Nice game
I really love this game and used to play it all the time. However, I’m currently stuck on a screen where a finger keeps tapping on a particular spot but nothing happens. I’ve tried tapping on different areas on the screen but I can’t get past this page or continue with the game
Difficulty level
I used to enjoy playing it and unwind from the world. Not with each update the difficulty level has been made impossible to achieve without paying for add on’s. Is this a fun silly game to play and unwind or a gambling machine?

Would it be possible to refresh daily quests by paying with diamonds? Also i really dont like that i cant buy those energies(?) for the merging mini game.. now diamonds are only useful for more coins..? Love the game ofc!

What is wrong with you people? Do you think about your players being human when you make such awful timed levels or are we just dollar signs to you? Your timed levels are God awful it's not humanly possible to even keep up with the orders much less finish in time. Lower your standards before your players decide to up theirs and go to a different game. Stunts like this is how you loose potential players. I just started playing I'm on the second restaurant these timed levels should not be so difficult!! I can't even buy boosters because their so expensive!!
I love the game butt
The levels eventually get really hard and everything costs more rubies than they even reward you some of the levels are reallly hard without the boosts I’ve been stuck on a level for about a week now
Used to be great but they became greeeedy
This game used to be awesome, I’d play it all the time. The levels started getting progressively more difficult—as expected, however, the last few updated make the game nearly impossible to play without burning through all boosters, coins, and gems so when you run out, they want you to pay to play and pass. I understand making levels challenging but it’s nearly impossible to beat higher levels without any boosters at all. There aren’t any ads, which is nice, but they certainly make up for that with trying to rob you just to play. Also, Royal Kitchen doesn’t have all the restaurants included so it gets old after a while playing that between updates. Many of my guild members stopped playing the game due to this and again, difficulty of the new levels. It’s disappointing how greedy companies and developers are! They don’t care as long as they get people to fork up money, it’s a shame.
A bug?
The game is great! I really enjoyed it, but I’m at the stage 6: Sweet Tooth, and the first part of the tutorial went fine, but then, when I tried the other part, it won’t let me do Éclairs… I hit the oven to make them but it doesn’t do anything, I can give the coffee and muffin, but not the éclairs… I was really enjoying the game, but it’s unfortunate that I can’t anymore because of that bug..

WAS a great, fun, original game… NOW an impossible money grabber
I downloaded this game at least 6 years ago, and was enthralled from the first level. It was exactly how the ads showed - you build recipes to complete orders and upgrade/restore different kitchens. The game was challenging, especially the middle/upper levels of each restaurant when you haven’t upgraded the kitchen enough, but you could complete them after a few tries, or with the occasional boosters. But life happens and I stopped playing about a year ago (summer 2025). I picked up the game again in Dec 2025, but I found it a lot harder than I remembered. I chalked it up to being rusty, so I put it aside until summer 2026. This time I really wanted to complete the restaurant as I only had 12 full levels left, so I focused and let myself lose until I felt like I was comfortable and should be able to beat the levels. But I didn’t, and quickly realized that I never would without using gems AND boosters. I gave it up again for a month, and just opened it 8/4/26 to try one more time. Sure enough, level 757–2 needs 1000 coins in 60 seconds. My entire kitchen is fully upgraded, and I know I have completed that in the past without boosters. But the number of customers that I was getting and the orders that are requesting and no points without using boosters. So I’m done. I have always spent over $200 through the years on this game because I like to support games that reward you with fair and consistent play. This WAS that game; I’m sad that it isn’t anymore. Also all the annoying mini games that pop up are exactly like every other game out there. So I’ll move back to my other games, that’s still challenge me but reward my Fairplay. Sorry Chef & Friends y’all had a great thing going.

