No car play control
For some reason now whenever I try to change the station from my steering wheel button or my infotainment screen, it won’t change through CarPlay ever. If I open the app on my phone and change it, it goes channel by channel instead of my favorites. Somethings broken it needs to get fixed, practically unusable.

App is slow, randomly stops working
I’ve had this app for over a year now. The Sirius XM app is constantly loading giving a message that my connection is slow. Even when I’m on my home WiFi with fiber gig internet and full bars, the app is loading. 100% of the time when the app is acting up, everything else on my phone that requires an internet connection is working fine.
Great programming but…
I Love the programming. Tons of shows that I Love to listen to while doing lawn maintenance all day everyday. But my favorite show, “ Two Pros and a cup of Joe” stop working for me back on January 13th. It won’t save any shows past that date and on days im not up at 6 AM to listen to it while Live, then I can’t listen to it. Don’t know why it’s doing that? I’ve tried to sign out and back in to see if it will reset it but it doesn’t. Such a bummer. If you know of any way to fix this,please let me know. Thanks.
Music stops playing
Music stops every 15 20 minute it just sits there and soon, I have fiber optic internet very fast and never goes down, I am on iPhone 15pro and I have done everything the internet told me to do, does not change anything, I am listening to extra vacation channel, please help
Channel Switching Not Working
Switching between channels using the steering wheel controls and on the screen stopped working around the time the last update released.
Bring them back
Satellite radio is a great thing. I like it that I can get it in my car anywhere I like that there’s commercial free music and cool DJs one thing I don’t like is that they have removed all the gay radio stations. It would be nice to have them back.

Purely on how hard it is to cancel a subscription
App channels
While I do enjoy the app channels I do have a few gripes. One, I would like the ability to skip more songs, will explain more with second gripe. Second, channels can be repetitive. 80’s party for example. It plays a lot of the same songs and artists despite having a 10 year range to Pick from.
Worst app on my phone
The shows on this channel are very good. The mobile app on the other hand is just a way for me to have to restart my phone at least 4–5 times a day if I want to listen. For two years now the control bar disappears.. on purpose? Maybe. Sometimes they just take away the ability to fast forward. Anyway be careful. You may not be able to use this in a vehicle if you want to stream.
Glitching with App
My husband and I have been experiencing the music go blank after playing for a few minutes or more. Not sure what’s going on but it’s annoying and it’s driving me to other music Apps.
Great selection of any music or musicians
My favorite is studio 54 but the are hundreds. Highly recommend.
Car Play
This review is about the Car Play version. It’s terrible. It appears to have been made by people who don’t drive. I hit the icon and it’s 2 or 3 more taps to get to my stations. So dumb. When you hit the icon, your stations should appear and not AI suggestions “based on your afternoon listening”, etc.

Car playback controls stopped working
Latest update broke the configuration for CarPlay controls. Next and previous seem to cycle through all channels rather than the selected option of my saved channels. Update: looks like I’m not the only one. Instead of the automated response telling me to reboot, remove, update, etc., how about just say that we’ll look into it!

I ride a gold wing and it’s disappointing at how little tree cover has to be over the road for the signal to be lost. Works great. works great on highways, but not really on back roads

The SiriusXM in the car and the app are a must have! Literally, SiriusXM is on at work right now while I write this to help work feel a little less like work. In the car, hands down SiriusXM beats local radio stations year after year. I gave my wife the app complimentary and she now listens when she’s in the shower and on the go in everyday life. SiriusXM is the best way to eliminate commercials and bring people together around music!
Latest update broke CarPlay controls on my vehicle.
CarPlay “next favorite” control is broken SiriusXM is set under App Settings → Playback so the next/previous channel controls move through channels saved in my Library. This recently stopped working. The controls now move to the next numerical SiriusXM channel instead of the next saved channel, or sometimes don’t respond. This happens with both the CarPlay on-screen control and my steering-wheel control. I have rebooted the iPhone and vehicle, removed and re-established the CarPlay connection, reinstalled SiriusXM, logged back in, and toggled the playback setting off and back on. The problem remains. iPhone 17, current iOS, wireless CarPlay, 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. This worked correctly until a few days ago.

Love the rewind feature
Octane is my favorite station but when the rare occasion occurs that I don’t love the current song, I love that I can rewind back to my prior favorites
9th update, disappearing bottom bar!
Yep, 9th update and still disappearing bottom bar. You guys need to focus on your programming. And yes, I’ve re-downloaded the app, restarted my phone. The issue is you! 20 yr customer. I’ve left 8 reviews that the bottom bar disappears randomly. This happens on a 13 Pro Max and now my 17 Pro Max. The developer always says: restart your phone, check for updates and uninstall and reinstall the app. This never works. Sirius, get your head in the game and fix the app. This is the 8th review. Get it together.

Sirius has good music access twenty-four (24) hours a day. Gospel and smooth Jazz are My favorites.
