I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years. The improvements have been amazing. I stopped playing a few hears ago because it was ran so poorly. It’s all been fixed and now worth a 5 star review.

Too hard to make progress
I want to start by saying I love the concept of this game, it's so fun. But it's too hard to make progress. And some achievements are impossible. Earn tokens with 300,000 in tips? One would have to play 600 or more times to get that. 400,000 coins to upgrade an appliance that won't be used again? It really takes the fun out of it. I started playing again after not playing a few years, and now I remember why I stopped...
Pay to play - required equipment costs way too much
Coins earned will never come close to coins needed to buy equipment. As you advance in the game you will spend real money, ALOT of REAL MONEY! It’s unfortunate they decided to make it so unfair to the player as this could definitely be a 5 star game, it is my favorite by far, but it gets frustrating when REQUIRED equipment costs 450,000 or more each (& you always need 2 so that’s 900,000 & you only make a tiny, itsy bitsy fraction of that winning levels). Then you have to TRY to pass many levels before premium appliances to become available. Right now I’m almost at the end of a land & still waiting for the premium to become available and of course it’s the appliance needed most so I’ve burned through a ton of boosters just trying to pass because the level 1 appliance is way TOO SLOW. It’s stacked against the player making you lose levels over & over and then the game becomes more infuriating than enjoyable . I understand devs need to make money and I have paid a lot of real cash in this game because I do love it but it gets to a point that it’s just greedy. I’ve played past levels for days just to earn enough coins to buy equipment for the new land which gets extremely boring. Games should be fun not annoying. The balance of costs to rewards definitely needs to be more fair.

I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years now. My progress got deleted somehow after all the Colcuta. So, I start from the beginning again. Love the recipes.

Okay but glitchy
This is a cool game but I’m stuck on this level to the point where I want to delete the whole game. Bruh my objective is to sell 4 sweet potato pies but the max the game will give me in the 15 times I’ve played is 2–3 ppl who will buy it. Can y’all fix the algorithm please I would hate to delete it

This is amazing and so glad to be back and have a great time getting my mind of reality
Fun game, but…
There are a lot of glitches going on with this game. When I buy dollars and coins, they don’t go to my account. Also, in the new levels, the chef won’t move so I have to close the game and try again. It’s a really fun game, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. I emailed the support team and got my coins and money added a few days later. It really is a fun game! ❤️ level 69 does not work
My new addiction
I love this game but you all cheat a lot!! You won’t allow me to move in due to you have to serve a certain amount of 1 dish but the customers doesn’t order it so how can I serve it? Then you all didn’t give me my credits but yet charged me almost $50 because it kept stating that my card declined but you took the money and still have yet to give me any credits and Apple denied my refund request 3 times!! Other than this I’m addicted to this game
Keeping Customers From Leaving While You Cooking Their Food
Will you please find ways to keep them from leaving while players are cooking their food, please,because it’s making more difficult for us to beat them that way!🙁
Cheater cheaters
I love this game however it LOVES to make you fail a level. Like you have to successfully make 6 dishes and serve them to customers, but will never organically get enough customers that want that item. Creators bank on you spending extra cash just to ensure that you beat the level, other than that you will be stuck. Also you can use power ups to make extra cash and STILL fail to make at least 1 star….HOW???

More levels please
I seem to have a glitch in my game. It won’t let me play. Even my little van is gone. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the app, but nothing seems to be working. Is it my game or is there something else going on?

Good game
This is a really fun games to play except for the ads. Like after every single game and there all a minute or longer. No bonus for watch the ads. Also you need friends to play or you get stopped at the toll booths. Still a good game but can we reduce the ads
New content and improved performance
I have been playing this game awhile and so glad that new developers have made this game so much better. Interesting challenges, some are a bit tricky but they give you ability to earn free items at a regular pace.
Recent Update Botched Gameplay
Very enjoyable game, right amount of challenge for this genre. Until latest update removed option to watch ads for a chance to beat a level. So now it’s essentially a cash grab or uninstall it.

I love this game but I wish they would come out with new levels already. I appreciate and enjoy the mini games but new levels/towns would be great.

Played for yrs, forced to delete
Played for 6+ yrs, love the challenges etc. recently I’ve noticed you can’t serve customers on certain levels, ESPECIALLY 448. No matter where I tap, it simply won’t serve it. Of course it happens to be a challenge that u must serve said # of specific dishes & that customer is the one you can’t serve. It feels like cheating cuz, well it basically is. No issues w/any other customers or even iPad itself so im forced to delete the game…AGAIN! Sad

I just love these kinds of cooking games! There so much fun n just the right challenging! Don’t like the games where you can’t move on and keep getting stuck. But I wish it would have a game where you can win the money free instead of having to buy all the time especially when you can’t afford it all the time.

Love this game but a AD after every board is sad. Also I complete 7 days in roll and never get the Daily Cash reward humm I wonder why…because you want me to spend money to buy cash and get rid of the ads…I understand you all have to make money but I been playing this game for years and an AD did not pop up after every cleared board! This is the reason I can only give it 3 stars!

I like playing this game, but since developers added advertisements to every level I stopped playing it. I don’t have time to play and watch excessive amounts of advertisements every time I play. I found a different game that I don’t have to watch advertisements at every level.
Can’t win without spending money often now
I’ve played this game for many years and it was so much fun and now you can’t even win a round without having to spend money somehow, it’s changed like everything else. What a shame.

The game is great for the challenges but it has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. They keep blaming facebook for the gifting issues.
Bugs need fixing asap
I love this game and have been playing it for a long time - but this week I noticed a ton of bugs. Particularly level 1571 - food disappears after it’s made and the character freezes so you can deliver food to the customers. Please fix - I love kitchen scramble so much but it’s currently unplayable.