Hiya , I absolutely love the game but one thing I noticed , tht after the game had updated there’s a event and I use to be able to win 1000 coins once I reached the 5th stage and now it’s only 500 and the grand price was like 2000 which is now 1000 and I find this quite disappointing
Payment
I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now. I haven’t had much of an issue with it but the farther I get along in the game, I’ve noticed I’ve been having to pay in order to pass certain levels. As far as that goes, I’ve spent all my coins making sure everything was max, and still ended up losing due to time limit. I would put a realistic set time and not 30 seconds for 70 orders. Although, i’m not an expert in game making, this game seems its more out for your money more than having fun. I understand you guys have to make money in one way or another, but please make a change to where we aren’t spending a ton of money to pass levels in this game. Thank you.
Fun Game
Game is fun and functional. Very difficult in later levels because you absolutely have to purchase upgrades to continue. You either have to replay levels tons of times or dip into your wallet so a bit of pay to play. One thing that is very off putting though is the constant menu changes and UI updates. They are not necessary and annoying. They pretty much completely revamp every season and the moment you get accustomed to something, boom, update available.
Love this game!
This is the best cooking game I have played and I’ve played a lot of them. I like that you don’t necessarily have to buy coins with real money you can go back and play extra shifts to upgrade. It’s a really fun game!
MONEY GRAB
This game is PLAYABLE for about two restaurants (which took me about 2 hours), but after that it gets impossibly difficult to the point where you HAVE to spend money to continue on. Getting gems is nearly impossible and the only free way to receive boosters. Not to mention, what it COSTS to purchase gems or perks is outrageous. $20 is not worth passing a handful of levels before I need to pay again. Ultimately you’re better off playing Diner Dash. At least there the levels are difficult but don’t require you to break the bank to play.

Greedy
I loved this game but the higher you get, the more you pay. Power ups won’t even let you pass a level. You have to use more resources. I went cold turkey and deleted it. I can spend $60 a month on a game. Especially in this economy.
Fun and challenging game
Love the game the only problem I have, is the coins(money) is not interchangeable per chapter. I’ll spend money to purchase more coins to pass the level then once I’m on the next chapter it’s unless. It would be helpful to be able to exchange coins for a lesser value once you’re on the next chapter or even just not have different coin type. Like many other people said, it becomes impossible to pass levels without paying for gems and boosters. Even if you do make purchases it’s unless once you move to the next chapter.

Fun at first…
This was great when I started playing but now it seems impossible to pass most levels even when all of your ingredients are max level. It feels like a cash grab because it also seems impossible to get enough diamonds to get a second chance at any level and you definitely don’t get enough boosters to help get through the levels.

Way too difficult and pay to win
Game is way too challenging with inhumanly possible timers and pay to win mechanics where you will only be able to progress by using powerups and gems (both not purchasable with in game gold coins earned). Too bad, fun game in the beginning.
difficulty makes it unplayable
i really liked this game at the beginning, and spent a lot of time on it. however, with the time limited levels, it becomes absolutely impossible to win unless you use boosters, therefore making in app purchases and absolute necessity in order to be able to progress. I am very disappointed, I was really enjoying this game, but after trying a dozen times to win a particular level, I could not possibly do it without using boosters.

Used to be fun
Me and my team used to love this game but the last few updates have made it impossible to succeed in completing levels without purchasing. We’ve had several players quit due to the level of difficulty
please make level 280 actually possible or i’m quitting

Not happy with game anymore
This game used to be fun to play. The story lines were nice but lately the story lines are ridiculous and everything now you need to spend more and money. Even if you leveled up everything in the kitchen, it’s still hard to pass. Enough already.
Little comment
Game is really enjoyable. Little comment, I wish there was a way to transfer money from a previous area to the current one maybe for a smaller worth but it would help starting a new chapter
Disappointed
I love this game but lately it is becoming so difficult to move through the game without paying money. After this game I may just delete it. I spend the money and every game requires me to spend more. So disappointed in this.
quality and playability have drastically dropped
Sad to say this is an edited, previously 5 star review because the worsening quality of this game is impossible ignore now. Recent updates have unfortunately ruined this game. I was so excited to find a cooking game that had great mechanics, a fun story, and a decorating aspect with plenty of variety. I loved that it was free to play friendly, even though I am willing to spend money here and there to support a great game and get some extra perks. With recent updates, the rewards have diminished and the levels have been made frustratingly difficult. I am not sure why some events have now become longer and harder to complete with worse rewards or why the customer approval has been retooled so that levels that require hearts or thumbs up have gotten ridiculously difficult even when they are supposedly “regular” level of difficulty. I am not a new player who’s unfamiliar with the mechanics. I’ve completed all levels and have also reached the “endless mode” of the celebrity event made for those who’ve completed all levels a few times — I have played this game for quite a while and used to really enjoy it. I also have noticed the ways in which it’s dropped in quality rapidly over the last couple updates. Unhappy to say I’ll be deleting now as I will actually miss following the storyline and seeing the new restaurants. Please consider going back to what made your game stand out as something people could actually enjoy among a sea of other scammy games geared at pay to play or nothing.

