Nice game; Delayed movements/reponses
Besides the ads; the game is a great game. It’s just the movement seems deleted and I adjusted my sensitivity settings so take that as you will.
App is ODD
It seems that this app may be under development. The game is almost too hard to pass and the bonus items that you can purchase are too expensive. And even though you pass within the time constraints you may only get one star for that level.
Broken ads - Freezing the game
Ads are freezing the game and you loose any gifts or prizes.
Too expensive
While I like the game, it’s gotten to be too much. You really need to buy booster to get through levels and they are way to expensive since sometimes one type booster doesn’t help.

It’s fun but….
This preview is nothing like the game; it’s very much a bait and switch. Starts off good but overtime you’ll discover the game is a money grab and you won’t be able to complete the levels without purchasing coins and/or boosters. The rewards for beating the levels are dismal. It has so much potential for being a fun addictive game but it will cost you…
Love it but…
Love this game a lot. I find myself playing it everyday BUT it’s definitely a money grabber if you care about wanting to win each level. It’s not easy to get coins and it’s not easy to get power ups to help you win. If there was more help with that it wouldn’t be so bad. I want to give it 5 stars but I can’t right now.

Level 106
This level has a major glitch, I’ve played it several times and it will freeze and non of the items are available to work. The timer keeps going through and you lose every time
Large file size
Fun game with a good mix of easy and challenging levels. But I ultimately had to delete it from my phone because of the app size. Every few levels it downloads more data until the game is 5-10GBs. It was, by far the largest app on my phone and the amount increases the more you play. Good game, but just didn’t make sense to keep.
Not like advertised
Game is fun but it’s not like the little trailers show… it’s got nothing to do with hospitals…
Used to be my favorite but not anymore
The game is super fun I’ve been playing with it for over a year until lately, they must have done some tricky adjustments which makes the game super hard in an unfair way, ex.,many times when I need to open just one more burger box and I hv plenty of time left, the system would adjust it so that I keep opening the red tool boxes five times in a row until my time runs up. It’s not fun anymore
Fun game
I love this game but man sometimes they’re pretty challenging. I’ve had to buy a few coins to get those extra couples of seconds but I wish the coins were easier to accrue. Love this game but I’d love it to be a little easier. Definitely love the challenge but some days I just wanna play and not be stressed over a level

The ad shows you caring for newborn babies but when you download the game you start off in a restaurant... false advertising
So many glitches
I hate that I love this game so much, because there always seems to be an issue. Please fix the bugs.
Too hard
Too hard to pass levels not enough ways to get boost. Stopped at level 217.
Great game- support is not supportive
Have had a number of issues with paid boosters disappearing. Reached out after it happening more than once I emailed in July. No response. Reached out again about getting credit for 1 booster not all I’ve lost. Was told it was my device, requested screenshots and proudly informed me they are responding in a timely manner now. It’s been almost a week and still no reimbursement. Save your money and spend it on games where they actually work!
Emergency Aid
I went to play the emergency aid, got through a number of levels, had to leave the game and now that I’m back it’s back to level one and it won’t let me play. :(
Ridiculous
I just reached out to customer service to let them know that ads that you click on when you need a little extra help isn’t showing there. When they responded back, they let me know that they have limited it to one time per day. I said you have no problem taking people’s money multiple they need help, but you can’t leave the ads up to watch in order to if I could give this a zero I totally would
Crashes before it loades
Hi, I just tried to get into the app multiple times and it crashes before I can do anything I don’t know what level I am on, it was work good yesterday though, my iPhone has the latest update as well it’s also a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Hopefully this gets fixed it’s a really good game and the price for no ads is also good
It’s OK
It’s a fun game, keeps you entertained, but too difficult to succeed or more forward without having power ups which cost more than you are able to earn without spending real Money.
Love the game BUT
I honestly feel like the workers on the game move slow in hopes that you’ll get so frustrated with the board and spend money to get more seconds. I just quit completely and don’t play for a while because I refuse.

Impossible To Win Levels!!
It’s impossible to win levels without bonuses and it’s not like you give us ANY opportunities to win bonuses. Also why can’t we upgrade the workers to MOVE FASTER! You can’t do anything!! This game COULD be great, VERY addicting BUT you need to make some major adjustments!! Add on that I just updated the game and you all didn’t change ANYTHING!! Ugh 🙄 I’m deleting the game!!

Hard game
The game is great, its just hard to play without needing a lot of hearts - I went through to many to decide that two star is appropriate rating. If harts , for me i can only image what level of hard it would be for a child without help from any adult

Terrible
Level 4 is basically impossible to get past if you don’t have enough coins and you don’t want to spend real money to buy coins to get extra time.

It was a great game until a recent update…
I really enjoyed the game but after a recent update the cost to buy boosters with coins went up so much it’s going to take forever to collect to buy one package… meanwhile the rewards for levels or ads didn’t go up. I also saw missing one bonus that was in a previous version. I am stuck on a level currently unable to gather coins for a booster unless I buy them. it was easier to move forward by watching some ads in previous version when the cost to buy boosters was less.
Good but impossible , regret spending money
This is a good game, however once you reach a higher level it is impossible to play without boosters and the booster cost are greatly out of proportion with the coin you can collect. Impossible to play without constantly buying coin. A better balance is needed. People will spend money on a regular basis if the game offers a good amount of game that is enjoyable. I regret spending money on this game
New levels??
Very fun and I enjoy playing it, but are new levels coming any time soon? Not sure what players can do from there.

I live the game the only reason I did not give it more stars is it takes a long time to get the good items you need to do the bigger quest in the time frame

I find it to hard to play without spending actual money. So it’s a no from me. I really like the game though.

I bought the power ups and it’s also included no ads why am I still seeing ads can someone fix this I really love this game that’s why I bought it it’s definitely a 5 star but because I’m still seeing ads I will give this game a 3 once that issue/bug is fixed I will change it to 5 star

Scam ads
You put an ad in the game that “awards you” a lot of coins and perks IF you click and download one of your other games. I’ve done that twice, and guess what?! No rewards. Easily makes one hunk all your games are scams, going for downloads by being deceitful. Remove and delete all of your games.
More levels please!
Love the game and new levels. Wish there were more. Don’t like the change to the help that is 24 hours now. Was better when you could get an extra boost or life sooner.
