuitive UI that only half works. Seems like they need to (re)hire a designer with ux training (I do like the bit of color they added), engineers that can complete features before they are released (favorites doesn't work at all) and a QA team that is willing to fail and block a release. Everything just seems to speaks to half-assing the product to rush and get something out. At least I can still book a desk.
Review
Thanks wework for this work environment and thak you Daanyaal maintaining it.
Baffling
Why are the app and website both so awful? Why can’t either sort locations or work normally in 2026? How does a business that’s basically an app and some real estate not deliver on the app???

Lovely place to come & work for a day or two. Good variety of workspaces across 3 floors & clean facilities. Wi-Fi has good connection although no mobile data on bottom floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice variety of tea & coffee always available plus a barista in the morning. Great for a work-from-Homer looking to switch up your work environment every now and then, but also has regulars and entire office rooms rented out. You can find space to work quietly and they have dedicated phone booths although these tend to be very busy. It also seems like a good place to work with colleagues as there are lots of bigger tables & sofas to work on. Would definitely recommend. :)
Slow buggy app
App is so slow to book a room, often says they can't find a nearby location even though I'm actually in the office
Good update, annoying location sharing
New update is great, but it asks me for location sharing every time I click into the wework I am booking. Even if I accept or decline I get the same message the next day.

Good but still issues
Need external access sorted
Ten minutes to onboard a new account
Can’t do better than this in 2026? Really?
not stable
crashes every other time
Amazing app, works globally
Works great
Unusable
Returns to the home page every second. It’s impossible to use because I literally cannot navigate to any other page in the app.
As beautiful in design as the offices
But, points down for advertising prices without GST (illegal in Australia)
Slow and buggy everyday.
I didn’t want to leave this review because I love the convenience of Wework but the app is unreliable. When you’re paying money you need something you can trust to load especially before desks fill up for your ideal office. Needs to be addressed asap in my opinion.
Keeps logging me out every few weeks
The app is fine, albeit pretty slow, but my main issue is that it keeps logging me out every few weeks and I have to keep logging back in manually. Why can it not keep me logged in continuously? It’s not like it has sensitive information like a banking app.
WeWork is epic!
I must admit… I’m a fan. I love WeWork, I love the culture, the ethos… everything! The app works great and is easy to use.
Not usable
I’ve been trying for about 3 minutes to slide the time slider to the period I need, it won’t work. How do you expect me to book?
Nice improvement, but…
I think this new version of the App is much nicer, organized and better looking, but it is soooo much slower than the previous one to reserve just a desk, more steps and slower!
Glitchy and SO IRRITATING to use this app
I am shocked at how poor this app Experiences. The app design is totally fine and intuitive… But it is so glitchy. I find it nearly impossible to find a location, tap on it, start a desk rental without the app crashing, and taking me back to the homepage
It takes too long to book a table
If you need to come everyday you spend a lot of time booking a table, could be faster
Genial
😎
App is terrible
Super slow, terrible performance, crashes randomly, won’t let you book multiple days at once, you’ll search the exact address of a location and it’s not the first result, etc.
Super glitchy
WeWork is great but this app is garbage. It regularly requires me to log in 5+times in one day and sometimes after I log in will automatically log me out 30 seconds later. Does the same thing with room bookings- it crashes so often that it’s borderline unusable.
On the whole the app works
But I do have some gripes - drop downs on bookings don’t work properly - you have to hold the button down - unlike every other app I own we work app looses your credentials when the app updates. Very annoying End user testing of the updates would be really nice guys!
Work & Travel means WeWork is a Godsend
Wework is amazing and a pure joy while travelling
constantly reloading app
guys, do you even try your apps before releasing, it is constantly reloading and doesn’t allow to book anything. ask claude code to fix it, it would be better
Incredibly slow
This is the slowest app I have ever used. Has anyone on this dev team ever programmed a computer before?
The app kept log out and I have to enter
Hi, I am not happy that almost every day for two weeks now, the app logs out itself (perhaps every update). It is frustrating to enter my email address and password to get in. WeWork office is so great! But the app needs to improve more. Should tell how much per credit, so I know how much to pay for desk or office or total price. I don’t want to see that in the invoice. I want to know how much before I book. Need 100% honesty and transparent.

Great Staff at Wework
App keeps crashing
This is pathetic, a company whose whole business model relies on using the app to book a desk or a room keeps crashing. Every time I search for a location, literally keeps crashing every minute and I have the most updated version
Horrible slow
I just installed the app, crashes 5 times trying open, I left without use, today I open again, works, but extremely slow very very slow
A functional but flawed app
Good news is the app works fine and I’ve had no issues booking a desk. Furthermore the actual workspace is great and I always enjoy heading in to the office. I do feel however there are a couple of features that would really improve the app and just the overall experience of using WeWork: 1) The ability to add favourite locations would be a great improvement, I always use the same location so it’s rather irritating to have to search for the same office each individual time I plan to go there 2) The ability to view past bookings and invoices/receipts 3) Provision of digital passes would be a major benefit, as I don’t use WeWork all that often I don’t have a permanent physical pass so each time I head to the office I have to sign in at reception which is an inconvenience. If the app were to instead issue a digital pass on the day of the booking this would both remove the requirement for a physical card (which I’m sure will inevitably end up in landfill eventually) and it will save me and your receptionist time as I’ll just be able to enter the office