Love this game so much, but where has the ad button gone to double your coins or get extra time/ customer at the end of a level???
It’s changed for the worse
Unfortunately this game became unplayable without the recent update. You just have to buy ad ons now which is a shame. I’ve had a good run and I absolutely loved the game. I wouldn’t mind paying a small fee for the game every month but changing it so suddenly to be so difficult is just a shame. 😞
Updates
At first I was ok with the updates as the graphics are better ..but I do not like how y’all have changed how we can get upgrades ..at first we could use our rubies we earned to add on to whatever amount cannot be collected in coin. Now you can’t do that since the recent update ! You have to NOW buy a ruby/coin package if you don’t have enough coins. It doesn’t give the option anymore to combine rubies & coins together for upgrades ! Switch it back ! I’ve been playing this game for years ..don’t mess up what isn’t broken ..thank ya ! I’ll change my review once you take players thoughts into consideration cause it’s giving greedy! Which leads me to believe that’s how y’all can run with no ads because you’re over charging us on upgrades!
I pray the developers will take my suggestion seriously.

This company doesn’t care if we enjoy or even play their game. At least other pay to play games make it possible to beat the level, even if you have to try many times or watch ads. I noticed them cutting rewards and making levels impossible and reached out. Since then, they’ve made it even worse, trying to force people into spending more and more. For instance: doubling the price of diamonds. I was just on level 1, and couldn’t make enough money with hitting every combo. Even after updating all of my kitchen items to level 2. Congrats on losing another long term player.
My all time favourite game
i usually go through phases of favourite games and then quickly go of them but this game is a game changer as its always changing. its never just a constant. you complete levels and then you get a whole different game to play. i love it. the only reason i gave 4 stars is the speed you sometimes need to complete levels! it stresses me lol.
Tap to start filling your album
Loved this game so far perfect combo of restaurant/cooking and interior design! But got to level 24 (couple of levels on the burger shop) and it came up with tap to start filling your album and there is blank space you’re meant to tap but there is nothing to tap and you can’t go any further than this tried restarting and redownloading several times nothing changed.
Made impossibly hard.
I’m having to downgrade my previous 5 star as the new updates have made the levels too extreme, I’m using far too may boosters and even then only getting minimal points and having to spend gems to add customers, the games gotten greedy with forcing customers to spend money on boosters, half my guild has quit due to having the same problems and as much as I love this game unless peoples reviews are taken into consideration I might have to as well

The game is really fun, but I've run into a small issue. The first time I played, I upgraded all the dishes, yet there was still one left unupgraded. When I played a second time, there were two or three dishes that still hadn’t been fully upgraded. Could you tell me what’s causing this problem?

Restaurant idea maybe.
I know a couple of restaurants have a tropical feel but I feel like another tropical setting wouldn’t hurt. Maybe have popsicles, Pina coladas, and some unique fillings and dipping sauces for the popsicles and you make them using miles and freezers. Perhaps you could name the owner Linden. Just a recommendation I believe it’d be a fun idea. I hope you take this idea into consideration but if it’s not good enough that’s fine. Your game is so great in my opinion and I would love to have more and more chapters that keep coming. Good luck in future endeavours!
Game malfunctions
I got to level 30 and where it asks you to tap to start filling your album it’s malfunctions and won’t allow you to continue to play the game until you click the blank box but nothing happens restarted game a few times also restarted tablet made no difference also won’t allow you to save game to google or Facebook says there is a problem with connection even though I have full connection and can play other games
Did love this game
Loved it. But I got to level 91 and the coconut spins then disappeared, every time. So I can’t progress. Have delegated and reinstalled and it keeps happening
