Crashes
Every five minutes on different devices it just crashes constantly even when I have nothing else running and play similar games . The game is good but it’s beyond frustrating. Update 11-17 I updated my iPad twice and tried again and it won’t even let me click one thing before it crashes. And support never reaches out to help so im trashing the app again it is not working ever and it’s disappointing
Game freezes constantly
Please fix. Get to extras and the game freezes, had to turn off ipad then back on to get game to unfreeze. Now its stuvk in on freeze and will not close. Very frustrating especially as paid money for energy
Too many glitches
Good game but can’t enjoy playing because there’s to many glitches it freezes and shuts down while playing. As I can see from previous reviews these issues have been going on and reported for over a year now, and haven’t been resolved yet. Please help so we can continue playing!! Thanks.
Great App but Glitches
I love playing this game when it doesn’t glitch. I have been constantly getting not enough items (2001) error which causes the app to stop working while I’m playing. This causes me to have to constantly close the game and reopen it, otherwise it would be a great game.

Slow
I downloaded this game, because my favorite game is Magicabin and I wanted another like it. This one is sooo slow that I could fall asleep just trying to get to each level. Boring!

Only one thing is the bits inbetween and having to wait before u can play again otherwise super good
Too many updates/ only promo maps available not the normal journey/ not really see the progress.
Some of the maps are just extremely hard to buy stamina and stuff it’s impossible to finish 4 maps in 1 period

Played this game 3yrs ago, “beat” the game. Officially downloaded the game again bc I thought maybe they gave the game a little bit of an update. Now every time I hit “PLAY” it keeps telling me “Due to an error with your network, you are currently unable to connect to the server.Please try again.1008” I have full internet connection. Tried contacting the game system within the top right corner in the loading screen and no one is responding???
Please don’t use genAI
Been playing this game for some time now, and spent some money on it because i enjoyed the game and wanted to support the developers, but I haven’t made any microtransactions since they started using genAI-created art for some in-game assets.
Couldn’t play because the game kept crashing even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
Just kept crashing.
Good but stagnant
This is a good game, I’ve had it for a little. I thought the game would develop a little more maybe get new story chapters of different characters. Man was I wrong. I came back last month after being away for 6-7 months and chapter 5: sleeping beauty parts 3-5 are still “coming soon.” Honestly I don’t know much about game development or designing, but after 6 months they still haven’t completed that chapter yet they keep having these characters challenge/events that come out every week. Idk just like to see the chapter finished at least, it seems like that they just gave up on it.

I’ve been waiting for more storybook quest to open. When are we gonna get rest of them? I still only see sleeping kingdom and fairy house on chapter 5.

Game always crashes
I like the concept of this game but every day you try to upgrade your companions, or go to a different map it crashes,
Fun but limited
Game is fun and you can beat all the specials with limited spending if you really want too. Or just complete a couple of the specials a week instead of all of them. They REALLY need to have a function to delete old decorations though. I’m running out of room for them and if you store them you can’t utilize the new energy giving ones

The game is very fun, the graphics are amazing and the stories are great. BUT IT CONSTANTLY CRASHES!! If they can fix that instead of adding so many events it would have gotten 5 stars!! Please fix it because my home area always crashes!!
Kicked out a lot
Up to date with App Store but I keep getting kicked out when I play anything - constantly annoying - fix the game or delete your game - I cannot even update - cause there is no update to fix- no way of contacting technical support -

So really like the game. It’s super fun. The main problem odd progression is your worst enemy. As you advance things take more and more energy. It does start to crash more too
Keeps Crashing
I absolutely love this game and never had any issues with it, except the minor opinion of you don’t give enough free rewards to get the timed missions done, and you can literally only beat them when you pay for extras, and I don’t like that. But ever since I switched phones the app keeps crashing on me regularly. Like several times a day, and I’ve never had this issue before.
Keeps crashing in middle of game
I just love this game I play it every night to relax before I go to bed but it cuts off in the middle of playing the game and I have restart the game at least 5 times a night til I just give up and go to sleep if it continues to do it I will have to delete it and I really don’t want to do that … I am deleting this games because it keeps crashing every time I’m in the middle of playing

2 different energy bars
Not happy with the new update. There are no more stories after the 15th and now the 3 days events have red energy and it gets consumed very fast and the blue one I can’t consume it on anything. To bad, it was a very cool and relaxing game
System crashes
The game is good. But since they did the new update my app seems to crash more. Well can’t open now. Texted support letting them know they replied back that probably should close out some of the other apps, like I would leave them running. Well still can’t open it so I suggested they check app. They replied they didn’t show any bugs or problems. I wonder why that is when that is the only app have issues with

Disappointed with VIP reduction and constantly crashing
This used to be a daily go to game and I spent a lot of time and money on VIP upgrades. Then the app started crashing multiple times, barely staying open long enough to get my daily rewards, totally unreliable. The final straw was logging in today to find that my VIP rank was lowered because I didn’t purchase additional upgrades. Your app crashing every few seconds won’t allow me to play, let alone spend more $$$. Completely unacceptable. You should never reduce the features I spent real money on, shameless tactics. Daily player to uninstalling immediately.

Good game, but constantly full of crashes/glitches and game play is heavily hampered by inability to gain enough energy to do tasks without using your creditcard

The main adventures need to be added rather than new events. I never finish the events and I want to continue on the main adventure
