Great product
Great product but subscription model is super expensive
Great. But surprisingly stupid for this day and age.
Given how we often use some English phrases even when we’re speaking Chinese, Japanese or Korean, I’m surprised AI (supposedly intelligent) cannot discern at least 2 languages within the same recording.
Instructions
Unclear instructions how to record and also choose templates
App
Save my time. Efficient. But costly in long run
I appreciate the device’s long battery life, nice design, good recording quality, various AI summarising format (fit to different convention types) and simple user interface of the app. The only downside is monthly subscription fee is a bit high. It comes with a free plan but only got 300 mins, I have lots of meetings, that’s why I purchase this device, yet, 5 hours per month definitely not enough, so basically you need to enrol into their monthly or yearly AI plan. I didn’t think about this when I buy it. It’s very costly in long run, given that I invested and paid for the device upfront.
Subfolders support
Sub folder is better for organising files and projects with multiple parts. However no updates for this since the app has been rolling out and the plaud note pro out.
好用
好用
Poor UIUX!
Plaud Note device
The app should allow recording and transcription without the PLAUD Note hardware. Also live transcription (like Otter) would also be useful
Why can’t I re-generate
It detached the wrong language. I wanna regenerate but the button doesn’t work.
Hand free recording
It would be good if it can record through hand free device and Zoom/Teams call
