This game was fun, the first level donut shop, second level seafood, when you finish seafood level good luck moving onto El Taco, it won’t let you download and whether you are playing globally or us, it says game is unable to connect to server. 2 tickets in with screen shots there have been no responses and second ticket has disappeared. If you download game don’t waste any money once you get stuck you are out of luck.

Frustrating…..but Play Itself is Fun
I’ve written you through support with no response. I started playing the game and connected to Game Center. I was enjoying the game but not the ads so I bought the “no ad” option. When I reached the “join a team level, I continually got the “cannot connect to server”. So I thought maybe it was a glitch with Game Center so I logged out and decided to connect with Facebook instead. Unfortunately, it bumped me back to level one and I had to buy out of the ads AGAIN! Also, I’m still getting the “cannot connect to server-please try again later” message. So what’s up? Sure would be nice if I could get reimbursed for having to buy out of ads TWICE. If all of this gets corrected, I will edit this review….but for now. I’m too frustrated. I have never had any issues like this with any other games I play. Update: never heard back from anyone. Support is terrible….what is also terrible is that you can’t access all of the features on WiFi….you must use a hot spot. Still, the overall game ply is fun when you actually CAN access everything!

Would be nice to make sure that the ingredients is not hiding with the customers or ordering sometimes you can’t see the pictures of what they’re wanting because the ingredients are in the way would be nice to receive a little bit more money and help as far as things that you can get when you want to leveled like no burning or self service or just things to help you along the way while you’re in the kitchen and it would be helpful to get more money and less money for the ingredients it cost way too much money for the ingredients and you don’t even win half of that you gotta play like 10 levels just to be able to get some thing upgraded it cost too much to upgrade and you don’t get enough money after level and sometimes you’re asking for us to get to a number on a level that is completely not achievable

Mình rất thích game vì k chạy quá nhiều quảng cáo, nhưng bản mới cập nhật, quảng cáo quá nhiều, 1 ván game 1 cái quảng cáo. Thật sự làm giảm trãi nghiệm người dùng. Có lẽ mình sẽ không chơi game này nữa. Rất là phiền luôn, phải chi 3-4 ván có 1 cái quảng cáo cũng đc.

This game is good you can make so many delicious 😋 meals I love it <3 but it costs a lot of gems 💎 and coins to buy upgrades I rlly enjoy cooking games like this but some of them are hard so can the developers who reading this make the levels and upgrades cheaper thank you 😊.

Game fun - functionality is poor
The game itself is okay. The graphics are good and you don’t have to drag things to the customers. However you cannot listen to music whilst playing this and a lot of the actions are toward the bottom of the screen so you phone keeps trying to close the app.
Impossible without buying boosts
Good game (although pretty standard fare), but levels are simply impossible without buying boosters eg serve 25 people but only 24 provided, cash goals require you to use a booster. Eventually got fed up and deleted.

Only on the second restaurant but it says I only have 9/10 keys so can’t progress but I’ve completed every part of it and there are no more keys to get? Frustrating!

This is a great game, but you get stuck when you’ve run out of boosts and diamonds and can’t get past some levels that are impossible to get past... Uninstalling!!!
No changes to complaints of a year ago
Really enjoyed this game initially but as with the comments made a year ago I can’t progress without gems and have thousands in cash. I’ve looked for the promised ways to use gems or cash for upgrades but can’t see them. Download a different game...

Reset All My Progress 🙄
I was at level 330 (end was 340), I had to uninstall and re-install but i connected it to Facebook again, but clearly connecting to Facebook doesn’t track your progress because when i installed it again it reset everything and i’m starting at level 1, so i’ve decided to uninstall and never play it again. Please do better, have someone’s Facebook be connected to track progress so they don’t go back 100’s of levels after uninstalling, and i did so after i needed to clear the cache, I’ve uninstalled multiple times before and progress would stay there and I thought it was because it was connected to Facebook but this time it completely reset, so I guess not. Goodbye, i hope this gets better and don’t install this app. Edit after response: I have emailed support, but before i uninstalled the game i was connected to Facebook, i made sure of that so it wouldn’t lose my progress after uninstalling and reinstalling, so i don’t know what the problem is/was.

Too expensive
Played first part, got a bit frustrating as had to many coins and not enough gems, but enjoyed the game! Got to the second part of the game and had to delete the app, items went from a few gems to like 25, okay you’d get gems from watching a video once a day, but would have taken well over two weeks to collect enough gems without buying to upgrade one item! Gutted as was enjoying the game!
