Worth it
Best app for live music
Ionia Freak Fair
So you guys choose to bring the D team and have a plethora of audio issues the very day that Billy is hosting his own festival AND playing his brand new record? Nice
Buy songs
Love the app. Wish you could buy individual songs like you could on iTunes back in the day
Redesign improved experience but still yikes
Apple tv user. I cant fast forward in anything other than ten second skips? Im on 47th min of string cheese as i write this. My finger has pushed my remote 1000 times. Still terrible techno and “please stay tuned” Truly miserable UX. Next issue: no soundboard access on the TV? You are a streaming platform guys and all i see on apple tv is live streams. I want to hear soundboards. Why you not include half the reason people buy your service on an app is beyond me. Issue 3: make browsing for sound board simple where it is available on a phone. It took me forever to find sort by year. Its impossible to just easily browse for archive soundboards. It like purposefully chaotic and difficult to find music. And that was for portugal the man which has a very small live catalog. Stylistically the old nugs sucked but it had a functional purpose. This is just like an ai slopped rehash that sure looks pretty but is missing key functionality to get it to a premium place. Test your users for feedback. Its crazy to me it took 10 years to get a redesign and yet you guys still miss the mark so bigly.
Needs work
So my opinion is that the catalog needs to expand drastically… And the player that comes with the app needs a lot more options for playback… I wish you could access all of the bands that I'm following in my shuffle play consider that please and maybe surprise me
Can’t Nugs enough
I can’t get enough. Thank you David Gans and Gary Lambert for hosting Brad Serling during the “Days Between” and putting me on to my new favorite source for music.
Stop making me review you every day it's obnoxious
Good
Love the catalog
So happy with all the available shows, bands update frequently on tour. Some of the user interface could be made a bit easier but I still use the app every day.
No “Sort” option for Playlists
The only way to sort/arrange songs in a playlist is by manually dragging each song, one-by-one, from the very bottom of the playlist where they’re added up to wherever you want it. If you want to sort alphabetically (Artist, Song Title, Album/Show/Venue), Recently Added to Playlist, or most importantly: Date of Show; you’re out of luck. Given the live music angle of this platform, there should also be an option to sort by Song Length or even Song Popularity. Every music streaming platform (including Internet Archive) has a Sort By button and some assortment of the features mentioned above. I don’t mind spending extra time on custom playlists if I’m adamant about specific songs being positioned in a specific place, but there is no reason why arranging playlists on the fly according to some broad, simple metrics like date or alphabetical order should take more than a single press of a button. I’m very happy with the selection & quality of music available, but the less time I can spend staring at & swiping around my phone to manage my library and more time I can spend simply listening to & enjoying the music while going about my business, the better. PLEASE implement better playlist management options as soon as possible — the future of my paid subscription depends on it.
Nugs: Live Music Lives Here Review
Hoping there is still a chance at family plans where at least two devices can view the content at any time. Stinks paying for two subscriptions in same household as my spouse. I do feel the connectivity has improved since I first started my account which is appreciated.
Nugs changed my life
Whoever thought of nugs net should be given a Nobel peace prize. This is the type of forward thinking that will lead humanity to do great things. This is the best app since the iPhone itself.

Fine service
Wow! Metallica and Wilco‘s live-catalog to stream and download, both works fine on my iPhone: It would be perfect if the Bruce Springsteen Concerts were not only for purchase.
Ugh
App drops 12 times a day.

