Definitely a scam app it’s not operable multiple platforms.
Enjoying Qello
Qello is really great find, plugging a gap in the market rather well. A good range of styles, eras & genres on offer here. And reasonable value. The only drawback is the some concerts don’t seem to have a “track selection” option or “track listing”, but as far as I understand it, this is an unavoidable consequence of media formatting from some content providers???
Not bad but no reason to keep a subscription
It doesn’t support family sharing. A streaming app that doesn’t have family sharing….really?? I have several iOS devices and three family members with iOS devices. This, like Netflix, etc., should be shareable with family members. I will watch what I want to watch and then discard the subscription. If I find a few more things I want to watch, I’ll save them up and get a short subscription and then delete it again. Want to make proper, continuous income? Allow family sharing. Otherwise, it’s just an app you use every now and then and not something to either keep or recommend.
Has issues
The app on my Apple TV works fine but the app on my iPhone has issues. The “Play complete show” button is non functional so you have to play individual tracks and if you’re watching a video with no track list E.g. Robin Trower - In concert with Sari Schorr it is unwatchable. Please fix

Nothing plays?!?
Every time I search for a concert and try to play it, it doesn’t work :( pretty disappointed.
Meh.
They don’t -rip you off.. but Mann.. lots of placeholders. has decent selection—but hip hop fans would be dismay when they see how litle of their concerts they have.
Audio quality just stereo?
I would give it a much higher rating, if the actual source of the audio was used, which is at least in 5.1 for slots of these shows …was available through their app. I have a great sound system and the content sounds relatively terrible because they’re just in a stereo format. As soon as they go up to 5.1 further, then we be talking a great app!
Good app bad selection
Within 5 minutes I found 10 concerts that they don’t have. So I’m quite disappointed in their selection which appears to be mostly the really popular bands. Too bad, I’ll try it again next year.
Better than time travel
As I am growing older, I have found memories of the bands that I was raised on, and want to share them with my children and grandchildren. Before Qello I was limited to looking for used DVDs on the various websites. When I stumbled upon Qello, I realized that there were more shows and more bands that I never knew existed. I am now able to not only enjoy the shows from my era, but now my children can also share their favorite groups with me as well. Plus, it’s a fraction of the cost of buying DVD players and used DVDs. I’m so thankful that I found Qello!!!
Dissatisfied
Have to say I am extremely disappointed in this streaming service that it’s not in 4K Dolby Atmos Vison …I have a Sonos surround sound system and sound quality from your service sounds terrible. You would think you guys would upgrade your platform to provide a better experience. If you guys went his route I and I would expect many others would pay for the subscription.
Older concerts, but LOTS of them
Would be nice to see newer concerts, tu the number of concerts available is pretty good so far (first few weeks of using). Definite worth the month if you love music like I do!
Freezes and doesnt load needs alot of fixing
App is a great place to watch amazing concerts by your favorite artists, but hard to sit back and relax when the app doesnt wanna work its either freezing alot or just wont play any videos no matter how a many times you press play and no matter how great your wifi connection and speed is.
Not Multi-Device Friendly?
Apparently you have to purchase a separate subscription on your phone if you have one active on a TV app. The selection is good and I like the service, but I’m not paying for multiple subscriptions.
Love this App
There is so much great classic and new material on here from so many different bands and artists, this is well worth the very affordable monthly charge for the absolute plethora of legendary performances and documentaries they have! Everybody I introduce this app to absolutely love it.
Lack of new content
Originally, I was excited for the application and it’s concert service, but after having it for a few months, I feel that the lack of new content is disappointing. I don’t think I’ve seen any new concerts added. The app keeps suggesting the same old concerts that I already saw. I thought that because it was a service they were going to continue adding new concerts at some sort of frequency. This was not the case. I think you are better off of you just buying a month or two instead of buying a whole year. Unfortunately I did buy a year so I’m kind of stuck with this service, that lacks new content. Please don’t make the same mistake.
Great Content
The content offered on this app is outstanding. The only thing that bugs me is how the video automatically plays behind each item on the Home page on my Roku when you scroll to choose a video. Stop and start. Stop and start. Also the screen blacks out for a few seconds every time this happens. At least give the user the option to turn off that feature. While I enjoy seeing the classic rock bands in today’s format, I would much rather see more vintage concerts when the band looks and sounds like I remember them.
Weak Catalog. Inconsistent Quality
The catalog was disappointing. Video quality was all over the map. Not enough HD content.
Dear Qello
It’s great. However, today, you made a glitch when you added Annie Lennox’s “An Evening of Nostalgia” to your concerts when she’s already there. Thus, there are two recording of Annie Lennox’s “Evening of Nostalgia” concert! What should I do? Update: You’ve added an Alice in Chains unplugged concert that’s already there. Also, could you add Video Games Live back? Update 2: Why do you keep removing concerts??? You’ve just ruined my experience! I’d sooner watch a solo Francesca Gagnon concert... can you add one?! Update 3: I agree with F Young that many concerts (especially those of recent years) are from festivals, not tours. Where is Madonna’s MDNA tour?!?
Great music
I LOVE THIS APP it’s my favorite great music and concerts.
Nothing free
Advertised as including free content. Installed on Apple TV, tried to play a bunch of different shows, none free. Couldn’t see how to filter by free. Waste of time. Immediate uninstall.
Next update
Next update should be able to play in background! Like netflix or something so i dont hafta stop listening while i txt! Only thing id want fixed! Other than that qello is the greatest! Once thats done ill gove a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t sign in
I’m so frustrated right now I can’t sign into my account. I can’t even reset my password because according to them my email isn’t in the database, even though i have proof that i used the right email to sign up. I really need help. All i was trying to do was watching live performances that aren’t on youtube and now i can’t even do that. Can somebody help?
Not quite what I wanted
I was looking for a streaming service that would allow me to stream recent concerts. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of options with large offerings. Qello presents as an option, but after a trial it’s not one for me. 2 main issues stand out. 1 is a lack of ability to download content for offline viewing. If I want to watch a concert on a plane or in a location with poor internet you are out of luck. 2 is the selection of current concerts seems to be largely from festivals and not tours. While the Glastonbury Music festival is a great place to see music, I was looking for how the artists presented their show in an arena. All in all until these issues are changed I will not be subscribing to the service.
Rock bottom kaboom
The first concert I saw was David gilmour and wright from Pink Floyd, I’m hooked. Now I can’t stop, and have to get a concert in every single day. Fun fun fun, and no ticket. Just a backstage access.
No Dolby Atmos = No Reason to Pay for this
SSIA. If these were available with decent audio, there might be a reason to actually pay for this content. Without it I might as well watch them for free on YouTube.

