Doesn’t work on an iPad
As others have said it doesn’t work on a iPad. You can log in but it just gives you a blank black screen. Works on iPhone .
Disappointing
For that price I expected to be able to disable the annoying chat and enjoy the event in full screen 😞Good camera work and sound though
.
Não gostei do App então por favor Beyoncé, Lança o filme na netflix, no tidal ou em qualquer outro app, MENOS NESTE!!!
Unfit for purpose on IOS (iPad)
Just loads a black screen, have removed the app, rebooted iPad, reinstalled the app. The same every time.
You don’t get exactly what you paid for
I downloaded this app to take in Brandi Carlile’s concert with Lucius and Sarah McLachlan. They definitely had some pretty major technical issues in the beginning of the show that means we missed some of Lucius’ set and the sound and video weren’t always great for Sarah McLachlan. But they seemed to have sorted it out for the main event so I was happy. That is until I dialled up the app to check out the replay today - it only includes Brandi Carlile’s part of the show! Sarah McLachlan played for an hour and a half and Lucius played for an hour (and both were great)! That’s a huge chunk of the show to just cut out! I feel bad for those that bought the access and weren’t able to watch live. Also, when I bought the access, the app said it was $39.99, meanwhile the receipt I got said $29.99 so I’m not even sure how much I should have been charged. It just seems like Veeps really doesn’t have all the pieces together.
Beyoncé
Só vim pela Beyonce, se não for verdade eu acabo com essa nota 🔫
Doesn’t work on an iPad
I managed to log in, but then I get a black screen. Works on an iPhone, in browser on a MacBook and on a Pixel, so it’s platform specific.
Brilliant
I left a review previously to say the app didn’t work however I reached out to the company explained the issues and they worked with me to resolve the bugs extremely quickly. I was kept up to date through the process and now the app is working it’s brilliant.
App problems
Looks a great idea but on logging in all I get is a black screen…..that’s totally unresponsive. I’ve tried reinstalling but no joy!
Great customer support
Watched many Brandi Carlile Veeps events and they have been great!
Locked out
I don’t use the app often so I forgot my password and I had to reset it; but when I try to login with my new password it keeps telling me my email or password is invalid. Tried several times and cannot access account.
1
the app is not working
Does not work
I have newest iOS on iPad . Silly thing says I need use browser. What the point this app thrn.
Doesn’t work
I try to log in to the app, and it tells me they do not support this browser version? I’m not using a browser I’m using the app. This is a brand new ipad, and I have chrome and safari installed (two of the browsers they tell me to try)
Doesn’t Work.
I tried to download this app to watch a live stream of my favourite band, so I created an account, and every time I try to go onto the app it just kicks me out. I tried everything, from deleting the app about three times to restarting my phone, and even trying to download it on another phone, but it wont stop kicking me out.