Live Music Support
If you love live music, want to support the bands more than just a Spotify listen, the sound (recordings) are amazing and the library is always growing, really enjoy this service! 10/10
Should’ve been 5 stars
Great great app. Cant believe all of the great music on this app. Definitely would’ve been a 5 star review but Nugs keeps asking me to rate it and apparently rating it 50 times is not enough to stop the never ending prompt.
No music and no support
I have tried for weeks to listen to my Nugs subscription after paying for a full year (big mistake). I have created 2 tickets to try to resolved this with no response from Nugs. UPDATE: Nugs responses were stuck in my junk mail. Once we were able to connect I was able to listen as promised to most of the Nugs library (I’m in Canada), and all the artists I was interested in.
Looks great but Aussie dollar
Looks like great idea but Australia $36 a month is around 2 different sub channels Apple TV. It’s just to expensive and to get hi fi when how would want low definition when your paying good money. Plus the others being free or $8-9 a month. We can’t all live on the USA price. As not close to how much Australia pays ontop. Over a dollar a day. Shame looked good.
Web Play Broken
Playback through the web has been finicky for years. Mobile app works well. Sad that ReListen is free and works better. Reconsidering the purchase of nugs
I’m too old for this!
I can’t see at a Billy Strings concert because of everyone dancing in front of me. So I stay home and watch it on my computer and let the kids have the venue. I did plenty of dancing to Van Halen, Def Leppard and UFO.
Poor developer choices
The developers decided to implement widevine DRM, so it can’t be used on most daps. On my iPhone, app doesn’t do gapless consistently, hangs, buffers, doesn’t resume properly. Really poor design.
Remember when we had live music on tap?
Some of the best quality live recording that I have heard and a great reminder of when we were allowed to be in the same place to listen to amazing bands.
Eurythmics are missing 😔😔😔
The title says everything. The app is a good idea but my favourite artist is missing.
All goose, all the time (for the most part). Otherwise great quality app.
Look, I like Goose as much as the next guy, but lately the majority of the livestreams are Goose. I wouldn’t have bought an annual sub had I known it would turn out to be lacking variety to this extent (maybe this will change in the future?). Also, the AppleTV app, while great quality (bravo for that) seems a bit limited in functionality and search. Happy to hear DMB will have a live audio presence on Nugs, but as of now (6/23/2026) I couldn’t find a trace of that on the AppleTV app.
non custy vibe

An EQ would be awesome
Like the app! Scrolling to different parts of songs can be a bit of a pain because of the wheel. But overall great app. Does what it needs to do. An EQ to tweak the sound would be a good addition.
Not worth the cost
The idea is good, the quality is good (Only tested HIFI) - however there isn’t a lot of content, certainly not from bands you know! Only a few 360’ audio choices too. It’s very expensive for what it is, I have a 30 day trial with new Sony Headphones, needless to say I won’t be continuing.
Migliorabile
Passa il tempo ma questa app a ogni aggiornamento è sempre peggio, devo fare tre appunti, non ha il tema scuro e non è compatibile con Alexa e chiede il login ogni volta.
Nugs
No fooling, it’s good!
Scammy
No refunds. Buyer beware.
To pricy.
This is a great app. Love the music. But why does it cost so much and why are you raising the price even more. You lost me. Plz lower the price.
Not enough
Not enough artists if it wasn’t for Metallica I would definitely not have got this app
Springsteen Downloads Overseas
Customers should know: Streaming of purchased B.S.-Downloads in the nugsnet app is no longer available outside US/CAN due to the Sony-Deal.
Enjoining
My 2nd year on nugs and they have stepped up their game. I have less connectivity is way better this year
Not impressed
I don’t know why it skips songs and rearranges songs Not a fan of this format. Michael Boileau
Cool idea!
Great idea, was hoping for more bands however. If you get some Queens of the Stone Age concerts I will likely renew!
Issues with downloads
I got the downloads. But unless the app is open all the time (eating battery) it just shuts off mid song. Constantly wants me to join streaming… I just want to download a few shows and listen to them:)
Best $ Spent
Nothing comes close to the value and sweetness of this creation 🙏💙
Frustrating
Look, am a big supporter of the scene. I miss concerts. But this service and app is a joke. Most good shows you have to pay extra. Many shows don’t stream to Canada where i live. Tonight three’s a live show from Jimmy Buffet i wanted to watch. But the task seems too difficult for the App. I will not renew.
Rather good ...but a bit hard on Shipping latest time
I really appreciated Nugs.net services’ quality ! But these latest time it’s been hard to get any information about a “ recent » order concerning Bruce Springsteen’s concert in Wachovia Spectrum, Philadelphia. PA, 10-20 2009 - Working on a dream tour I know it can take more than 15 business days from USA to FRANCE for a CD set shipping. It was ordered in October and I was told by nugs.net that it could take to 45 days due to customs, .... The point is that the order status detail say it was not shipped while the general list of order from the latest to the oldest says it was shipped so I trust them about the communicated date of shipping above but the contradictions between informations is source of confusion ! They still not correct it though I signaled it
Perfectly Live
So fun listening to fave shows!!
Missed first ten minutes of my concert...
Dicking around with this stupid app made me miss the beginning of a concert I PAID MONEY FOR. Should recommend the app instead of letting ppl try casting in a browser since that DOESN’T work.
Good for streaming
Works well and the audio quality is good for streaming. Without a subscription, it is limited. It would be good to have the ability to download shows you've purchased (rather than just stream) and to get better iPad support. It would then be worth 5 stars.