Won’t let me sign in
It keeps making me try to buy a subscription even tho I already bought one it won’t let me sign in on my phone it just tells me to buy a subscription even tho I have one and I’m signed in on my Roku tv this is very annoying and making me consider unsubscribing
App needs work
Great content but the app needs work on iOS. Many of the buttons don’t work or stop working while using. I have to close the app and restart constantly, very buggy.
Great Concerts
When you just want to watch some good concerts just tap the Quello app and enjoy. It’s worth the money for all of this. Good stuff happens in this app
Shameful! Buyer Beware!
This is a shameful business with poor business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP! I was expecting 7 days for free when reviewing. Selected the yearly membership and they billed me immediately. A majority of the concerts are not in high def and stereo, and when I went to cancel same day I could not get my money back! No reply from customer service, and no one to assist. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP or pay for service! You’ll be sorry!

Really dissapointing is not working at least decent in 4K.
Audio quality lacking
The selection is good, and the video quality is great. However, the audio only streams at 96 or 128K bps which is very low. Please up the quality of the audio
Excellent Network For Artist Performances
I’m a devoted music lover of many genres and Qello delivers concerts from all of them. Highly recommend this network if you are a music lover as well.
The application just stop working on my Apple TV.
I have this product on my Apple TV and I have had it for several years but now it just stopped working and nobody seems to explain why customer service is pretty much worthless. It works fine on my other Apple devices, such as Mac and iPads, but just not the TV.
Session Error
Updated to version 2.5.3 and started receiving a Session Error. "A new Qello session could not be initiated. Please check your Internet connection before trying again."
A poorly designed application
A poorly designed application that forgets that I'm signed up to the full service every time the application is upgraded. It then takes several minutes trying to navigate a clumsy Ui to persuade it that I'm a subscriber. Fortunately, they now have some good videos otherwise I'd have cancelled a while back out of sheer frustration
Awesome titles and live performances
I would actually pay for this if the app would work on my Apple 4K box. All I can do is stream from my phone and that’s know good when I get a text or a phone call. Everything in my house is slowly being converted to android. So much more options and their phones last more than 2 years. Can’t wait and if your app is on the fire stick I’ll pay for it from them.
Music galore
If you love music at all, this is an app for you to get to watch countless concerts of cool bands that you might’ve missed over the years. Do you watch them whenever you want and brilliant crystal clear 4K and wonderful Dolby sound it is hugely wonderful and a great asset to my life for less than $10 a month.
Endless “Free Trial” Loop!
I down loaded the app on Apple TV and on my iPad and signed up for the “Free Trial” through Apple. I can’t watch anything on either app, I hit play, and it goes the the “Start Fee Trail” screen, over and over again! I got frustrated and ended my “Free Trial” and deleted both apps. I’m done with Qello!
Had it for 2 years with very few problems
We had a few issues at the beginning. Screaming was inconsistent a couple of concerts wouldn't play. Tech support responded acknowledging the problems and resolved them. I wish there was more content but there is some really good stuff here if you dig through. I recommend this to anyone who likes to watch concerts.
Liker App
This app is very laggy and unfair. I shared the photo to get coins and it never gave me them. I downloaded a to non of other selected apps to get coins and yet again the coins failed to come through. I'm giving this app 2 stars. Many Thanks, Alisha Wood
Good service, app has many issues
Really like the service so far, but have encountered a lot of issues using the app (iOS 13.4 on iPad 6th gen). Whenever a concert is selected, the top bar disappears and only reappears after opening and exiting full screen mode, preventing me from favouriting a show or going back. Every single time a show is selected, browsing gets annoying very fast. Other issue is the tagging system. Different shows by the same artist show up in different categories, making browsing the whole selection very difficult. Would love to see these fixed, as I am enjoying the service otherwise!

Good idea but poor execution
I first saw this via my Sony smart TV and it looked good. The catalogue is varied but not comprehensive and the video quality generally good. What lets it down though is the extreme variability of the bandwidth. Sometimes it runs at my BB's full speed, but often drops to around 1Mbps, resulting in long periods buffering, showing a screen message advising 'contact your ISP' which is nonsense as my ISP continues to provide a fast connection. An email to the developer about this has been ignored, so I won't be renewing my subscription.
Great service - but no 5.1 on ATV app?
Decent selection of content, but disappointing that the Apple TV app only outputs in stereo. Through the PC is 5.1 (if the source concert was recorded that way).
